Placed cover on vehicle, the fit was extremely poor. Lots of loose areas for wind to grab. Bought the wind kit (clips and bungees). 2 clips broke during installation. Given the result on this purchase, we would not buy for other 2 vehicles.
I would give ZERO stars if possible! Having ordered their best cover, I received an email notifying me it had delivered. When I called CarCovers customer service to advise them that the package had not arrived, the representative was completely rude. He said I need to call police and claim the package was stolen. No empathy or help at all. He claimed he had a picture of the package on my front porch, so I asked him to describe the porch hoping to see if it was a neighbor's home by mistake. He then just kept repeating my address and claiming the package delivered there. He eventually admitted there was no picture and returned to repeating my address. When I asked to speak to someone else hoping to get some actual help tracking my order, he just kept repeating my address and saying the package delivered there. I eventually gave up and hung up. Hopefully I can get some help from FedEx or from my credit card company but absolutely frustrated with CarCovers disregard for the situation and learned valuable insight into how they support their customers after purchase!
Fits great, looks great. Will definitely buy again and recommend to friends and folks in my car club.
I have purchased a total of 5 covers with the best warranty on the market. You can't go wrong with a full lifetime warranty
I purchased two covers for my mustang and my husband's cheville. They where easy to put on and covered the cars very well.
I ordered two ATV covers. One for a Can-Am and one for a CF Moto. I paid nearly $400 and they were supposed to be trailerable covers. Neither has Vince neither has an access to the gas tank and neither has any straps or any way to put a strap on it for that matter. I have communicated with them for 2 days and they are unable to resolve it. The covers they sent me your basic cheap covers and they're too small for my ATVs. I paid for something I did not receive.
If I had known they did not have outside mirror pockets, I would not have bought the cover.

This review should be zero, but it is not an option. Purchased a cover and received a box with crayons and a few random school supplies. Do not buy from this company. Big scam..
I purchased this cover for my BMW. I added the lifetime warranty and was purchased from their website. That cover went bad after 3 years of normal wear and tear. I sent pictures and all the information they wanted for the warranty, I got an email 2 days after saying the warranty got approved. They want to charge me "Prorated warranty" and shipping for almost a $100. What a rip off. A $100 and the warranty is approved. What if the warranty was not approved. I will never use these scammers again. All their 5-start reviews and based on customer that have been asked to leave it, even before they use the product.
Please stay away and find somewhere else where they stand behind their products.
By far the worse customer service I've ever experienced from an online business. Would not recommend their product because of that no matter how "great" they claim to be.
Customer Service is key, ALWAYS.
I purchased it a for a Eco Sport Ford over 2 years ago. It is out in the sun and weather 24/7. The prior car with out a cover, the paint burnt off, trim melted crack and faded. With the cover the car is not hot inside on the hottest days after two years the car still look like it has been kept inside.
In short…
Ordered a motorhome cover 8/20/20 from Carcovers.com. Liked the cover.
Had to order a replacement under warranty via email 12/16/21. Had to pay $95 shipping on the replacement for the 1st time in my 17 years of motorhome covers. Didn't arrive for months. Called Carcovers.com several times. Was told still on back order and "should ship soon". Finally, blamed Canadian truck protest blocking the border. Replacement cover finally arrived some time in April 2022. Wrong cover. Zipper for the door now way too far back. Called Carcovers.com again. Told "Sorry"… Warranty only covers 1 replacement. That zipper in the wrong place? Now busted. Wide open, flapping in the wind. Called Carcovers.com again. Told again "Sorry"… Warranty only covers 1 replacement. Now recently, covered the Bounder just this week after 15 days on the road. Cloud of gray dust. Yes, that wrong replacement cover with the busted zipper is now deteriorating into a pile of dust. Is this a health hazard? Called Carcovers.com once again. Told to initiate warranty requests through email and was hung up on. So used email as told to. Received automatic response "Your request (xxxxxx) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email." Still waiting on their latest response. Maybe short-staffed like the rest of the country?
Ordered a cover for my car, I waited one week, no cover, I called they said it's back ordered, 90 days. They said we will upgrade you, no charge, still no cover. They gave me a UPS tracking number, called UPS they said it's a bad number, called car cover, they said can't help you. They suck, I'm in the process of making a claim to the BBB, one week later, they still show a label has be created, but UPS, still says no idea. I also checked the number with the USPS, no good.
A+++
Great cover and great fit. Will definitely buy again. Great customer service, always willing to help.
The fit is amazing and the quality is unmatched! I will definitely be buying another one for my other cars!
We got the Ultimate shield car cover for our 1952 MG TD, it had deteriorated and rip it big hole on the cover just a week after one year! When I tried to reach out to the customer service. Jumped all the hoops, they told me I can get a replacement for prorated warranty, $32.99 and $19.28 for shipping.
If I knew this is going to only last a year, and I wouldn't not buy it.
Purchased one of their cover only to discover it did not have stitched in straps to handle the windy Michigan winters we have. The cover was never opened in original packaging. The refused my RMA request because they said it had been over 30 days. They cant even count or are straight up rip off artists. UNBELIEVABLE
We were very happy with the quality of the product. It was recommended by our dealship. We ended up buying one for our older car
This "premium" cover doesn't even fit properly. They sold it as a form-fitting cover that basically billows in the wind. The cover disintegrated within a year. They have a full "warranty" that requires that is prorated. You end up having to pay half of what you paid for the cover originally. The cover is junk.
We were out of town and left car outdoors for 3 weeks and found no dust when the cover was removed. Found the fit a shade loose compared to other covers being used in our neighborhood. Feel the straps for securing covers should be provided standard and this may help the fit.
Answer: It seems to be. The problem is that they do not know how to sell the product and they do NOT have a liberal return policy.
Answer: ZERO customer service! Rude and absolutely no help.
Answer: Their products are made in CHINA, and you know exactly what that means when it comes to quality,(or lack of), stay away!
Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.
Answer: Sorry: www.CarCovers.com provided me with zero/no free gifts. All they wanted were additional NONSENSE fees.
Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
