Too many bad reviews on this site, so I'm telling you excellent quality, price & service. Purchased new headlamp assembly for 2018 Subaru Legacy. OEM was almost $400 and CarParts.com was 1/2 the price and I'll show pic on perfectly boxed AND it was new! Received the headlamp within a few days (don't pay attention to negative reviews on delivery!) and was easy to get bumper off and replace. YES, they have my business!
Company admitted Sent wrong part for wrong model of car, then won't return it. Because it's over 60 days only reason it's beyond 60 days. It's because a bumper cover you protect inside the box while you're waiting to put it on. Vehicle took longer than expected to have remoter replaced. And now I have a bumper cover for the wrong car that they will not Exchange for the correct part for the vehicle in perfect condition original shipping box.
After days of waiting for part, and seeking tracking movement of item, I was scheduled for a refund. Why? Supposedly, their delivery service failed. When I contacted customer service they assured me I could still get the part (with additional time) and they would use a different delivery service. Days later, no contact, I did get the refund, never saw a part.
So many great parts vendors out there who deliver parts, why waste your time with carparts.com?

Bought a tail light for my Yukon and less than a year later it was getting water in it. I got a replacement and now the replacement has the same issue! They are now unwilling to replace because it has been more than a year. Seems like the products they sell are less than quality and their customer service is worse! Avoid at all costs.

I'm in the process of doing a frame off restoration on an OBS Chevy pickup.
I ordered OEM premium parts from Car Parts.com in advance December 3rd. So I would have them on hand, when needed. I just started reassembling the vehicle, and realized that only one ball joint of four came with the bolts and hardware necessary for installation. I contacted Car Parts and was told that it's been over 30 days nothing we can do! I should have opened all of the boxes on arrival, but that shouldn't be necessary.

I ordered 2 sets of new rotors and pads, but ended up canceling the order the same night. The next day, they canceled one of the sets, but still shipped the other, even though they had already canceled the other. They're now telling me to return the item I will have to pay a fee. This is a clear attempt at squeezing any money they can out of me because I chose to cancel my order.

Do not order from this website. I bought a power steering pump from this company back in December and wasn't able to install it until recently. I spent half a day getting the part installed only for it not to work. So I have absolutely no power steering. How do companies get away with this? So I called their customer service number and after waiting half an hour on hold I finally got through to someone that just told me since I was out of the 30 day return window they couldn't do anything. So I just wasted 100 bucks and half a day on some garbage that doesn't work and they don't even have the decency to give me my money back. Never ordering from this company again and don't recommend you do either.

Out of 10 items, 3 arrived on time, 6 were late (and 3 of them were cracked) and 1 has never arrived. I have to wait a week before I can do anything with the company Extends to try and find the missing item. They came with 4 different shipping numbers making it difficult to work with extends since they only had 1 shipping number.
Car parts did reach out after a review and offered me a 20 refund which I accepted. The person who helped me in that email exchange was nice and quick to respond.
Overall, I will not use this company again.

Update to my first and only order placed for bumper trim for a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. I was highly disappointed to see the part damaged upon unboxing but still able to make it work. To everyone saying carparts.com are "quality" no they arnt. Their made in China bro. These are bot ahh people making unaccurate reviews. I had bought from this website in the past. An EGR valve, and a Shift Solenoid for my 2000 Coupe Accord in beginning 2023. They both came on time but the parts were defective. Definitely do not recommend ordering any part from them that has to do with electrical circuits or components. Your better off buying something cosmetic from this website. If you get lucky with an electrical car part, that actually functions the right way, than you got lucky. Other than that, don't say I didn't warn you. They wouldn't shoot me a refund. I had ordered this EGR vavle & Shift Solenoid from them. I got the parts on time. But they were defective as hell. The EGR vavle kept making my Honda surge and giving it high rpms. The Shift Solenoid kept causing the D4 light to flash everytime my car would try upshifting. After, I had bought and replaced those parts with OEM parts. & and guess what? It fixed the problem. The parts and service are great, but they're refund practices are crap. I accidentally double ordered a part so I called customer service. They told me I would get my refund in 3-5 days. Well… it took almost 3 weeks, and they made me jump through hoops to get my money back.

Order a part from them last November 14 and sent a wrong part, I returned it immediately and ask for refund, look at the tracker and says been delivered on November 16 and wait for 7 days process but still nothing then contacted their customer service and said to wait 3 days and still nothing then customer said to wait more 3 day. Absolutely worst customer service experience I have ever had. They sent my part to a different address than was provided not once but twice! I had to go around my neighborhood for an hour looking for this part as they continually shipped it to the wrong address. This caused a major inconvenience as I would have been driving my car a week ago if they would have put the correct address. If I wanted to drive to get the part I would have bought it from a store in town. However I will be buying from stores in town now as I'm sure they will not lose my part twice. As you can see in this photo they put lot 27 on the shipping label when I provided them with the address lot 272. And again, this was the SECOND time they did this. The only thing they offered me was a 5% discount but I informed them I wouldn't need it as I will never order from this place again after this hastle, and absolutely no help when I called customer service.

Be aware that despite their 90 Day Return Policy, which is ALL OVER their website, that some parts have a 30 day return policy and is only found by scrolling all the way through the part description you are looking at. I was told that I could not make a return on the 30th day since I received it. I obtained authorization from their supplier that the return would be honored and they still would not honor the return.
I am not a mechanic so I have no way to re-sell the part. The part was never used or opened and is in resalable condition. I am even willing to pay a re-stock fee, even though I am within the return guidelines. Still, no help by customer service.

The company should update their return policy to correctly reflect their actual policy and if the return timeframe is less than advertised, it should be prominently displayed on the order page for the part.
