They are big lying company, bought wheels a month ago and still have no information about them, the estimated ship date is way behind, they say they have wheels in stock, but they dont, if you want to cancel order even if you have no info about your package YOU CANT THEY SAY WHEN ORDER IS GIVEN TO MANUFACTURER YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK, in other words you fankt up. This was my first purchase from CarID. I've known about them for a while.The guy Jamie from customer service assisted me and went through different sear covers for my car and took my order.

I concur with every NEGATIVE review listed on this site. This company is running a SCAM. I am so pis--d of- that I cannot explain what they have done to me. Suffice it to say that I ordered a part (in stock) approximately a month past that I have not received and I have not been able to talk with anyone who can give me a reason for the delay, other than, "its the shipper's fault". I am filing a complaint with my Credit Card co. To attempt to regain my money. TELL EVERYONE YOU SEE OR KNOW THAT CARDiD is nothing but a SCAM...

Don't buy anything from Carid. They are rude, and don't care what happens to your order. Go directly to the manufacturer. Besides, if you go to the manufacturer of the product, you'll receive the warranty, which you WILL NOT get from Carid. I ordered rain deflectors for my BMW X5, and they wouldn't go in as easily as the Carid site claimed. The back-ends of the deflectors snapped when the window went up. Carid told me that it was a faulty installation. I called weathertec directly and they gave me a discount on a new set (Carid wouldn't) and they are shipping them for free and if they break weathertc will replace them free of charge.
I would like to confirm my total satisfaction with the help given by all of your staff on my first order; it was no simple for me ( and for you, because of me) from FRANCE, but thanks to Molly, in first time, and this colleagues; everything was simplified and very well explained to me; I thank them enormously. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS ENTERPRISE! Flush the money or might as give it to salvation army for some good cause then to throw money away to them. They will tell you to cut the mates and send them the pictures. They will do everything to extend the time for the customer to file a complaint within the 30-45 day time with paypal. They will give assurances. If you have an issue with them, immediately call PAYPAL or your credit card company to hold the funds. They do not trust what they will say because we had a very bad experience with 3 customer service representatives. They will SIMPLY NOT REFUND your money as they did not do to ours. If the mats do not fit they will tell you to cut it. After you will cut it you cannot even potentially make a claim against the warranty. There are warranty on the mats and it covers design and defect. So, they tell you to cut the mates, so then you cannot make a claim against the warranty.
Has anyone ever seen the movie, "Groundhog Day"? Round two goes to CARiD.COM for not taking care of their customers. I ordered two different brake rotors, and did receive both. However, one of them was defective. I called and explained that both rotors had been installed, and that my eye caught the mistake after they were installed. One side of the rotor was thinner than the other (1.3mm to be exact). I sent images of the measurements. They did agree to send a replacement rotor. That being said, I drove the defective (but not dangerous to the extent of brake failure) for the week it took for the replacement rotor to arrive. I would not have any transportation otherwise. Taught to be honest as a child, I felt compelled to call and explain this piece of information. When they found out the part was installed and used, the refused to accept the defect. This WAS a factory defect. Would they have sold it to another customer? Possibly. Would they have shipped it back to CHINA? My guess is nope. After waiting two days and an hour of going back and forth with an extremely arrogant manager, she flat out denied my return request. I will NEVER use CAR.iD.COM in the future, EVER. They take your money, and if there is a problem, they WILL NOT help the customer and DO NOT want to deal with it. First time, shame on me. Second time? Shame on THEM! Be forewarned. I'm beginning to see a new "ANTI-CUSTOMER SERVICE" trend from these online parts geeks.

I ordered to lower rear control arms for my vehicle I've spoken with the salesman over the phone I specifically informed him to make sure that I had the left and the right lower control arms and that they were specifically for my vehicle two days later I got my packages one big box with the correct left side control arm in a small box with the steering Pitman arm which I did not needI called car ID and they told me to send it back why my car is jacked up in the air take it to the post office is what he told me how I'm gonna get to the post office they just destroyed my $10,000 sale for my vehicle now I have to go spend another $375 on another control arm because they sent me the wrong part and not willing to send a package so I can return it to them never buy anything from these people they are incompetentThey will get your order wrong the prices seem right but the parts are not I highly recommend other places

I purchased a Sherman front bumper face bar for my Chevy truck on 2/12 and my debit was charged immediately $224.24. When I did not receive the item by March 17th, I contacted CARID customer service and they said they attempted to contact me by my cell phone prior to shipping but they did not have my correct phone number so they told me that I "abandoned" the package and the item was never shipped. They refused to ship the item and/or refund my money today. I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was on hold for over 2 hours on my first attempt speaking with customer service. When speaking with the supervisor, she was rude, the poorest customer service, and continued to refuse to ship the product or refund my money. Ruby offered me a $25 gift certificate and a $20.00 refund which I refused, this is an insult when I paid $224.24 for an item that was never sent to me. I asked Ruby what address she had listed and it was the correct address so I had asked why the company did not attempt to send me a letter indicating they are having difficulty getting in contact with me, and could have requested for me to call them. She said her company does not do this. This company is stealing from people! They told me to take them to court. I have contacted my bank. STAY AWAY, do not buy anything from this company! (It does not allow me to give them zero stars or I would have, I had to click on one in order to submit the review!)

This my first time buying car parts online and customer service was very helpful and I picked wrong part and they were able to cancel my order would deff recommend to buy from here.
I received the wrong brakes. When I requested the brakes I ORDERED be delivered next day, I was told not until the wrong brakes were returned. I HAD NO BRAKE PAD LEFT! I needed brakes immediately. I purchased new brakes and demanded a refund. I drove 26 miles to return the brakes to UPS. In the interim, CarID sent the correct brakes which I did not authorize as I already had brakes put on. Now I am told I must take the second set to UPS 26 miles away! Stay away from Carid!

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
