Got slightly confused booking on line. Called customer support and got a guy named Danish (pronounced "Dawnish") who was wonderful in his explanations and help.
I was little skeptic at first not knowing what to expect from a comany I barely know or heard of vs Travelocity. I purchased my ticket 3 days prior and had an immediate family emergency. I called was expecting the worst. First, I spoke with Darnell, he very professional and explained the company's policies before transfering the call to Darnish. Darnish, was very calm and professional, knowing I was nervous. He calmly asked what I wanted and he placed me on hold while he search for my new flight. While on hold my worries were gone, cause I knew and felt I was in good hands. He provided the dates I needed and took a good care of me and my needs. Although it was expensive, but it was worth it. I booked a round trip flight on the Cheapair.com website for $360. I entered my credit card and everything, clicked confirm... boom, order was processed. Well then I was called by a rep and told that the price has gone up to over $500 (in less than 30 mins)... really?! After I literally just booked on your website for $360? Nice business model you have there.
They could have very easily covered the minimal cost difference and kept a customer for life. But no. They couldn't do that. That was too much customer service for them to handle. That's cool. When I receive a truly $#*!ty customer service/buying experience then I rarely ever return as a customer. I will gladly find another place to buy discount airlines tickets in the future.
