I ordered 2 dozen roses for my mother's funeral service. Wrote a card to be included from my brother and I. The day before the service the manager called and said they could not get the 2 dozen white roses, but instead could send a single rose and lily arrangement or send us 2 dozen mixed color roses. We chose the 2 dozen mixed roses (my mother hated lilies) The next day a single rose arrangement arrives with a sympathy card written for a different deceased...I called repeatedly and to date no credit or apology for such an egregious error. This is not a reliable company
I ordered and paid for flowers a week ago to be delivered to my elderly mother on Mother's Day. She waited all day for them as I told her I had something being sent to her today. THE FLOWERS NEVER SHOWED UP. I called bloomex 4 times and was cut off twice…and put on hold for long periods of time. I was finally told that there was nothing they could do and someone would follow up with me at some point tomorrow or later to discuss my refund request. They also said they could not guarantee me a refund even though she didn't receive her flowers. The service is terrible and the customer service is just as bad. If I could give 0 stars I would. Buy your flowers anywhere else but here.
This is the WORST company that I ever used. They sent the wrong flowers, I also pay for a vase and a balloon. No vase and Balloon was not inflated. The flowers were dried. Finally after many complaint calls they sent me the sticker to return them with Purolator. After a week that I returned them "in the frame time"bloomex HAVE NOT refunded the money to my credit card. I called today and I was informed that they denied the refund because they never checked that the flowers arrived to their office. I have the Purolator tracking information proving that they received them. Terrible customer service and flowers as well. Will not recommend this company. Still waiting for my refund...
Also I have to mention that the delivery guy left the box outside the house and never contacted the person receiving the flowers. Honestly they don't deserve even one star rating!.
Ordered flowers several days in advance for a funeral. Something happened on their end and the courier didn't deliver. They said they would resend but only the following week, beats the purpose of having the delivered in time for the funeral.
The offered me an in-store credit but I told them I expect to receive a full refund on my credit card as I will never use their services again.
My husband and I use them to send flowers to our families since after the wedding we moved to another country. We are very satisfied with the service. They deliver the flowers fresh, budding and on time! They have great customer service and are willing to replace items if you are not completely contented. For Mother's Day we ordered wonderful arrangements for our mothers.
I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. I paid extra for the delivery to have it delivered on Mother's Day. The bouquet never arrived. It arrived on Monday and flowers were dead. My mom received dead flowers 1 day after Mother's Day and the flowers sent did not match what I ordered. The company will not give you a refund. They will offer you a discount on your next order. Why would I want to order from them again? They will refuse the refund even after I sent pics of the garbage my mom received. I will be going through my CC company for my refund. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. This company and the customer service suck. I have attached a pic of what I ordered, and what my mom actually got.
Easy to order online and the flowers that showed up were beautiful. I live in the US and had no problems with ordering and getting notifications when the flowers were delivered. Great experience would highly recommend this company.

The experience started well with a good website and good prices and ordering process. Unfortunately, the product arrived late, the customer service was weak, and the product was not noteworthy. The company will need to improve on the service and quality before I will order from them again.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and the flowers that my mom received looked dead like they weren't in the water for hours. They were also completely different from what I ordered. All they told me was that the florist chooses the flowers of his/her taste even tho it's supposed to look like the picture. They were also literally dying and looked like they were worth 5$.
I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day and no one showed. My order status shows Delivered, but it was not. Their chat has been no help whatsoever. The agent told me he would look into it and he will be back. I waited half an hour for him to come back and he didn't. Left a message on the phone and they have not returned my call. I feel like I have been scammed.
Do not use this company, unless you want your wife or girlfriend to get for Valentine's Day flowers on the 16th after paying a lot extra to be there between 9-12pm on Valentine's Day… they won't let you review and hide there comments.
Then called for refund on my express shipping et least. But they won't answer the phone and when they do (on the new order section) they hang up when they find you had a problem. Do not use … flowers were $#*!ty too
Bloomex are a reliable and quality company. The ease of use for ordering flowers within the local area is top notch! Providing a good solid service while keeping the trade on the local high street is just what's needed! I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend.
The worst experience ordering flowers. I was told by 2 different employees that I had 3 options with my purchase, 11 minutes after placing an order
1) cancel and be charged $25
2) make any changes to the order, but be charged $10 if I take longer than an hour to make said changes
3) make those changes but if my edited purchase doesn't match the cost of the original I don't get refunded they keep the difference
No one actually tried to help me when I told them their site didn't note certain things with the specific order I put through. I mentioned I wanted to still send out an order but I needed to make adjustments and that's what they offered me.
I ordered 2 floral arrangements for a funeral service for a close family member. The dimensions on the website indicated they would be 37 inches high and 26 inches wide, and all yellow flowers. When I arrived at the funeral home, it was this tiny little arrangement, it wasn't even 2 feet high, and had about 3 or 4 yellow flowers and the remaining were a shade of orange or salmon. It was embarrassing. I was hoping to make a good impression and my floral arrangement was the worst of the bunch there. I contacted them to advise them, and they asked for photos which I was too embarrassed to take at the funeral home, not exactly something you do, so they do nothing to assist, they offer 15% discount. I don't ever want to use them again. They show photos of these big beautiful arrangements on the website and then what you receive a miniscule version that is not even a replica. Stay away from this company. I'd rather pay more money and get what I pay for, then throw away money with Bloomex.
Last Christmas I ordered flowers for my aunt and my cousin, both at the same address. The prices were great. But the day of the delivery I got notification of two charges going through. When I signed into my account I saw they were processing a second duplicate order. I called them immediately and pointed out their error and told them to cancel the second duplicate order. But no, they went ahead and delivered a second exact same order to my aunt and cousin, and charged me a second charge, then refused to refund me for the duplicate order. I had to go so far as having my bank reverse the charges on the duplicate order. I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life.
Our dad passed away. We ordered from bloomex on line, the flowers looked nice on line, but once we got them, there was half the flowers on them, when we called to complain they said they ran out of stock. We already were do sad with dads death then we see the flowers that we pay for not to our satisfaction at all, when we callled to complain, they said they would send us another bouquet by then the funeral was over. Not happy at all. Be careful people.
We ordered a basket with a couple of different plants and flowers in it. It was delivered late and when it was received the plant was all knocked about, the basket was broken, the bow crushed, the plants were broken and the bag that the basket was in was full of dirt from the plants being knocked upside down. When I contacted Bloomex and sent pictures their response was sorry that your plants had a bit of dirt on them and they offered me a $10 credit. I will never use Bloomex again, terrible customer service!
Bloomex was a great choice. Went online, ordered the flowers and paid for with a message. It was Christmas eve, so didn't expect them to be delivered until after Christmas. An hour and half later. My friend was texting to say thank you for the beautiful flowers. Brilliant service. Thank you
I ordered flowers for my moms birthday to be delivered the next day- which I paid additional $20 for. At about 5 pm, I received an email saying flowers delivered, so I asked my mom to look outside- no flowers. I phoned bloomed, they said they would look into it. The next morning I looked at my email, at 2 am I received an email saying the flowers were delivered! It was minus 10 degrees outside. Sure enough the flower were there... and frozen. I tried contacting through email and phone, but no one got back to us.
