It was a bit of a challenge installing seat covers, but with the included plastic tool and videos on YouTube had success completing the custom look. Very impressed how all seams lined up and the tight precise fit! Glad to have the safety feature of openings for air bags. Happy to see it resist spilled water on first outing.

Got the right parts, but the site promised they'd be delivered 3 days before they actually show up. Now, I'm no stranger to dealing with logistics companies, thus I know that once the package leaves, you're at the mercy of the shipping company. To that end, therefore, don't promise delivery no later than a certain day. My package was supposed to arrive two days after I ordered it, but it arrived 5 days later. So in order to avoid this, I'm not going to purchase car parts through this site anymore. Don't make promises you can't keep.

I had to call them four times and deal with the same exact answers of people saying give us 24-48 hours or however long they would say. Nobody ever called me back like they said and I always had to initiate. All of this was over the course of three weeks and only for two items.

The headlights look amazing and they were so easy to install i had them wired up and ready to go in 25 minutes. My only complaint about the Headlights is there is only 1 adjustment for the low beam vertical position. The high beams are set how they are I'll do some more research on them. Overall they look amazing are very straight forward and function amazingly. The delivery on the other hand, the day they were supposed to be delivered with NO signature required the delivery company denied delivered do to no one answering the door which they didn't knock or ring the doorbell, they also never showed up on my camera, the day they were delivered it was at my neighbors house that has an offroad driveway there are signs around my yard for that exact reason. Granted i know GPS takes them to the middle of my field, I've been working on that, there are actual signs that say the address on them

I ordered new headlights for my 2014 Ford focus. The parts arrived and I placed the box in my garage waiting for a time where I could install them. When I opened the box, I discovered the driver side front headlight magnifying lens was not in place was loose and broke the headlight that came with the kit. The material is all glued plastic, and it looks like the magnifying lens was never properly placed, and has been vibrating around, breaking the interior of the sealed lighting unit..

I purchased a new passenger side mirror for my 2006 Nissan Frontier. My original mirror was damaged in a recent hail storm and the new one was easy to install and looks great. However, when I opened the box, one small piece of edging on the actual mirror was broken loose. It wasn't very noticeable and I was able to glue it back with some superglue. You can't tell at all and for the price it was well worth it. I would give this a 4.5 stars and will be ordering parts again as they have everything for my truck.

The lights are lovely and they were packaged very well, only a small problem with the fact there were no resistors included on the lights so for my panther car they hyperflash. Not a big deal, it can be fixed very easily, great site to order from!

Item was delivered a couple days earlier than projected. The side rails fit perfect on the pickup. My wife who is 5 foot 4 was thrilled to get them on her pickup because her old ones had rusted out and she had to go without them for a little over a week!

We ordered a headlamp kit for our Ford truck. The lamp arrived in mint condition, but when my husband plugged in the wires and installed the headlight, it didn't work in our vehicle. We ordered the computer panel, which we now believe was the problem to begin with, and haven't yet been able to check the headlight. We will decided whether or not to return the headlight kit after seeing if the panel is the problem. We are really wishing the panel was included in the original kit we ordered, even if the price would have been a bit more.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
