Ordered flowers for mother's day, May 8th. I had to pay extra. Flowers are now late, expected delivery on May 10 without any delays. I called customer service and the agent could not speak very well English. He told me that there was a blended date. Why would I order flowers and pay extra if the flowers are going to be late? I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent said that it was not possible. He only gets emails from his supervisor.

Wonderful. The florist called me not long after I'd put the order in to let me know a particular flower was unavailable and to work with me to sort out an alternative. Also loved receiving the confirmation of receipt email - a brilliant addition to the service.
Thanks to all the staff of your company. I remembered that I ordered a flowers at a rather late hour, but the manager went into position and in the morning a fresh bouquet of flowers for my wife. Now you have a regular customer for life.
I ordered an arrangement for my aunt who that is hospice care. I ordered on Thursday with a delivery on Sat. I called on Thurs and asked if I could change deliver to Friday. They said they would check and call back, but didn't. Then Sat morning they send a text and tell me they can't deliver until Tuesday and will give me an upgrade! I explained she was in hospice they said sorry nothing they can do. So I had to scramble around to find a florist in the town they live to get her an arrangement today. Do not use this company! Always go to a local florist in the town you're sending. So MAD
I ordered Flowers to be delivered to my friend, she just lost her son. I paid extra to get the flowers delivered on same day. Not only didn't they deliver on same day. They made a mistake with address. When I called to request cancellation of order. I was told that there is $25 fee for cancellation. Asked to speak to a manager. I was that a manger will contact me by email. Never heard from them. Will NEVER use them again
We ordered two expensive flower arrangements from Bloomex - each to be delivered to a different address. A few days later we received an automated email from Bloomex saying there had been a change to our delivery but no details were provided. When our recipients reported not receiving their flowers we looked online and saw the items had been delivered to the billing address rather than the inputted delivery addresses. Bloomex had automatically defaulted to this address in their system, rather than the specified addresses we inputted at time of order. We called to complain and were told the items had been delivered to the delivery address in their system (wrong) and when we explained the mistake we were told no credits would be available to us and they would not allow us to escalate to a manager. Horrendous customer service. A waste of $175. We will never order from this company again.
Terrible customer service and delivery service.
It was my first time ordering from Bloomex. I paid extra for delivery because it was Mother's Day. Everything was going well until the courier "couldn't find" my house and said they'd deliver another day. It was Mother's Day! I didn't need them another day. When I asked for a full refund, they offered a store credit that was not half what I paid. They never deliver the next day nor give me a refund. They said it was not possible to refund the delivery fee, but it was their responsibility to deliver the flowers and they never arrived, because the driver didn't even bother looking for my house so why do I have to pay for it... I followed up for store credits. They said they had given me $30 credit but when I checked, there was only $0.75 and when I emailed to ask about it, they never responded. Very very disappointing experience! Never order from here

Have used Bloomex twice now and on both occasions recipient has sent me a photo of flowers. Both orders look exactly as the flowers chosen online. Delivery is always prompt and ordering online so easy. Would highly recommend Bloomex and Reebees Pensby.
The good: Delivery was within a couple hours of my order, and greatly exceeded my expectations. As described by the recipient, the arrangement sounds like it matched the picture on the website. Everything fresh.
Extremely happy about the whole experience. There was prompt contact when there was a query about the order, and the finished floral arrangement was beautiful. Seeing a photo of it via email was very much appreciated from way over here in New Zealand.
Bloomex charges accounts before even completing the order online. Dishonest way of doing business. "Complete Order" button means exactly that, Order is complete. You cannot charge someone for a order that is not complete!
2/5 as an average review score does not mean most customers are satisfied as stated in one of the summaries. Most of the reviews are not good. To further mess things up, when bloomed said they would deliver after the celebration of life on sept.30; they wanted to deliver Oct. 3 and I said no, too late. On Oct,3 I was sent an email stating they had made a delivery. They did not! They have no idea what they are doing…100% incompetent. Another customer offered a customer service email to write to. I did and the email address is not legitimate so wasn't able to send my complaint. Poor, poor service in every aspect!

I ordered sympathy flowers. They failed to deliver as well as to notify me. They insisted they sent me an email which they did not ( I checked my junk) and thought it was ok to deliver flowers 3 days after a celebration of life! I'm insisting on a refund as this is 100% an error on them. I have no use for a credit as I am not willing to trust this company again. Check out Marketplace investigation! Something I should have done first!
I ordered an arrangement 'Calla lillies' with a picture showing only calla. The arrangement came with 'substitutions' of no callas, different colors. They wont refund and felt it was an acceptable substitution. Just look at the photos. Unreal. They offered $20 on a $60 incl delivery purchase. The same value they offer if I do an online review - so they have have offered nothing.
I paid for a premium delivery for mothers day sadly they delivered on Friday then the flowers that I supersized look nothing like what the photo was on the website. I will never use this company again and I would avoid at all costs I wish I read the reviews first, before ordering.
The first picture is what they sent and the second picture is what I ordered. These flowers were for a dear friend who was turning 95. I placed the order and was only advised later on that they couldn't deliver on Easter Sat but would make it up to me when they were delivered on the Tuesday. They have a slogan "We care" and I have sent a number of emails which they are completely ignoring. They certainly don't care and I am disgusted with the flowers she received. I am in South Africa and apart from anything else the flowers were expensive with our currency and to send something so bad is not acceptable. This poor woman was celebrating a milestone and this is how she was treated. Avoid this Company as they do not deserve to be in business.
Really impressed, simple to use website, immediate order confirmation received. Local florist engaged, received emails from florist to confirm order detail and on delivery completion. Prompt & pleasant delivery and lovely flowers ("Dawn" arrangement). Thank you to The Petal Boutique.
They carry an amazing array of flowers and they always have suck great discounts and delivery service. This has been my go to flower ordering company as every recipient has been amazed and in awe with what they have received!
The selection, style and quality of Bloomex arrangements are just 2000x better than all other online flower delivery company. Also, when my flower order arrived late they gave me a full refund BUT I still got to keep the flower when they did finally arrive.
I have been using bloomex for over a decade to purchase flowers for my loved ones special occasions. The bouquets are always stunning and the delivery has always been on time - plus they have the best prices!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
