From the US, we ordered flowers for a funeral in Canada. As shown on Bloomex's own order confirmation form, we paid extra to ensure delivery by Noon for a funeral that was to start at 2 PM. Bloomex did not even attempt to deliver until after 3 PM (delivery was not successful because the church declined to accept flowers for a funeral that was already into its second hour), and Bloomex refuses to refund for reasons that make no sense at all.
