Got the right parts, but the site promised they'd be delivered 3 days before they actually show up. Now, I'm no stranger to dealing with logistics companies, thus I know that once the package leaves, you're at the mercy of the shipping company. To that end, therefore, don't promise delivery no later than a certain day. My package was supposed to arrive two days after I ordered it, but it arrived 5 days later. So in order to avoid this, I'm not going to purchase car parts through this site anymore. Don't make promises you can't keep.
I had to call them four times and deal with the same exact answers of people saying give us 24-48 hours or however long they would say. Nobody ever called me back like they said and I always had to initiate. All of this was over the course of three weeks and only for two items.

The headlights look amazing and they were so easy to install i had them wired up and ready to go in 25 minutes. My only complaint about the Headlights is there is only 1 adjustment for the low beam vertical position. The high beams are set how they are I'll do some more research on them. Overall they look amazing are very straight forward and function amazingly. The delivery on the other hand, the day they were supposed to be delivered with NO signature required the delivery company denied delivered do to no one answering the door which they didn't knock or ring the doorbell, they also never showed up on my camera, the day they were delivered it was at my neighbors house that has an offroad driveway there are signs around my yard for that exact reason. Granted i know GPS takes them to the middle of my field, I've been working on that, there are actual signs that say the address on them

I ordered new headlights for my 2014 Ford focus. The parts arrived and I placed the box in my garage waiting for a time where I could install them. When I opened the box, I discovered the driver side front headlight magnifying lens was not in place was loose and broke the headlight that came with the kit. The material is all glued plastic, and it looks like the magnifying lens was never properly placed, and has been vibrating around, breaking the interior of the sealed lighting unit..

After placing this order, my husband told me he had already ordered the same item. I quickly went back and cancelled the order. It was placed on a weekend so I was sure it would not ship until Monday so there should be no problem with cancelling the order. I placed a cancel order request and received a reply that it had already been shipped. Now in order to return this item, I must pay shipping charges. This was not good customer service! This item could have been pulled before it was picked up.

The box was all types of old and beat up, mind you it was raining but still it felt like it could have been sitting around for a bit. When I opened it I was just mind blown. So far I'm impressed with my brake rotors and pads. Quality seems high and price was solid. However, it took longer than it seems it needed to for them to arrive - mostly due to the length of time between ordering and shipping.

Bedrug came in fine, but tailgate rug was missing one Velcro strip for attaching to the truck. It took many e-mails before the issue was resolved. Was a manufacturer's issue. Both items meet my needs.

The live chat was not very helpful, tried to recommend/sell me muffler hangers I didn't need. And provided delivery date different from what website was indicating. Did give me a small discount coupon. However, there was no packaging/protection of the exhaust or muffler. The exhaust was banged up upon delivery, I couldn't wait to try to exchange as I needed to get car running. Don't understand why they couldn't have at least bubble wrapped the parts! I can only hope the dings don't rust out.

Picture were great of products, the back hole for light to go into was not big enough so we had to sand the metal to get it to fit correctly and then dust got into the lens which can not be gotten out, lights look great but the extra sanding of metal to get light to fit, not very happy

First off, the product works great, nothing wrong mechanically. However, the tail lights I bought are labeled to be smoked, meaning the outer covering is supposed to have a black tint to them and the picture on the website also makes it look like the covering is tinted. Whenever I received the tail lights, I soon realized the covering was clear without any tint, and the only difference was that the housings on the inside of the tail lights were black. False advertisement for the product.

Ordered a Chrome Bumper Assembly with side steps & no backup sensors for a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Crew Cab; shows picture & fit confirmation on site. What arrived is not what was ordered. No problem, I'll just return it.
Called customer service to get return authorization & label & was told I would receive a credit after they received the product; also no big deal but THEN was informed my credit would be 1/4 of what I paid!?, um NO!
Then after speaking with said "supervisor " Cornelia, she said my credit would be even less! I told her they are Crooks & hung up.
I have also submitted an email requesting for someone to call me about this, I'll see what happens, but if I could I'd give them -10 star review!

The while process was really easy the wheels were cheap, and the shipping was really fast!
Unfortunately 3 of the 5 wheels that were delivered have small bends to them. When you roll them across the garage floor they clunk every time.

I received my package in the mail and it was not damaged. However the faux wood piece that is above the glove compartment, the WHOLE PIECE was missing. Also there was no piece for around the instrument cluster. I need these pieces sent to me and I already sent pictures to where you asked me to send them and now I am waiting for the delivery of these pieces. You can't redo the faux wood dash completely without them and if they are not part of the package, well just doesn't make any sense as those are integral to the look of the dash. I recently bought a replacement mirror for my truck said it was a match and when I went to replace the mirror the electrical plug was completely wrong but due to not having a picture I was unable to 100 percent make sure I was getting the correct mirror. The only thing is the service has helped me and are getting back to me with a refund or replacement with the correct part.
