Faultless, professional service from start to finish. The recipient of the flowers wasn't at her office (as it had closed early), and the florist ensured that she was contacted promptly in order that she got her beautiful flowers. Will definitely use again. Can't recommend highly enough.

Do no use this company - flowers arrived 2 days late and the flowers looked dead - I complained and they sent a gift basket which was full of old dollar store chocolates and biscuits - what a con this company is - no customer service - that was awful as well - so in a nutshell - poor quality company selling dead flowers and cheap and nasty gift baskets
I ordered two special occasion 20th anniversary bouquets and had checked with the person i ordered with about the availability of yellow lilies for the occasion, which had special meaning for the couple. I was told that they were available, but what was sent was an amature-ish arrangement of miserable looking dozen white roses. And the other arrangement too looked tired and old -- not at all like what i ordered. I can understand substitution if the quality and packaging is good. To top it the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful, hiding behind the policy they have on substitution. Don't ever buy from them. I feel cheated, spent $145 USD and git a product work $25 at most. They are cheap, rude and cannot be trusted
I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. Ordered a bouquet and chocolates for my mother for Mother's day. No chocolates, the message was on the back of a coupon, the flowers smelled gross, were mushy and the box was full of petals that had fallen off.
I will also say my aister ordered a bouquet for my mother for her birthday last year from them and it was rotten as well.
My daughter was delighted & surprised by the delivery of a beautiful & appropriate flower display to recognise the birth of her first child. The display has proved long lasting & received several complimentary remarks. Well satisfied with this service, quality & pricing.
I sent 2 baskets of flowers from Flower Girl in Luton, via Direct to florist. Recipients absolutely loved them. Also one of the recipients was notified to advise them the flowers were left safely next door, which was very helpful. Would highly recommend
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order flowers from this website. Please see photos below. Need I say more? What you see on their website is definitely not what you get. Save your money and most of all save yourself from the embarrassment of sending crappy flowers to someone special from this website. You can find better flowers at your nearest grocery store, a school yard, or even by the side of a road…. Someone needs to file a consumer protection complaint on this company ASAP. I was so angry, but when I look at how pathetic the flowers appear in the photo, I still can't help but laugh…what a joke, seriously! How is this company getting away with scamming so many people?
Worst experience. I ordered my mother flowers for a very special day. She opened the box and they were dead, rotting and decaying. The smell was unbearable. Contacting the company they have the worst customer service. Still continuing to email with them about a refund and they refuse. Extremely disappointed, upset and feel like I have been scammed. I had to save specifically to order these flowers after trying to restart my business from the effects of covid. This has been absolutely terrible.

This order was not even CLOSE to being properly filled. Since when is a Thanksgiving bouquet the same or equal to a Christmas arrangement during Thanksgiving? For heaven's sake at least make a FALL looking bouquet for Thanksgiving. This florist didn't even try! Supposed to get FALL GERBERS and received an arrangement with pine boughs and red ribbon. Is this a joke? I'd like my money back.

This was my second time using Bloomexs and it didn't disappoint. The florist sent photos of the arrangements and they were beyond beautiful. I especially like the email updates for delivery confirmation
I ordered flowers for my mother in law's 90th birthday online and they were not delivered. I then called a day after her birthday to follow up and was told they would be delivered within 3 days. I canceled the order and requested a cancellation confirmation which I didn't receive. I got an email a day later stating that the order was on hold. I had to call again after 2 days to try to get my money back which I was told I would get a store credit. What type of nonsense is that. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I'm never going to buy from them anymore or refer anyone.
Choice of a wide range of quality flower arrangements at very reasonable prices. Delivered on time and even had a note explaining they had taken the trouble to find an available neighbour to keep them safe and intact during a wet and windy storm. Very impressive customer care and quality service.
Love the different flower choices and that you can sign up for a flower subscription! Wish their regular size was a little bigger and that their artisial florist Bloomex were more readily available and not limited by location. Otherwise I have been super happy with their products and they are my go to company for online flower orders.
I have used direct to florist on many occasions now and they never fail to deliver. My sister in-law was delighted and the flowers were stunning. Thankyou and I would highly recommend using them to anyone
I wish that no one ever uses this service. They take money for the order and then don't bring it for a week. They don't call back for clarification, they don't do anything at all - they just use my money. Now I am trying to get my money back. Never again. Bloomex - scum.
Knowing that the flowers would be delivered in bouquet form by a local florist was the main reason as to why I chose Bloomex. I like the way local businesses are still used in this growing industry where mail order flowers in a box all be it nice its not quite the same as receiving a made bouquet.
I ordered flowers and they were not delivered on the date they promised. I even called at 5 p.m that day and was told they would be their by 8 p.m. The next day (day after the birthday) they told me I had entered the incorrect postal code (which is not correct - my neighbour has the same postal code as mine) I believe their postal code auto correct may have change it, but in any event Oliver is a very small town, I am sure Fed Ex is familiar with the delivery area. Still not delivered by noon the next day. Will update if they ever get delivered. I would not order from here if you would like something by a specific date
It would be an understatement to say I am VERY disappointed in the service I received from Bloomex. I paid $20 extra to get flowers delivered for Mother's Day and they arrived two days late. I wasn't even notified of the delay and when I tried to call to check the status the automated system tells me I can't get information on existing orders. To top this horrible experience off, when the flowers did arrive they look NOTHING like the flowers I ordered. Instead of white roses and lavender she received 10 wilted pink tulips.
This was my first experience with Bloomex but will definitely be my last. When I did get in touch with someone they said email them a picture, but after doing that I never got a response. I resolved to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Order an arrangement for my daughter-in-law after surgery. It was to be delivered on Monday. Bloomex did call me and explained that they could not deliver on Monday but would deliver on Tuesday. For the delay in delivery, they would credit the delivery charge and upgrade my bouquet to the higher one. I agreed with this with no problem. Tuesday came and went with not delivery and no contact. The flowers were delivered on Wednesday afternoon. They did not credit for the delivery charge and the bouquet looks like they put it down to the basic one. I had ordered the middle one and they were to update it. I have attached a photo of what I ordered and what my daughter-in-law received. I have e-mailed and called but they have refused to do what they say they would by phone, which they confirmed in an e-mail. I will not use this company again.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
