After going back and forth with the customer service, they stopped responding to my e-mails on 2/5/2022. The problem in question was the refund (or better yet - a lack of one) for an item I paid for and returned within a week. They said they would look into it and get back to me on 5th of Februaryy. I had then sent them another e-mail and another and another and got zero replies. Shame on all of you at the customer service.
I ordered on the 1/16. I paid for express shipping. After waiting 3 days and seeing my tracking number had not updated and still said label created i messaged and they apologized blaming a shipping delay. I can tell that it had not ever shipped. But i said ok and waited a week after that it still said the same thing all in all they wouldn't do anything until the Feb. 2nd. Honestly if i didn't send multiple emails and messages i doubt they would have done anything. In the end after telling them to refund me I wasn't going to play that game they refunded me then had the gall to say as an apology if i would like a $5 voucher for my next order. I told them no I'm not ordering from them ever again. So my suggestion don't order if you do i stay on top of it. Horrible company. Side note for the entire time i wanted the tracking still said 'Label Created'.
Made the mistake of choosing next day delivery but it's clearly a scam as they charge you £5.99 but use Hermes as couriers who send you an email saying your package will be "delayed".
So it's not next day, will probably have to wait a few days but they've got an extra £6 out of you.

I ordered beginning of december and paid extra for fast shipping. When it arrived a bunch of items were not there and some were switched up. Because it was a big order and it was just a bunch of chaos, I decided to return the whole order and just have it cancelled. I have now been mailing with them for a MONTH and nothing has been done, the payment is still open and waiting for me. I have done everything as agreed upon and they keep saying things that are incorrect and keep changing the amount randomly. I am getting so frustrated because NOTHING is being done about it! I would not recommend anybody to ever shop here, it just feels like I am being scammed with their wrong packaging and now trying to make me pay for it. Horrible!
Literally the worst online store ever! I ordered $100 worth of clothes from them and when I got them in they were all too big or too small and mad $#*!ty quality. So I returned it all. I got a tracking number and everything from the USPS store yet the boohoo tracking says I never sent it out. They won't give me a refund and they don't even have a phone number to talk to someone. Scammed me out of $100. I hope this business burns what a piece of $#*!.
Their sizing is way off, made a huge order of clothing in my normal size and some a little larger to be baggy, yet absolutely none of it fit, not even the larger items! Sent all of it back, ordered again with different clothes bigger sizes, some things fit but others didn't even though they were the same fabric and size. Sent all of that back too, completely pointless. Even shoes in my normal size didn't fit!
Boohoo is the worst between them and pretty little thing I don't know who gets the reward for worst clothing website. Their time for delivery is really off, they say 3-4 days if you pay extra 14.99$ for quicker delivery but that's not the case. I paid extra for early shipping to receive my order, it's been over a week now still haven't received my order. My order status have been the same since I placed my order and I needed my dress on Dec 24th. I think this will be the last time I order from boohoo, because what's the point of paying extra for your order to be delivered in a timely manner and your order still haven't arrived. When I check for my order status it's always running late so inconvenient. Who owns boohoo need to do better we're giving them our money and they don't have the customers in mind, bad business. I will let everyone I know not to order from boohoo and pretty little thing!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - They send your parcels to wrong address and REFUSE to help. Even though Hermes said they just need BooHoo to confirm the correct address and they can change it, boohoo refused to help. I was passed around 4 different agents and it's felt like robots, no one cared and they just kept repeating the same crap. Horrible customer service! Took my money and sent the items somewhere random! Shocking … Go to ASOS if you want a quality level of service!
Ordered a size S / 26 ladies 8 and received an outfit that reflected a parachute! Baggy terrible product the waist twice her diameter.

I ordered something for next day delivery on the 13th of December. It is now the 21st and i have not recieved it. I have contacted them numerous times and asked multiple staff to look in to it or to contact hermes and they refuse and said I have to wait until 25th December, before they will even look in to it. The item was a dress for my xmas party on the 17th, which has gone, so the item is no longer needed and they wont even cancel my order and issue a refund? They shouldnt offer a service they can not provide
Firstly, there was no return label and NO invoice in the package. When checking out as guest you do not get sent an email. So be warned, if you want proof you've ordered and an order number you won't get it checking out as guest unless you pay via PayPal. I was lucky I paid via PayPal as this was my only source for an order number when I 'tried' to return something. The return link on the website took me to a closed URL. Further poking about their website I finally found a link that worked to generate a return. BUT clicking on the returns link a warning comes up that you are going to an unsecure website. This is EXTREMELY SUS that you are on an unsecured site to have to process your return. I continue to the site though as I want my money back. My order pops up when I enter the order number that I only have because I paid via PayPal. However none of the items have a price showing what I paid. I continue and select the item I want go return. It asks where I want to drop off the item I select Aus Post. Takes me to another page and asks for credit card details... On an unsecured site! Wants me to put in my card details to charge me $15.00 for postage! To return something that would cost $7.00 at the most. So Now I'm not returning this very poor quality item as it will cost half what I paid for it. Into the ragbag it goes. I will NEVER buy from Boohoo again. The lack of return label and order details is very telling of their scruples.
All my clothes came doble the size it described. In every clothe they describe the model is wearing a size 6! Well I ordered 4! It's like size 8. I can't send it back cause I live in Dominican Republic, so now I lost all my money. And I have to look for new gifts for Christmas.
First of all I still haven't received my order I've purchased over 2 weeks ago close to 3. I was supposed to receive it December 8th, it's now the 16th and my package is still not here. They have poor communication and have only responded on WhatsApp asking for my name, address, and order number. I don't see how that information will help. They haven't sent anything to my email. Purchased 2 dresses recently. The fitting was good but one of the dress was stinking with perfume and sweat and I realized it after putting it on. I felt like puking. Specially in the current situation the products should be sanitized properly before sending out to the customer.

Ordered one item on October 25th. It was supposed to arrive on November 5th. It is now November 30th and the last tracking update on the item was november 2nd. Customer service has been the biggest pain in the $#*! and is currently doing nothing. No refund or New item. Would not order from here, took my money and never shipped out my goods.
