The site is legit, but the people who run it are crooks.

I spoke with "Liz" as well in an effort to come a resolution regarding my major issue with their product. She says all the right things as far as what customer service reps are supposed to. So if you like long waits to hear back from them if at all go for it. How ever if you want quality parts and service and value for your dollars, look else where. You won't find it here.

Anyone can have a telephone-book sized catalogue. Ask yourself from the reviews, if Carid guarantees good quality it certainly does not apply to quality customer service. No answered phone calls, emails or otherwise handballed from one department to another without results. It is a wonder Craid survives with such shoddy customer service tactics. Be warned.

Yes i think is legit but you will need luck, patience and time, customer service is extremely bad.
