I attempted to order lunch and an hr and a half later I am still waiting. 17.48 charge and the restaraunt says they didnt get my order and beyond menu said to contact my bank. I am so pissed, at work with no car and these people are robbing everyone. DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD NUMBER IN THEIR SYSTEM!
I partnered my business with this company to increase business flow... I allowed them to use my Google business page... instead they claimed my business page as they own it... when I told them that I don't want to do business with them and return my Google business page they denied my request. Its been 3 weeks I have been calling them all I get is bunch of lies and excuses. Please stay away from this company they lack integrity and business ethics. No wonder they have very poor rating... they are causing loss of business... it's embarrassing that I am pleading them to give me back my Google business page.

I have a credit card that I only used with this service and shortly after I used it someone had my credit card info and bought a bunch of garbage with it. Do not use this service it is horrible.

I ordered food Friday night and it got there pretty fast and everything seemed great. I go to check my account on MONDAY morning and it said a payment in the amount of $372 was PROCESSING for Straight Talk Phone. WTF. Have 2 restaurants, used BM like we use all of the others. They do not have photos of your food, which an important sales tool. Should never use them as your only online.
Biggest issue, they had been trying to trick us into allowing them to become the manager of our Google page! We would get calls from them saying we were about to get a call from Google and we need to give Google a pin number and gave us the number. Google would call withing a minute and ask for the pin number. Every time I happen to be the one answering the phone, I am the owner. I almost gave Google the pin. But after asking some questions I figured it out.
I called and emailed BM numerous times to get them to stop that. Once, maybe twice a week this would still happen, or we would get Google's postcards stating they needed us to contact them and enter the pin on the postcard.
I could not get them to stop, finally told them to close the account, they wouldn't for months! We would have to call and cancel incoming orders.
What a crooked company, plus I think they are offshore, maybe in Asia.
I would not have anything to do with them, I know if they had gotten an employee they might have gained control of our Google page and changed all our orders to them. How many stores have they done that too?

(1) I placed an order through Beyone Menu FOR DELIVERY. After paying it a message says PICK UP. I called the restaurant and they said they are closed. (2) I placed another order with another restaurant for DELIVERY, same message PICK UP. I called that restaurant and their phone isn't working. I called BEYOND MENU and no one answers their phone. A message keeps repeating. I am out of $61. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is BEYOND MENU A SCAM?

This company is worthless. My family and I are on vacation in Florida. Decided to order a massive amount of Chinese Food. Ordered like $250 of food on a laptop that took about 20 minutes to enter. With spotty cell service on the coast--I received an email telling me my order was cancelled. I called and they said that they called me but I did not answer my cellphone. I asked if they could call me again to assure I was legit. THE OPERATOR REFUSED AND CANCELED MY ORDER! I had to call the restaraunt directly to get my order completed.

I have used this service three times and here are the results:
1st time - made order, everything was great!
2nd time - made order and an hour later they called to say restaraunt was closed.
323rd tome, today, made an order and waited an hour. Called restarunt, they said they never received order.
This is the last time I use them. I called Beyond to cancel order and they said they would call the restaurant. Don't call the restaraunt, just cacel the order! I will refer the restaurant to a better aite who shall remain nameless.

I used BeyondMenu to place an order for delivery from Dragon's Best in Pikesville, Md, the order, tip and delivery fee were charged to my card.
Dragon's Best called me and refused to deliver the order; asked me did I want to pick it up and said they don'r know why BeyondMenu allowed the order to be placed. If I wanted to pick up I would not have tried to use a delivery services. Dragon's Best said they would do a refund to my credit card, (hasn't shown up yet). Although BeyondMenu is promoted with Grubhub and Doordash, this is not what they are! BeyondMenu

Answer: Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
