I purchased a Sherman front bumper face bar for my Chevy truck on 2/12 and my debit was charged immediately $224.24. When I did not receive the item by March 17th, I contacted CARID customer service and they said they attempted to contact me by my cell phone prior to shipping but they did not have my correct phone number so they told me that I "abandoned" the package and the item was never shipped. They refused to ship the item and/or refund my money today. I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was on hold for over 2 hours on my first attempt speaking with customer service. When speaking with the supervisor, she was rude, the poorest customer service, and continued to refuse to ship the product or refund my money. Ruby offered me a $25 gift certificate and a $20.00 refund which I refused, this is an insult when I paid $224.24 for an item that was never sent to me. I asked Ruby what address she had listed and it was the correct address so I had asked why the company did not attempt to send me a letter indicating they are having difficulty getting in contact with me, and could have requested for me to call them. She said her company does not do this. This company is stealing from people! They told me to take them to court. I have contacted my bank. STAY AWAY, do not buy anything from this company! (It does not allow me to give them zero stars or I would have, I had to click on one in order to submit the review!)
I ordered the wrong part. And would like a refund is there an time period?

This my first time buying car parts online and customer service was very helpful and I picked wrong part and they were able to cancel my order would deff recommend to buy from here.
I received the wrong brakes. When I requested the brakes I ORDERED be delivered next day, I was told not until the wrong brakes were returned. I HAD NO BRAKE PAD LEFT! I needed brakes immediately. I purchased new brakes and demanded a refund. I drove 26 miles to return the brakes to UPS. In the interim, CarID sent the correct brakes which I did not authorize as I already had brakes put on. Now I am told I must take the second set to UPS 26 miles away! Stay away from Carid!

CarID is a horrible company with despicable standards hidden behind a fancy website. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. It borders on illegal. I purchased a wheel and tire package. This consisted of Roderick wheels and Continental tires at a cost of close to 2K. I received the wheels about a month after ordering. The wheels were defective. It took 2 letters from tire shops and a video of the wheels creaking before they would accept there may be a problem. No exchange, no refund. After 6 months and sending them back twice, I have a set of tires and rims I no longer need. I don't want to sell them in case there is still an issue. (Unlike CarID I would feel bad about misrepresenting a product I sold) In the end, I had to move on and purchase other rims and tires from a reputable company. I can't have my auto on blocks for 6 months. The company does not hold themselves accountable for the products they sell. Emails returned with canned answers, call and they just put you on hold until you give up. I did complain to the company and they offered me $30 off my next purchase in a canned email. Nope.

In October 2014 I ordered some $1200 worth of dress up products for my Cadillac SRX. Over a number of weeks I received all the items except one, upper half chrome mirror covers. Over the next four months I continuously called and or received message from CarID as to the progress of the item. Was either "at any time now" OR, "manufacturing problems please be patient". Finally asked for a refund. Oct 2015, SAME STORY. NOT AVAILABLE LEAVE YOUR E-MAIL FOR CONTACT WHEN AVAILABLE. That is how these rip off people artist do business. A YEAR LATER AND THE PRODUCT IS STILL LISTED ON THEIR "AVAILABLE" LIST WITH A NOTE. Go to shopsar.com although more expensive they have them in stock. Will NEVER deal with CARID AGAIN.!

CARiD sucks! I ordered a Bull Bar for my husbands truck, for Christmas. Not only did it arrive AFTER estimated delivery date (DEC 28TH), it was missing the hard wear, screws, mounts, installation instructions exc. After 6 e-mails, going back and forth, it's JAN 15th and my missing items STILL HAVEN'T SHIPPED!

I found the CARiD Website a great place to shop accessories for my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. I really liked the video's on many of their products in addition to the clarity of the pictures and descriptions of items. Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
