The flowers I received were wilted, thrown in the box with no protective wrapping with one sad paper maché. I immediately started life saving measures to try and save these sad flowers in time for my 6 year old to see them, the flowers she got for her birthday from her grand parents. I called to file a complaint and the lady automatically gave me the mail address where to send my picture with receipt number, her voice told me she was used to these calls and didn't really care. I sent the email and never got a response back. Crappy service and sad flowers.
I ordered a gigantic fruit basket for my mom. I realized the fruits may vary but they guaranteed 24 pieces. There were 12 pieces total. I wrote 3 separate emails to *******@bloomex.com to no avail. DO NOT USE. Awful
Have to say I've used Bloomex many times now and I've not had a bad experience. Every florist that's been used has been 10 out of 10... my son & daughter. In. Law have just moved into 1st home, I send flowers, they were out, florist left basket with next door neighbour and left card for my son. (another florist (not Bloomex) just dumped them under a polythene cover with no note, survice to say dead flowers found.) Will never use anyone other then Bloomex now as their web page is easy use and service is great.
Order flowers for mothers day in advance, delivered late in evening! After talking with com service half of the day. What showed up was terrible and not what I ordered. I am very disappointed in this company!
One of the best experiences we have had ordering flowers for special occasions. They put together a beautiful collection and the flowers were very fresh and lasted much longer than we expected. All in all no complaints.
The website is constructed very well. User-friendly and easy to navigate! The prices could be dropped just a bit, in my opinion, but for a service that could deliver to virtually anywhere, I think it is incredible.
My best friend lives across country and we don't always know what to give each other for special occasions. So we often send flowers and gift baskets to each other. Last time I ordered sweets basket and a bunch of gerberas for her birthday. The presents arrived on time, they were perfect, as usual. We both use Bloomex and have some discounts. Bloomex, thanks for your job!
I been ordering from these people for many years and every time there was an issue and I ignored. Last year they deliver me nephew's Birthday flower was delivered 2 days later and a mess the balloon was hanging and the flower was all dead.
This valentine I asked them for Monday delivery the day before Valentine so I get the flower the day before and don't mangle with valentine rush, and drive to Ottawa to see my wife. But they deliver the flower on Friday just because they have already charged me and they were more comfortable to do that on Friday.
So I called and complained and demand a return but they say we don't return after delivery, but the delivery that they wanted not me.
I ordered the white box of long red roses and a teddy bear. My daughter received a blooms cardboard box with a bunch of left over valentines day have dead roses with baby's breath wrapped in horrible brown paper shoved in a box. The teddy was shoved in there too. Delivered to wrong house and didn't call first like i advised. Her birthday wishes were typed on the back of a 15% discount docket. Disgusting! When I complained they offered me 15% off next order! I was unable to upload photos.

I ordered the deluxe calla lily bouquet for my sick aunt and she received 6, yes 6, wilting roses. It was actually so shocking and embarrassing. Bloomex will do nothing to fix it, they just offered a 20% off future order (I would never order again) and then I complained more and got a full credit. I looked more into them and they are just completely heartless frauds. DO NOT ORDER. They need to be put out of business. I have attached photos... the first one is the small calla lily bouquet and mine was double the cost so I figured I'd get about double the amount of that. They second one is what she received. These wilting roses were $75. Look further into it, they only have good reviews that they pay for and they have thousand of bad BBB and site reviews. There was also a CBC Marketplace on them.
Supersized bouquet is actually a very small bunch of not very fresh flowers, luxury packaging consists of a cardboard box and a cheap bow, then although paying with a Canadian Visa card they charge you in American dollars! They also do not answer complaints - dreadful company. Will never use them again
Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day, what I ordered and what I received were two completely different things. Very disappointed with what I received, none of the flowers I ordered were in the bouquet I had delivered, I also paid extra money for the deluxe size and the amount of flowers that were delivered was disgusting, for the price you pay and it being a "professional" florist you would expect a lot more. To top that off I paid for the deluxe gift box and my flowers were just thrown in there and most looked like they were on there way to become wilted. Would not order from this company again. I tried contacting customer service and no reply. I will attach photos of what I ordered vs what I got delivered.
We ordered these flowers online from Australia for family living in Norfolk. Being at the end of winter, we suspect fewer flowers are less available than at other times in the year, nonetheless our family was absolutely thrilled with the arrangement and delivery was prompt as well. Thank you - we will order from again in the future!
Direct 2 Florist thank you you have an amazing team of florists who produces some absolutely beautiful arrangements and yourselves and the florists bring smiles to so many people. Keep up the great work wouldn't use anyone else.
Ordered a beautiful floral bouquet of what was to be mixed annuals, greens in a vase and my daughter who had just had a baby received a vase with around 6 or 7 tulips and 2 carnations. Showed the pics to many friends and people at work and they all thought it was a joke, not even close to what I ordered! Wrote them and all I received was really too bad, so sad, suck it up! They couldn't care less, bottom line. Will never, never shop with them again! Of course this site will not allow the pics added!

This is a honest review of our recent experience with bloomex.ca.
Not only did they fail to deliver the bouquet of flowers on the confirmed day but they also delivered flowers that were rotten, limp, and dead. The enclosed card was also damaged and dirty. We wish that we could post a photo of the flowers received on this review site so that potential customers could see just how poorly bloomex.ca fulfills their customer's orders.
It is a shame that in these difficult times bloomex.ca is choosing to take advantage of customers by providing poor quality service and products. We wanted to share joy and love by means of a bouquet of flowers for our family that we are unable to visit on their anniversary due to the virus. Instead they received embarrassing trash that is not fit for our worst enemy.
We sent a birthday bouquet which was not delivered. Days after the birthday, when we realized that our friend did not get the flowers, we started chasing after the company...it all started there and went from bad to worse. Their staff was completely incompetent and it took nearly 3 weeks for them to realize that we will not be sending this birthday bouquet and just needed a refund. UNBELIEVABLE!
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day on the 6th of May.
They were in transit on the 7th of May and received May 9th. They spent 2 days without any water wilted and beat up. Roses had mould on the stems and looked like this. What a joke. Phone number says all representatives are busy then just drops your call.

I ordered flowers to be delivered while my daughter in law was in labour, the delivery driver obviously couldn't be bothered entering a hospital and just marked it as address unknown or not found consequently she didn't get the delivery.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a plant for my mom's 80th birthday. They delivered a totally different plant that died the next day. I asked them to fix the problem by delivering something similar that can survive in an apartment but they refused. They do not understand the concept of customer service. It is not the first I've ordered from them but it is definitely the LAST. Save your money - order from someone else!
