I PICKED UP MY ORDER TODAY & I HAD THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. THIS COMPANY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL & FAULTY! THE SHOE BOXES WERE BEATEN UP & BOTH PAIR OF SHOES WERE THE WRONG SIZE. I HAD PLACED THE ORDER FOR A SIZE 71/2 & RECEIVED BOTH PAIRS ON A SIZE 5! THINGS ARE SMALLER & WRONG SIZES. THE BACK PACK LOOKED BIGGER ONLINE, BUT ALOT SMALLER ON THE ACTUAL SIZE. I RETURNED EVERYTHING IMMEDIATELY! ON TOP OF THAT I HAD TO PAY A $27 RETURN FEE. THIS IS VERY RIDICULOUS! I'M REALLY UPSET WON'T BUY AGAIN FROM BOOHOO! I received my items within 1 week and the quality of the items was nice. One of the dresses that i ordered though was made out of some odd fabric but it's still wearable.

First and last time ordering thru BooHoo. Today makes an official 2 weeks since placing my order. Although I live in Alaska we are a part of the United States, we have zip codes, so I'm unsure why BooHoo would not just utilize USPS who consistently ships and delivers items within 3-5 days. (I order from clothing boutiques on the East Coast ALL THE TIME and consistently in 3-5 business days my things are delivered). My entire order was to be worn this Friday for my husbands Christmas party. Looks like I'll need to spend additional $$$ to find a Plan B. For whatever reason BooHoo utilizes a shipping partner who is slower than molasses! My items sat in Inidiana for nearly a week. Today, they've barely left Nevada. I tried to stay positive but I'm certain my parcel will not arrive on time. It definitely didn't arrive within the 7 business days BooHoo said it would. I'm giving 2 stars because my shopping experience was great, I was able to take advantage of the 50% off pre-Thanksgiving sale. I did try emailing customer service this past Monday morning. I was given an automated response letting me know they'd get back to me within 48hrs. Just like the 7 day delivery time, 48hrs has come and gone. I won't even try to go thru the return process once my parcel actually comes. If I can't depend on this company to do what they say, I certainly won't depend on them to give me a refund. "BooHoo" is right, sad!
I will start by saying that I absolutely love their merchandise! However when I am anticipating my order for an occasion they have not proven reliable. Two of my four orders have been delayed, one almost a month.
The first time that I experienced this I placed an order with a dress for my baby shower. It was lost or delayed according to the response I received from customer service. I do agree they are very prompt and responded almost immediately. The technician assisted me by refunding my shipping cost which was standard and lended a sincere apology. My order arrived after 3 weeks which was too late for my shower but I was willing to give them another chance given the excellent service response and consulation.
Not this time. This time I again chose standard shipping which I am being told is 6 to 7 business days. This order had an item that was for an occasion and I anticipated that it would be here in that amount of time since it is a paid service. I received a response however this time that standard shipping is not given the same priority as expedited orders and is only an "estimated" time frame. This time I was was advised that we should wait another 2 weeks and that we could revisit the issue at that time if it is still delayed by the carrier. I was not offered any kind of incentives but just basically told to wait it out.
Extremely disappointed :(
This is the worst purchase of my life, not only did it take forever to get here, but it does not fit! I had to pay for shipping, and I have to pay to ship it back to get my money. Never again!
PLEASE, just don't. It will take 1-2 months to get your items, you will hate every item, the items you DO like will rip, tear, or fade within 1 wash, and the things you DONT like will take 1-2 months to get your money back.
Spent almost $400.00 on dresses and heels. Heels ordered a size 7 and both came in a size 5.
Ordered dresses in a size 8 and so far what came in, all are SIZE 12's!

AWFUL. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Waited over 2 weeks for my clothes and only a few came and they are all in the WRONG SIZE...
This site is not what it seems... the dress I got was nothing like the picture, it was too small and dirty. I returned it immediately. Never buying g from this site again
I ordered from boohoo 4 times and it's surprising how perfect the clothes is. The size and the quality is just perfect. This my favorite site and I will be a regular customer.
Ordered a bunch of dresses and tops and nothing fit right, everything looked like a teens project, sewing in middle school, not impressed, dresses were like huge tops, wide and short. Not recommended
I ordered some items July 10th as of today I haven't received the items. I reached out to Fedex cause the tracking shows the package at their TN office since July 16th, per Fedex the package has been lost & won't be delivered. I reached out to Boohoo & they are refusing to refund my card back until after August 12th (A Full Month After My Initial Order) even though Fedex website clearly shows the package is lost. I've ordered from Boohoo several times over the past few years and never had any issues until my last 2 orders. After this I won't be ordering from Boohoo again.
Fabric is horrible on anything that is ribbed. Not at all what picture looks like and definitely not the same fabric. Itchy and see through and not soft.
AVOID! DO NOT BUY! Awful Company who will try and scam you for your money and reported to Trading Standards!

Always have to chase and they ask you to wait 28 days... once 28 days have past, they still delaying on refunding you! Always have to raise a PayPal claim to resolve!

They will advise you they cannot process your refund because you have a paypal claim open and if you closed your claim then they will process the refund! DON'T CLOSE YOUR PAYPAL CLAIM! As they will continue to lie and delay your refund!
39 days later... I have finally received a refund, minus the delivery charge for the faulty item, after advising them I will report them to Trading Standards!
Not sure how this company stays in business... shocking!
If anyone else has dealt with such bad customer services and Boo hoo trying to scam you from your money then please report them to Trading Standards, so they can take action on this awful company!
My daughter ordered some clothes for a University Christmas function for which she had bought a ticket. She ordered in plenty of time and even paid for next day delivery. However, the clothes didn't arrive for quite a few days and so she couldn't go to her Christmas function. The clothes were extremely poor quality and wrongly sized. She and I have contacted customer services to complain and have made it clear that she wanted to return the clothes and receive a full refund. I feel she should have been refunded her next day delivery charge and at tge very least, the cost of her party ticket which she was unable to attend because her delivery did not arrive. Still now, in February, nobody has bothered to answer this complaint so the clothes still haven't been returned- she wants a full refund. I feel they have deliberately ignored her so that she has to keep and pay for the order. I'm not sure now whether to go to the ombudsman of Trading Standards. Don't order from them - they are a rip off!
Love the style, love the length however the pink colour shown is not the colour that you actually get more raspberry than bubble gum pink. Disappointing
Do not ever order from boohoo, if you expect to have returns. They do not exchange your size. Customer service is horrible. I had to return items from two orders because they did not fit. I emailed customer service to find out if I could ship the returns back in one package versus two packages to avoid paying shipping twice. They said this was fine, write a note about the orders, i included the order return label. They are not refunding me for my second order return because I don't have proof of postage which they failed to state in their initial email about returns. By the time they told me I need proof of postage, i already shipped the package. They processed the returns for the first order but refuse to awknowledge the second order returns included and state they can't without proof of postage which I can't provide as i shipped it from work. I paid boohoo the return shipping and printed the label from their website so work could not provide a proof of postage as they did not weigh or charge me for the parcel. So essentially they have the items back and are keeping my money for them.
I would like to start off by saying that I loved this website when I first ordered. I was a little nervous about ordering from something from across the world but I had heard good reviews so decided to go through with it. However, my items came a lot later than they were expected and I needed them for a certain date. Second, when I received my items I was not pleased at all, in fact I was very disappointed. I had ordered a bodysuit that came in a completely different color than I had ordered and it was very cheap material which was also too big. I ordered another body suit that was a weird size and very different color shade from the picture. I also ordered another shirt, which came with 2 of the same shirt, but the shirt was so small I couldn't enough get it on. Overall, I am very disappointed and disgusted with this website. The shipping is horrible, the clothes don't look like they do in the pictures, the clothing is very cheap material, and the sizing is completely off. The customer service takes forever to get back to you and when you want to return your items, you have to pay for the shipping. I will never ever order from this website again and I will never suggest it to anyone I know. Horrible experience.
I placed my order with BooHoo Friday with express shipping which says I should receive my package by 12/22/2019 DHL express the carrier send a message I should expect my package Dec 26th? Ridiculous I payed 17 dollars USD just to receive this package before Christmas and now I should receive by the 26th EXTREMELY UPSET WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BOOHOO EVER AGAIN!
I ordered some Ugg Boot lookalikes and they looked more like clown shoes, not confortable, not easy to walk in and despite ordering my usual size 4 they were 2 sizes too big! They wanted me to return them, sent me a return link that didn't work and had the audacity to still charge me for them (I paid via Klarna) after I emailed asking for another returns link when the initial one wouldn't work.
My latest order was a pack of "High waisted" cotton leggings They're not high waisted, they are the itchiest, most horrible material I've ever worn and incredibly see threw. I also ordered some "pyjamas" but to my horror opened uo the plastic bag and it was literally just the trousers. Who TF buys only half a set of PJ's and even worse, isn't clear on the advettising. After they can't get the basics right, I'm closing my account, uninstalling their app and never buying from them again. Pure dissapointment.
