Had an unexpected problem with 1st credit card I tried to use to book my flight. Cheapair were quick to respond to advise me of the problem. I contacted their customer service number provided to me, and talking with Shawn we were able to quickly resolve issue. Received my flight booking confirmation immediately thereafter

Had a little trouble finding a seat when booking online, So I called Cheapair and was connected to Mr. Glen Ofrin, He helped me every step of the way, Explained things carefully and took the time to help me book my Flight... Thank You and I will use Cheapair for all my Flights in the Future.

Really great customer service with an immediate call when our transaction was declined by the credit card company. We had quick, responsive and very polite service, enabling us to correctly book our flight within minutes.

My first call did not resolve the situation. While it seemed I would have to cancel and rebook with correct info, the cost of the flight had increased significantly (despite my calling CheapAir right after purchasing). However, on my second call Glen was able to resolve the issue without additional cost to me.

Glen at ext. 1167 is Amazing! He has made travel posable for me when I had very important trips to make. I could never been able do this without his help.My sister told me about "Glen at CheapAir" after he helped her with her travel plans. He is both professional and personable.
