They first provided a fake tracking number. When confronted they sent another tracking number. Two days later their site showed the product was sent and was getting delivered. However, the tracking number they provided from USPS showed the product was never sent. We contacted USPS and they said they had never received the package, this is three days after they said they sent it. So technically yet another fake tracking number. No product was shipped or received. Under no circumstances we will accept a charge frown this company.
I ordered a tailgate and it was shipped to me in worse shape than the one i was replacing dented and scratched all over, at the time of purchase i did not see an option for 'insurance" and did not even think to look for it, i assumed that they would have some sort of protection backing there product to begin with, with that being said i submitted a request for an exchange or refund and they denied it and said they would do nothing for me, after back and forth emails for a few days they finally offered me a 40$ rebate. Do not use this company if you expect them to deliver quality products. Even if i would have purchased the insurance i would still be dealing with a headache for weeks on end with the time it would take to return the scrap metal and wait on the new order which I'm not confident would even arrive unharmed.

I've used carparts several times and almost every time they say arriving by such and such date but you can count on that not happening. Try about 3 days after they tell you. Has to be criminal one way or another

Parts often arrived damaged, or just of a cheap quality. Deliveries very often delayed for a variety of reasons. Online for a long time waiting on support. Their website is currently down. How we looking?
There was a problem with my order not being delivered according to the arrival date advertised. The customer service team at carparts.com didn't hesitate in refunding the cost of my shipping. I didn't ask for a refund and the fact that they did it to take care of me means a lot! I will DEFINITELY shop with them again!

Order no СРХ*******9622. One of my worst experiences, I placed my order through their slow app and I received two emails with two different carriers and tracking numbers. First with FedEx the 2nd one with XPO. FedEx tracking show that it's not picked up yet and XPO is showing different delivery location. After a week wait, they sent me wrong item, now I have to wait 2-3 business days which is 5-6 more days to get a confirmation if the warehouse has received the package plus 7 days for refund total 18-19 days wasted for a part. Do not buy things here! They can't manage small things.

Out of 10 items, 3 arrived on time, 6 were late (and 3 of them were cracked) and 1 has never arrived. I have to wait a week before I can do anything with the company Extends to try and find the missing item. They came with 4 different shipping numbers making it difficult to work with extends since they only had 1 shipping number.
Car parts did reach out after a review and offered me a 20 refund which I accepted. The person who helped me in that email exchange was nice and quick to respond.
Overall, I will not use this company again.

After days of waiting for part, and seeking tracking movement of item, I was scheduled for a refund. Why? Supposedly, their delivery service failed. When I contacted customer service they assured me I could still get the part (with additional time) and they would use a different delivery service. Days later, no contact, I did get the refund, never saw a part.
So many great parts vendors out there who deliver parts, why waste your time with carparts.com?

I love all the parts I received they all fit on very well I had just a few small pieces missing from a kit I had bought 1 inner tie rod and the steering adjusting sleeves with the tie rods, no big deal found easy at a parts house local when needed. I left a previous review when discovering the missing parts and they contacted me after to resolve the situation! No company goes outward like that off a review. So with that being said after a quick convo we got a solution to my issues and got it resolved really fast within a day or two of the review. Thank you Customer support you're the best I've run into so far. 5 stars for service but -1 star for the initial missing parts. 10/10 will be getting more parts from here in the future though.

Do not order from this website. I bought a power steering pump from this company back in December and wasn't able to install it until recently. I spent half a day getting the part installed only for it not to work. So I have absolutely no power steering. How do companies get away with this? So I called their customer service number and after waiting half an hour on hold I finally got through to someone that just told me since I was out of the 30 day return window they couldn't do anything. So I just wasted 100 bucks and half a day on some garbage that doesn't work and they don't even have the decency to give me my money back. Never ordering from this company again and don't recommend you do either.

I ordered a set of side marker lights. They sent the items in separate bags. One bag made it to the house with no problems. The other bag no idea where it is. I was provided 2 separate shipping numbers since they were shipped separately. The missing item the shipper says they received the request for shipment but the item has not been turned over to them. I called and was told there was nothing they could do for 15 business days. "That's all we can do". Not happy with this company. If it was a set of marker lights being shipped from the same facility then why not ship in the same bag. Customer service is extremely unhelpful. I can't wait to call back and see what run around I get then. I still need the part and paid for it. If you need parts. Seriously look at other sources.

I placed an order. My shipments were immediately delayed due to "supply chain issues". They sent my parts in 2 shipments.They were sent in separate shipments, both delivered by FedEx. One box was delivered to the wrong address, is a FedEx issue. Carparts is now giving me a hard time about a refund because technically it was, "delivered". The bag you're seeing? I didn't make that hole. Ball joints were sent in that package, when I picked up the bag they fell right out. What does Carparts.com have to say? Nothing. Still waiting on my control arms. They're not a safety issue or anything right? I paid $23 for shipping, so they didn't even have free shipping for this level of terrible.

Lol carparts.com is a horrible site to order anything I literally ordered a whole front end and in that time I had one part come damaged packed in a box to big and no support just a freaking plastic bag over it. When the radiator support got delivered it looked worse than the one that was already on the car. Then the bumper never came and currently waiting to get another one shipped we'll see if that even comes. Long story short this will be my first and last time ordering from them ever and I would not recommend ordering from carparts.com to anyone doing work on cars.
