Had placed an order with CarParts and when I received the product it was not exactly as pictured on the website. Although disappointed the part (Brake Rotor) would work but left a review of the product to let them know what I received was not what was pictured. I immediately received email communication from them apologizing and wanting to correct. After sharing pictures of what I received and what they had on their shelf in the warehouse (picture attached) which were the same they gave me the option to return the product which I declined and said I could still use. Once again they apologized and offered an unsolicited partial credit. Shen & Philip in their customer service did an excellent job.
It seems as thought my initial reaction was misguided. They had explained the cause of the situation and made amends by giving me a fair resolution for the inconvenience. Please disregard the previous review it seems like these folks are very credible and will work with you if needed. Would now highly recommend

They had an eta of 5/3 on my order before I bought my item. That is what made my purchasing decision. When i called them, they said it would take an additional 3-5 days. That shipping ad was very misleading. They said for larger products its longer. I wish their site would have taken that into account. I asked to speak to a manager and they had me on hold for 30 minutes and hung up.
Bought tailgate supports for my 2005 Odyssey and the price was unbelievably lower than other sites and they delivered. No scams or pranks. Thank you. Great to have an honest business you can trust. Keep up the great work!

I received the box and thought it was WAY too small for what I had ordered. It turns out that the aftermarket replacement is much thinner and more malleable and easier to bend than the original. I was reluctant to open it. The store was exceptionally difficult to work with in verifying before opening the package. I wanted to send them a photo from my phone, but they were too scared to pass me a cell#. I've been a real estate agent for almost 20 years. NOT... ONE... PROBLEM with people I don't know having my cell phone. Besides, how hard it is to just block someone? Aside from the phone issue, they just treated me like I was bothering them.
This company will sell you a part, but has no concern for service.
I have since found MUCH better places of service for parts.

Item had arrived damaged possibly from shipping but was usable with some work. I did not complain nor send back nor asked for any compensation, however they reached out to me to follow up on my order and when they learn it arrived damaged they did everything to make this right including partial refund. This help offset the cost of materials purchased to fix damaged. I am a very happy customer and will refer friends and family to this great company. Product was also good quality. Thank you!

Worst co. To deal with. A week after order was placed they said half the order was out of stock. Of course its the part i need. No communication. Terrible shipping. First time customer who will never do business here again. Buyer beware!
I needed a part for my 15-year-old Saturn Ion and so what does one do first? Google, of course! CarParts came up with the absolute lowest prices. Even with shipping, handling, and tax, it was still lower than anybody else. The part arrived in 3 days and I was able to install it myself. I have not tested their return performance (no need to yet). However, I am very happy with the service they provided; hence a 5-star review.
I've shopped around for car parts all over the place. And o stumbled upon this site. They have saved me a few hundred bucks on parts. Very impressed and I would recommend this site to anyone who is struggling with money and need quality decent priced part.
They sent me the wrong item and refuse to send me the right part. Also want to charge a 200.00 return fee. Unprofessional and will never order from them again. Con Artist They only want your money and card information. Then she hung up the phone when caught lying about the order. Bastards

I ordered the wrong part on accident, when i tried to return it they only pay you back 20 percent what you originally paid therefore taking your money. Ordered a set of head light for my Honda Odyssey 2005 driver side light leaked water and fogged up talked with them 3 times all 3 times said they'd get back to me never did. So take it for what it's worth if you receive a faulty part from them that's just to bad. Needless to say they'll see me again.
Absolute garbage website, ordered a fuel pump and exactly 7 days after the warranty of 90 days ended my fuel pump stopped working, very convenient. Support system is trash, they don't respond quick unless you call and even then you are forwarded to people who can't even help you. Don't order from this website, choose another one or better yet get parts from your local auto parts.
What a crap company, says 60 day money-back guarantee logo, unfortunately is on of the many lies with this company! They want you to pay for shipping to return and to loose a certain percentage for a B.S. Restocking fee! Takes forever to get your money back, shop at some other more ho est and credible store!

Ordered a set of 4 struts to be delivered and paid a nice $53 for this shipment. Well long story short, the struts did not come in at the same time. FedEx and CarParts neither want to take responsibility for the mix-up of two came in one day (one front and one rear to make it more funny) then other shipment should get here God knows when. Make sure you ask about how they are shipping your order. If not you will be unhappy waiting for parts.

I had to purchase a side view mirror for my car and was completely lost on buying it but their website guided me in the right direction. The piece arrived undamaged even though it was simply placed in a cloth bag. I was honestly surprised about that. After installation, I noticed that my mirror did not manually move. I didn't even reach out to customer service but simply asked a question on the item page. Soon after, someone reached out to me and after a short discussion, I was told that my product was most likely malfunctioning. They offered a variety of options: ship it back, replacement piece, or receive a partial refund. I decided to keep the product as is and was refunded immediately for the discount. I really appreciate them reaching out. I am happy to know that I can shop here if I need anything car part related.

I bought couple of parts they charged a lot for a faster shipping process and it's still on shipping process (4 days past, waiting 4 more days)... ridiculous time. This is definitely fraud.
