I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. This part was for my daughter's car which she saved her hard earned money for. It was the wrong size. I sent it back and waited over a month for a refund and only received a 50% refund. Nothing was wrong with the part. They will resell it. I had to contact them 5 different times looking for the refund and was lied to every time. I was told, "rest assured it will be there in 2-3 business days." It never was. The sad part is my daughter is expecting her first child in April and she works very hard for her money. She was waiting on that return so she could purchase the correct size. Not one person assisted us in resolution nor showed empathy. It was an "oh well" attitude. They kept a young soon to be mother's hard earned money and will turn around and resell the same item, getting paid twice for one item which is illegal. DO NOT RECOMMEND
To everyone saying carparts.com are "quality" no they arnt. Their made in China bro. These are bot ahh people making unaccurate reviews. I had bought from this website in the past. An EGR valve, and a Shift Solenoid for my 2000 Coupe Accord in beginning 2023. They both came on time but the parts were defective. Definitely do not recommend ordering any part from them that has to do with electrical circuits or components. Your better off buying something cosmetic from this website. If you get lucky with an electrical car part, that actually functions the right way, than you got lucky. Other than that, don't say I didn't warn you. They wouldn't shoot me a refund. So that means bad business 😬📉

I had ordered this EGR vavle & Shift Solenoid from them. I got the parts on time. But they were defective as hell. The EGR vavle kept making my Honda surge and giving it high rpms. The Shift Solenoid kept causing the D4 light to flash everytime my car would try upshifting. After, I had bought and replaced those parts with OEM parts. & and guess what? It fixed the problem. So moral of the story. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ELETRICAL FROM THIS PLACE. UNLESS IT IS COSMETICS LIKE BUMPERS AND FENDERS. SAVE YOURSELF THE DAM MONEY. JUST GO BIG AND BUY OEM. Bobi Phett...out

I made many attempts to return a wrong part and got denied. I finally got a refund less than what I paid. Apparently, you get stuck with the shipping bill when you receive the wrong part. I didn't order the wrong part. Car parts sent me the wrong part and it cost me shipping fees.
I see the customer is penalized when CarParts sends the wrong part to a customer. The only benefit a customer has with CarParts is when they ship the correct part OR give a FULL refund if CarParts made the mistake. Unfortunately I have Zero confidence CarParts can guarantee anything! Their mistakes became my mistake. Buyer beware. CarParts will never be part of our vendor for estimating system. I'm sorry your business model is a failure. I must only do businesses that stand by their mistakes and take care of the customer. I didn't get any acknowledgment when you received my returned incorrect part that it indeed was a correct part. Instead I get a partial refund. It seems that I got less because that's my risk I have to take to get a correct part. I risked my money to see if I can hopefully get the right part and if I don't, not CarParts fault. So take a risk with CarParts. Quality of parts and service is a risk! Good luck supporting that business model!

Based on our records, the return was beyond the 60-days return time frame; hence, the return was denied, however, we have taken into consideration the reason why you weren't able to return the Fog Lights. Since our system do not allow us to process the return beyond the return window, we have our designated team to process it, however, the total refund was not updated. Ordered a Mazda trim piece that we needed to replace. It didn't come with the hooks to put it back on the car. No problem. Ordered those. They didn't work. Asked Mazda to install, they couldn't do it either.
The parts from this company are useless and won't fit despite it being the "correct part". They even shipped the item to the wrong address so I had to buy it twice...Both were useless, just like them.

When you place an order on their website, they place a hold on your card for the amount of the order. Then when the order is shipped they bill you again. In essence, you are billed twice for the order. They say the first charge falls off your account within 3 to 5 business days... but they are holding your money for that time. This is not the way to run an online business in the 21st century.

Order a part from them last November 14 and sent a wrong part, I returned it immediately and ask for refund, look at the tracker and says been delivered on November 16 and wait for 7 days process but still nothing then contacted their customer service and said to wait 3 days and still nothing then customer said to wait more 3 day. Then I look at the emails there response are gone! They're a scam!

This place is a joke. N I do not recommend anyone to anything from here. I ordered a replacement part, and they sent it to the billing address instead of sending it to the mailing address. I'm super upset now.
Ordered a replacement mirror which was advertised as fully functional like OEM - folding, extending and fully adjustable power mirror. Mirror received was not fully adjustable and I did not install. Instead of 4-way power adjustable, it was only 2-way adjustable on a diagonal axis. Carparts did not allow return because outside of 60 day return period but didn't discover problem until after that period was up.

I bought a front brake caliper it works like a new car now but there were things I didn't care for the bolts for the brakes were so so tight when they broke loose I thought I broke my finger. Second there was paint down in the threads the 2-largest bolt holes that attaches this to the car. Luckily I had an impact to run the bolts in and out to clean out the threads. I thought I cross threaded it thats how tight it was.The final thing is the part didn"t come with a return label and they wanted to charge me $8.34 but since I wasn"t happy they made it good but still charge you tax on the return so it is only $23.00 and not $25.00

I ordered a headlight. Shipping was fairly quick, which would have been great, except for the fact that they sent me a mirror. I sent the part back, called and chatted to ensure I'd have no issue getting a refund. They have had their mirror back for a full month but no refund. I have tried to return a part for several weeks. As directed I filled out the required information on line. After completing my email address and order # taken from their invoice - I get a message stating the order # or email is wrong. I have completed the on line form several times with the correct information and I get a message to call car parts for assistance. When I call the # I am directed to the website and told to fill out the form which states I have entered the wrong information. What a SCAM. After trying for several weeks I have given up trying to return the part or speak to someone from car parts. I'm quite sure this has happened to many customers.
