I used CarParts to order a variety of parts to repair a damaged vehicle. The prices of the parts themselves were affordable and more importantly the shipping was vastly cheaper than competing outlets. Fast 3-5 day shipping time even with the cheapest option. When I had an issue with one item, they were prompt to respond and even offered a partial credit to compensate for the trouble. Will use this for future purchases.
I received some of the best customer service from this company that I have seen in years,my part was shipped very quickly and when I had a very minor issue they went out of the way to try and make it better.

They falsely advertise lightening fast shipping and then do not ship. My side mirror for my car never turned up (after they shipped it out 3 days later than they initially said). Even though I never received my product they would not offer a refund, only a refund of the shipping charges. When I called them out about the shipping this is the blatant LIE I got from customer service. Customer service said that they definitely shipped it out on time because tracking numbers are only created when a courier comes to pick up the product. How stupid are these people? I reported them to the state attorney general in my state and the state they operate in. If you've had similar experiences with shipping I urge you to do the same

Placed my order for front and rear brakes, was told next day...same day, fully pay for order then carparts charged me an additional $142 cause they used a "different warehouse" so they fully charged me, then double charged me right out of my debit cash account! A few days now I have no parts yet, car in shop waiting, half the order is now lost in limbo, have to wait more days for an investigation then process me a replacement order...they have cost me money, aggravation and had to have my bank fix their charges, costing me time too now and my garage shop on space cause they're dishonest and have terrible company policies

After calling there customers service for about three time, concerning the shipping address being incorrect. Now my order was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted them and requested for a refund and to cancel the rest of my order. Now they are telling me that I will need to wait until they get there parts back for my refund. There customer service overseas can not handle issues, they are only good for orders. Which is only good for there business.

I ordered my parts Saturday morning, and I am just now getting responses and emails today on Tuesday morning. Dont know whos running the show, but this is sad. I just received my parts Wednesday evening, and the parts are brand new, but there is no overnight shipping. So do not pay for fast shipping. You will be made a fool.
They sent my part to the wrong shipping address, blamed me and only issued a partial refund. Spent 45 minutes in phone jail w someone from India. If you have any self-respect and value your time, don't order from this company. Lousy customer service is a gross overstatement.

Parts priced low but cost me big bucks because of delays in shipping. Ordered Wed. Paid so they would be delivered 2 days later on Friday. After order was placed, confirmation email says delivery is an extra week. Tracking shows progress but now its a week later. Still not here. Meanwhile mechanic charging me $10 a day storage all this time on my towed car because parts aren't here. Here's a thought Carparts... quit taking money for fast shipping and also unload your FEDEX SHIPPER who by the way just drops it off at the Post Office to have them deliver it anyway on the last leg of the journey. Never using carparts.com again.
Ordered a radiator fan and paid for shipping so that it would arrive Monday. Monday night no package, apparently when I entered my address it was correct enough to verify as my billing address but not enough to be shipped to. Complete jackoffs running this company, would rather have my car flattened by a steamroller than buy parts from them. Would give them zero stars if I could. You are better off throwing your money into an offering bowl and praying some god sends the part down than trust these imbeciles.

Just got rear wheel bearings for our 04 exploder. Thought it came with the spindle too. They did not. So I gotta order those now. Other than this, I've always had a good experience. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone who fixes their own vehicle.
Company admitted Sent wrong part for wrong model of car, then won't return it. Because it's over 60 days only reason it's beyond 60 days. It's because a bumper cover you protect inside the box while you're waiting to put it on. Vehicle took longer than expected to have remoter replaced. And now I have a bumper cover for the wrong car that they will not Exchange for the correct part for the vehicle in perfect condition original shipping box.

If you decide to order from here- make sure you never need customer service. They are absolutely useless! I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and followed their directions only to be ran around some more. I just said forget it- at this point you've had my money this long I don't need it but you people clearly do. Talk about a waste of time. Shop else where. Period.

I ordered a catalytic converter for my Lady's 2011 Chevy Traverse. The parts were reasonably priced(needed 2) and they fit well. They arrive quickly. I took it to Bill's Muffler in Killeen TX and it's been going strong ever since. I will definitely use them again.
Any time I need auto parts I now go straight to carparts.com because I know from past experience they will have the right part and a very reasonable price plus shipping is always extremely low. Thank you car parts
Excellent service. Ordered the parts on Monday. Arrived on Thursday. New parts. Installed within minutes. Price was outstanding. LKQ and Pick-a-part were twice as expensive for used items. I will definitely use CarParts again and recommend them to others.
The site and receipt state a 2-day delivery, but now that they've sent tracking details, it will be at least 5 days. That's a real problem when you're trying to schedule a part replacement around travel plans. Don't buy here if you need it fast or even on a specific timeline. If there was an option to pay more to get it here in 2 days, I'd have done that. Instead, I'm stuck without adequate cooling when the heat index is going to be over 120.
