CarCovers.com sold me their top of the line Platinum car cover. But when they failed to meet the delivery date I requested: They repeatedly LIED about when my car cover would arrive which was important to me because I needed IT by a certain date for travel. When I realized that the car cover wouldn't arrive at MY CLEARLY specified date, I was immediately informed that I would be PENALIZED with RESTOCKING & CANCELLATION FEES. I THEN spoke to a (incredibly rude) CarCovers.com supervisor who really didn't want to hear why I wanted to cancel my order. All she wanted to talk about was the extra charges they would bill me for. Long story short: I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CARCOVERS.COM AGAIN & NEITHER SHOULD YOU!

Tip for consumers:
Before you order, ask about CarCovers.com UNREASONABLE cancellation & restocking fees. THESE PEOPLE ONLY CARE ABOUT STEALING YOUR MONEY, AND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE AT FAULT, THEY WON'T WORK WITH A CUSTOMER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

When CarCovers.com lied about my delivery date, I cancelled my order, and instructed my condo delivery department to not accept my order from CarCovers.com So I never saw the product, I cancelled because I was traveling from my winter condo for the summer, and would not be able to install the car cover until the fall; probably in October.
