Used Bloomex for the first time whe I was in Spain, and unfortunately my friend's father passed away! I used the website and found everything really easy! My friend sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked truly beautiful рџ'ђ
The flowers that I ordered were definitely not what was delivered. The bouquet was upgraded to a deluxe. The flowers that she got look thrown together and definitely NOT a deluxe bouquet. Also, she got 3 tiny balloons instead of 3 large helium balloons even after Anthony (sales rep) guaranteed large helium balloons. I hope not to use Bloomex ever again.
1st time using Bloomex. Although they could not do same day delivery as promised, I was refunded the same day fee. I was called shortly after by Bloomex that my same day delivery was not possible and would deliver and provide a vase and a flower count upgrade. Flowers were received very fresh, with a vase on the date they said they were to arrive. Very happy customer and recipient!
I ordered a stand of white rose, they sent a stand of cheap daisy and the display is more like a used flower stand.

From the US, we ordered flowers for a funeral in Canada. As shown on Bloomex's own order confirmation form, we paid extra to ensure delivery by Noon for a funeral that was to start at 2 PM. Bloomex did not even attempt to deliver until after 3 PM (delivery was not successful because the church declined to accept flowers for a funeral that was already into its second hour), and Bloomex refuses to refund for reasons that make no sense at all. Order number *******.
I was charged on my credit card without my authorization. I did not get an email confirmation. It was not until I logged in did a see a created confirmation number. When I requested a refund, they stopped communicating with me. How did they charge my card without me filling in a delivery address? Seems very very suspicious.
Terrible company, Ordered two baskets to be delivered for my Fathers Birthday, and the driver said there was no-one home when my father was home all day waiting for his package. I had very detailed notes in the notes section of my order, but none of the information was passed onto the driver. Way to ruin a Special day...
Here lately I have found it pretty hard to give a company a 5 star review, not because I am a tough reviewer but because in some way there has been something wrong with my order or it was wayyy past the deliver date. I literally have zero complaints with the company or my order. Both sets of my flowers was delivered promptly and beautifully! Won't be ordering from bloomex again. My brother had a bad experience with bloomex a few years ago at Christmas but I thought it was just a one-off. My order was delivered the day requested but it was nothing like the website in size, shape or types of flowers. What I ordered was carnations, roses and lilies. What was delivered was a few roses and a bunch of daisies. Very, very disappointed.
I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were never delivered. They called me 3 days after funeral and said they were not delivered as they do not deliver on weekend la in that area. Asked for reimbursement. They do not reimburse! I will never not ever order from them again!
I ordered the funeral package for my mum's funeral (order # *******), but was very disappointed with the delivery, especailly one which was supposed to be a casket spray but appeared more as a bouquet of roses! I complained, as I had asked for the measurements of each arrangement and this did not comply with what was provided - but they refused to accept it and hence I have to let others know that the pictures and names can be decieving. So I would not recommend this florist.
The flowers arrived in a sorry condition, with a few flowers almost dead. The card that was supposed to also come with the bouquet was missing and yet to get a response from the emails I sent to their customer service.
The flowers are the same quality as a $20 bunch from the service station and not want you would expect for the $100 I paid

I purchased flowers for my girlfriend several times in the last couple of years. I also tried other floral companies but always had problems with the delivery (it was late or canceled). But with Bloomex everything was perfect. They've never disappointed me. The roses I normally order are always fresh and budding. Never got broken flowers.
Bloomex is the best company I found to send flowers to my loved ones who live far away. They deliver your order on time and the flowers are always fresh and last very long. I think they aren't too expensive because you're paying for the quality. My most recent order was a bunch of orchids for my aunt. She had no words to say so beautiful the flowers were. I recommend Bloomex to anyone wanting to send flowers for any occasion.
I ordered flowers as a surprise for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately she wasn't home and I am trying now for three days to get the order delivered to her. She doesn't want to sit at home all day waiting for the flowers but the company will not give me a specific time for when they could deliver it. I will never again order flowers through them, way to frustrating, no one is really helpful and they take the fun out of it.
I am looking at the most beautiful bouquet of the year that I just got. I instituted delivery of flowers to ourselves as a way to make these last months at home feel brighter. I am glad I did; it has felt somehow meaningful to remember the time that has passed--in recalling the different bouquets. They arrive in time to pick me up... every time. Also, I know they are eco, and that makes me happier. That they are not sprayed with youcky stuff counts a lot, too.
Ordering from australia the time difference of 11 hours caused us a small problem, This was quickly solved by contacting the florist directly. We ordered as a guest and so our confirmation email was sent to junk mail. We contacted Gareths florists and they quickly confirmed our order, they delivered at 08:50 am and sent email of the flowers which were very well presented. We were delighted with the quality and service provided by Gareths florists. Five stars. Les.
I ordered the birthday bundle with a nice bouquet of flowers, and what my mum received was no where near to what I saw in the picture. It was much smaller, and poorly arranged, like you see in the picture. I will never order from there again.
Delivered wilting flowers after the agreed and paid for due date (our wedding anniversary) and refused to give a full refund. Even if the flowers had been fresh, they were very disappointing for the price.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
