I was really surprised to find Boohoo getting a bad rep on many review sites. They are not perfect by any means, but they're pretty great. They are based in the UK so shipping does take A BIT longer but your order usually comes in a reasonable amount of time. Their return policy is great because there are not many exclusions unless it has to do with sanitary issues. You can return sale stuff even unlike most places. And they have a return warehouse in the US which is great for us here because shipping to a different country is outrageous. I've never received an item of poor quality although I have had a few things come with a small hole or snag. (Fix it or send it back, that simple) I've been ordering from boohoo for a few years now and if I have any problems I email them. They get back to me within a few days. Refunds do take quite a while but if you can deal with that you are golden.

Always satisfied

I ordered from boohoo twice big orders and they came fast ( up to one week but cause of distance) and I mean the quality is good, it's not perfect but good. Everything was exactly as ordered. ( size, color) The clothes doesn't leave colors after washing. I'm really satisfied with boohoo but of course you get what you pay for so to be careful when ordering cheap items especially.

Poorest quality clothes, many garments with questionable "fabrics", if you can even call it fabrics, more like plastic. Very, very overwhelming expensive returns from Sweden, some of the clothes had been worn and smelled. And then the lingering feeling and thought about the slave/child labor that was probably used to make such cheap clothes.

Ridiculous shipping

Paid extra to have my order shipped quickly, and it has been over 3 weeks now and I still have no updates on my order or where it's at. Will never purchase anything from boohoo again, it's not worth it. You can find almost the same items in the same price range locally. Don't waste your money on paying for shipping.

They had two promos running on their (US) site at the same time, one was an automatic 50% off (they always have sales to make it seem like you're getting a great deal, when in reality the price is really just an average cost you'd pay at similar quality stores), I used a promo code that should've given me 40% off BUT with free shipping, instead once I purchased the clothes the already automatic 50% off overrode my promo code and charged me for shipping. I contact customer service about this and they refused to honor the promo code. I have ordered from them before and done returns with no problems, but dealing with their customer service sounds like they don't really want to help the customer/come up with a solution. Be aware now: they don't have a live chat or phone number option, and you can't cancel orders. The customer service agents don't seem aware of what's even happening on the company's site, or how to handle mistakes.

This business consistently rips people off by not despatching goods efficiently, providing items that bear no resemblance to the pictures portrayed online, making customers pay extra for 'express post' and then not sending out items for weeks, failing to deliver on promises made for refunds, ignoring repeated attempts to contact their customer service department, blocking customers that make complaints on their socials and generally giving misleading, false information about their goods and services. There are hundreds of complaints all over facebook about them and people continue to be duped and disappointed.

People please don't waist your money on the 2-3 day delivery! I ordered a few pieces of clothing on Tuesday morning and decided to go with the 2-3 day delivery, what a waist of money! Many days later I still haven't received my purchase. But they surely took out the extra $15.00 for shipping... This is definitely false advertisement and I am having my Nephew who is an Attorney look into this. That to me is THEFT. Taking money for services not rendered... Too many companies doing this, but this will come to a stop. I want them to refund each persons money who didn't get their order as promised but paid for REFUNDED.

TERRIBLE QUALITY/SIZING
March 3, 2023

I spent over $200 US dollars on new wardrobe for work and paid for expedited shipping. It arrived in 3 days which was good. However, I'm returning my entire order besides some heels.

Im a size 4, US. 130lbs. I ordered my regular sizing and everything was small! The crop top barely covered my chest. The pants didn't ride up my thighs, let alone my butt. Everything was TRANSPARENT. So unbelievably dissatisfied! I did not take photos as everything was taped up after trying on.

Do not order from Boohoo.

Cheap and nasty

Bought a bonded aviator jacket, 40 quid plus, wouldn't have paid 20 for it in a market. Flimsy, horrid fleece like lining, awful shape and the belt was just a strip of cloth.now a 21 day wait for a refund. To be avoided!

I placed an order with 5 items. Only 2 arrived. I complained about it and they told me that they'd reviewed the CCTV footage and can see that 5 items have been packed so they are not offering me a refund.

This is absolutely disgusting. I'd avoid Boohoo at all costs. They seem like a set off cowboys. I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue with them after reading through other reviews on this website

They have cute clothes occasionally, mainly just in the fall and winter they'll have cute plaid skirts and fur products. In the summer time their clothes are disgusting and tragic. Trashy neon and jewels sewed on everywhere I look. The WORST of all is now they added $4.99 for shipping? It used to be free for every purchase. They often have a measly 20% off coupon but it ends up being the same price with the dumb shipping. I recently haven't ordered from them multiple times because of the unfair shipping cost.

I too paid an extra $15 for the 2-3 day shipping. 7 days later and my package is no where to be found! I actually needed this for a project which I will not get a horrible grade on since the clothes didn't come on time! I emailed customer service too and they said they would respond in 24 hours. It has been 72 hours and Ive heard no response. Never using this company again!

I made an order and was told it would be delivered on March 14,2016. I asked my post delivery and was told this website is a fake. Thank god I did not purchase a high amount, so testing this website they failed. Also while checking my track package it has been sitting in New York for 1 week, what happen to the 3 day of delivery. Sorry Boohoo you failed this test!

Scammers
November 26, 2017

Placed two orders with this company. Still waiting on my refund. I have tracking proof that the merchandise was delivered to them and yet they're denying that they received it and instructing me to wait 30 days. Wait 30 days for what? You clearly received the item, where's my refund? I will never shop with them again and will make sure to spread the word about how horrible their customer service is and how they're pretty much thieves. I am out of over $100 and no clothes. I will be filing a formal complaint, as customer service has been NO HELP. Hopefully, paypal's resolution center will help me get my money back.

I love almost all the pieces I got in my order. They have really great items that are on trend, even though the quality isn't amazing.

Pricing: DO NOT buy it at full price! They often have 40-60% off sales on their whole site which makes their items super affordable.

Website: so many options, it gets a bit overwhelming but they are categorized which helps.

Shipping: really fast to LA! It was here in 3 days from my order date.

Ordered 3 dress that arrived after a month.

The blue one... was actually black. The peach one aas actually rotten peach and the veige one was so see through I'm not sure it had a colour. One customer service person agreed, the others argued and said I was wrong.
They make you pay top dollar for rubbish, then charge excessive postage too and from.
Theres a reason their website is always 50% off... and I have learned the hard way. Steer clear.

Clothes are nice and good discounts, but I'd say double check your order making sure sizing and everything is correct. (They like to switch sizes on you). Return process is so terrible. Nearly impossible to get in contact and process takes forever and shipping cost is expensive. Order shoes in November. It's approaching end of January and still have not received my refund for an order they messed up.

Beside the fact that their products are worse than those from China, they charge you doppel the money if you return the items:
1) delivery costs 5,99€
2) returning shipping costs 5,99€
So at the end I was with 12€ in minus and no products!
One positive thing is their customer service who are friendly but sadly they can't help much.

Never again!

Crying, because I had purchased over a dozen t shirts from the website, and unfortunately I never received my items.

I contacted Boohoo multiple times, and they keep telling me the same thing, over and over. (Your refund is on its way).
It has been over two months now and I have not received one cent from this company.

They take your money and run.
So please be aware!

I have never felt compelled to leave such a bad review in my life.The clothes are crappy with no lining making the items COMPLETELY see through. The materials are very rough on the skin. I returned the items over a month ago and still have not received my money back. Customer service does not exist. You have to email 50 million times to get anywhere. Order from literally anywhere but here, you've been warned...
