I ordered 100 Blooms for next day morning delivery. They arrived in the morning. When I opened the secure box they arrived in, I must admit I felt disappointed. By evening they were exquisite and even now they cheer me up as soon as I see them in these lonely times. Thank you Bloomex. For me, you are essential. This is how beautiful they are now. BEAUTIFUL
Least the delivery went well. Not so much this time. Ordered a large bouquet and card for my girlfriend's birthday and paid extra for shipping to a specific time. Never delivered and they claim that the driver attempted to deliver but nobody was home.
1. Someone was home, I have verified this.
2. When I ordered, I gave both my email and phone number. Bloomex or the driver never called ore contacted me
3. When I contacted support later that night, nobody new what was going on
4. It is too late now as the celebration was yesterday
5. Now they refuse to refund the order
A. I will be calling my Credit Card company and issuing a chargeback
B. I will leave bad reviews on all websites I can find (like this one)
C. I will never do business with them again!
Ordered flowers from Bloomex for delivery in Brampton, Canada. I am in the USA. Total cost according to the operator was CAN $ 80.18. I was charge a total of US $80.18. This included all charges including delivery as per original qoute. So I was charged an equivalent of CAN $ 105. When asked I was told that this is the practice with this company. Do not order from them unless you want to be overcharged and cheated by this company. I have filed a charge with the credit card company on overcharging
I had no issues with bloomex the first couple times I used them, but as soon as there was a problem their customer service was horrible, dismissive, hard to reach. No contact that delivery was left in the winter. Nothing left on delivery from the card/note that I had filled out on line. I assure you they do not care!
My sister was very pleased with the bunch of flowers I sent her for her birthday, but when I saw them, they looked nothing like the ones I ordered from the website... still beautiful, but not what I expected... anyway, she was very happy with them and they arrived in the morning, which was a nice way to begin a birthday, so I'm pleased overall... thanks
I called on Sunday to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to my friend who is a frontline worker to show my appreciation and they said it would be delivered on Monday. No flowers were ever delivered to her and I paid for an upgrade $70 and no one from customer service with call me back to answer where the flowers are?
It's birthday occasion per year they ruined by sending wrong size flower I paid for size super size however recived extremely small one and complian for day's ignored following a reply the company refused refund and offered code offer for next purchase which didn't recived plus I have been customer for year's didn't value it and just left customer unsatisfied with ruin important occasion with horrible customer service!
I ordered flowers for my sister! They said delivery between 8-5 well they never arrived, then I called, they tried to locate the driver, nothing, they promised the next day, next day there is an email saying that the driver came by and it was unsafe to leave the flowers, (hydranges in a mason jar). Next thing apparently, Purelator courier has suddenly delivered the flowers, which were not delivered. They told me to check with the recipient again! No one has seen the flowers or been in touch with me. I would not use this company. Flower delivery is expensive! Firstly it's bitter cold and flowers should not be left outside. Our mom is in hospital and I explained that these flowers were to thank my sister for taking care of her, as I don't live in Canada anymore. Still no flowers. It is now the 4th. The order status on my order never changed to delivered.
They Have a terrible customer service when you need help. Totally dissatisfied and I don't recommend it.
Be careful, make sure that you understand their form order and don't make a mistake. They are in business to make money even if they have to be dishonest. You cannot talk to anyone but only chat and they make you wait 10 to 15 minutes after each time you write. Than hang up and close the chat before you are done and need to start all over again.
I was truly happy to find Bloomex because sending something from the US to Canada is next to impossible. The on-line agent was so helpful and the flowers that I ordered was delivered to the recipient without a hitch and within a short time-frame. I felt Bloomex went above and beyond. The recipient was so surprised and happy as the flowers were delivered with care and so fresh and beautiful. Thank you Bloomex! I'll be sure to order again!
I order flowers and cards from Bloomex for our anniversary. Delivered flowers are fresh and tulip colors are as requested. I have a wonderful experience with bloomex in shopping and delivery is swift and on time.
As a member of Bloomex, I have dealt with Simon, Zoe and other staff and have always been impressed with their dedication in seeing that an order is filled by professional florists satisfactorily. I have also sent order out through them and always have received very positive comments.
This was ridiculous service i ever had.
I have ordered flowers for Tuesday and Wednesday evening I received an email that its has been updated but not delivered.
I made fckin international call to ask them.
They said it has not been delivered yet.
They have canceled my order because i ask them where is my order.
What is the point to deliver flowers after two days of occasion.
Their management is useless.they haven't reply me any email back.

Requested flowers to be delivered on the same day with just a minute left in the deadline at probably the busiest time of the year. The 'V' day! Great prices and amazingly the actual product delivered was even better than the picture shown on the website. Will definitely stay as a loyal customer!
The below is all my opinion only:
I will absolutely NOT use this company again! I ordered a gift basket yesterday for about $114 plus taxes & delivery fee. Instead of it being delivered to the area in the hospital where they SAID they would take it to, they left it at "Reception." Spoke to "Supervisor" "Abu" "in Calgary," who said the Driver must have not been allowed or didn't have the time, & at least it was delivered. Horrible Customer Service. I received an email yesterday confirming the Order; no email to say it was delivered. Suffice it to say I had to, myself, track down where the gift basket ended up. Totally unimpressed; got the impression, in my opinion, that once they got paid, they couldn't care less.
I ordered a nice bunch of flowers for the wife's birthday only to receive an email from Bloomex on the scheduled delivery day cancelling the order. The reason for cancellation being that they don't deliver to my address which is in central Auckland! I was infuriated so I called them up to complain & they responded saying they would issue me a store credit. A store credit, are you crazy?! I demanded a refund!
They're advertising is false. What you order and what u get aren't the same, flowers either don't come at all or come late dead moldy nothing like what your ordered. They tell u its ok and refuse to sort the issue. Out. Checkout bloomex sucks with everyone's experience with the company.
I made a last minute order for my friend's birthday. The ordering process is easy and straight forward. I was pretty happy about it. When my friend got the flowers, it look just like the picture on the website.
Ugly and unripe tulips, of 20 ordered only 10 opened, they have no service policy, they made us write two emails before telling us that the delay for complaints was overs, hould have read the reviews...
So disappointed with Bloomex. Due to Covid my son has not been able to return home to the UK for nearly a year. Balloons were ordered for his birthday to make it special. I liaised on the morning of delivery to confirm that the balloons would be arriving that day - this was confirmed. Imagine my disappointed when I was advised early afternoon that there was no helium? An offer of a gift basket or flower replacement was given but if I had wanted these, I would have ordered them. No sincere apology for their error. I then had to insist on a refund rather than a credit note. Terribly customer service. Hugely disappointed customer.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
