The shipping timeframes depend on the type of the product you are going to purchase. Most of the items are on stock ready to be shipped, however, we list products which have to be manufactured.

I suggest not using this vender at all. I never received a return slip when my purchase did not fit the vehicle like the site stated. I will change my review to 1 star. Go into a local shop and deal with people. I still have the parts sitting in my room that are of no use and I will never get any of my money back.

Don't order in the first place. They shipped my order anyway a week after I cancelled it and it took threee weeks and a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Some folks seem to have pretty good luck with these people. I didn't, as well as many others. This outfit could not give me any parts period. False advertising, slow shipping, poor customer service and the return policy was a constant battle. They managed
to get my money really quick but getting them to refund it took over 2 weeks.



Whatever you do, good luck. I just didn't need or want the hassell.

In my case was a nightmate. It took forever and even worst due to the size of the item they shipped with a company i never heard off. Then i got a tracking number that had a delivery date for a monday, that day the driver called me and told me he will not deliver on monday just simply because he didn't had any other delivery on my area. WTF??? I paid for the shipping. So end of story i had to wait three more days to get delivered. I would never buy again from carid.

They charged me to ship a bumper cover and said it would take around ten days. Three days after it was supposed to be there they called and said they needed another $70 in order to ship it. So yeah took quite a while and way more money than expected.

Shipping time was about normal. But I was one of the persons that had a bad experience with them, so I would suggest against ordering from them. Their customer service likes to give you the run around and can't seem to answer any of your questions without going to a higher up supervisor. You can give them a try but watch out for the shipping charges and there is a good chance that your item will be shipped from a third party. Mine shipped from Kentucky not New jersey where their warehouse is. The item I purchased was $68 total and $70 for shipping. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I'm in Canada the shipping took eight weeks! My husband got his Christmas gift in Feb. I ordered it November. And when it arrived I had to pay over a hundred dollars to get the package from the courier. Total waste of time and money.

Shipping is not the problem, half the time they do not stock the part you order, but do not tell you that tell it's been over a week, then half the parts they do stock are total junk. About 1/4th the time you'll get what you want when you want it and have it all work out. Look at how many 1 star reviews they have and not just how cheap they are.

I can't begin to explain all the shipping, returning and being charged twice problems I've had with them. And all in one order. I even sent three letters, one to the parent company Onyx, Enterprises and two to CarID and they did not even have the decency to respond. Absolutely the worst customer service and online sales experience I've had, barred none.

Absolutely atrocious!! Go to a local supplier and deal with them. Car-Riddance wouldn't even take a defective item for warranty replacement. I waited over 10 months for no result, constantly hand-balled from one customer service representative to another. False advertising, slow shipping, defective customer service and the non-existant return policy was a constant battle.

: My recommendation is not try try to find out. In my case, it took over 1 month to get my part because it had to be received from their supplier. It was a part with a core charge. They are supposed to provide a shipping label for you to return the part for credit, but they never provided one and by the time I was able to make contact, they said too much time had past (In 6 point font on the far right of the part page, there was a 30 day limitation -- I didn't see it because I ordered by phone to make sure that the part was correct for my truck). Despite the fact that they failed to send the shipping label, I'm still out $150 core charge. After I finally made contact, the person who told me they wouldn't accept the core for credit did offer me a $10 credit on my next order -- told her that kind of pales in comparison to losing $150 and that my next order was going to occur on a very cold day, so not to bother with the credit coupon. Save yourself the hassle, find another supplier -- this one just isn't worth fooling with.

Do your best to avoid this company. They buy from other places and resell to you. You will get cheaper and better from elsewhere. Customer service is aweful.

It took about a week. But I ordered in a evening on a Friday. Got parts the next Friday. Was not a large package but was an expensive part the cheapest I found. Hope that answered question. I hear of others that had problems but I didn't have any.

Carid in general is great, The amount of time shipping takes usually depends on which product you are buying and from which company, I've never had a single issue on any of my purchases. You can most likely expect your product in about a week, With a day of processing of course.

Why am I ask to write a review BEFORE I get the item that I ordered? Now I am worried sick after reading all the negative reviews. Can i know how long it would take to ship from US to UAE? the item is in stock. i ordered it 3 days back and its not yet shipped. Please help The tires I bought that do not fit my car (dispute in process) now cost $300 less than I paid a couple of months ago. That's a 25% price cut. Why? I havent gotten any emails about my order or from carid.com, but my bank was charged for the sale so i know i made one a couple days ago. I didn't get my military discount on my order Is walker part # 53294 in stock? WONDERING IF MY ORDER HAD SHIPPPED YET 3RF94879M83092214A. I bought a cadillac yellow CTS caliper covers. They show two different sizes they sent me four of the same size, they won't fit.? t Just wondering why most of the five star reviews have animal portraits. Isn't rather interesting? My order number is 21079527 (3151670) I have no doubt customers who've had good experiences will leave nice comments. I do find it very difficult to believe the wording used in many of the 5star reviews are legitimate and almost every 5 star review has the same style picture, that's just is way too coincidental. I have had good experiences with CARid in the past but this experience has been a complete run around. The skirts simply don't fit my fox body, and the pictures I sent show that. When I called the first time I was asked to get photos of the issue. Firstly that doesn't wear well, it implies I'm lying and need to prove it to you. If I'm not satisfied, then let me return them. I asked Anthony if there was anything else needed to get them returned because it means I have to unpack them and repack them again, which takes an hour. He said no, that was all that was needed. I then don't hear back from anyone for several weeks, so I email about the status. I then get an email saying you are demanding my VIN, and pictures of the product number. I responded I'm not happy with providing the Vin and do not want to unpack the skirts for the third time and repacked them again. Then I get an email saying provide the VIN it is absolutely necessary. I said I object to providing the VIN because I don't know what you use that information for. I finally get another email saying that they requested the VIN to make sure it was not a customer error when ordering the part but nothing about the part number picture so I assumed that was a non issue. Again I find the VIN objectionable because if there was an error it's kind of irrelevant because if it's the wrong part it doesn't fit the car anyway and if I ordered the wrong part it's likely due to confusion on using your website. So I finally gave in and provided my VIN and then several weeks later I ask for an update and later get an email requesting pictures of the product number, again. I spoke to several different customer service agents via email stating I am not interested in unpacking the product for a third time as it takes me an hour to do it, your opportunity to ask that was at the first point of contact. And that the product number is absolutely irrelevant to me, if it was the wrong product sent to me that is your problem and it's going back, and if it's the right product number then that is irrelevant because the product is terrible and does not fit the car. So in my opinion I don't care what the product number is, I just want to return these poorly constructed skirts. These phone calls and email exchanges have been going on for months and it's now in the fourth month since I paid for the skirts and I am right back to where I was 2 months ago where you are demanding pictures of the product number. As stated multiple times to many different customer service representative, I don't care what the product number is I want to return them if you are interested in what the product number is, then when you get them back you take a look at the number. Please can you get this dealt with, I am absolutely fed up with this process and I want them out of my garage because they take up a lot of space and I want my money back
