BE AWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES- After placing an online order with a local restaurant (who apparently uses BeyondMenu for processing), my card was charged $675.00. It's horrific to see this is happening to so many people. If this happened to you, IMMEDAITELY contact your bank/credit card company to file a fraud charge- do not wait- and chargeback. Also file a complaint with your state's attorney general's office and Better Business Bureau. When ordering food online make sure to double check the URL- if you are redireted to BeyondMenu DO NOT PROCEED. This company is phishing and stealing credit card numbers and identities. Beyond Menu scams customers unwittingly.

Watch out with providing this company your credit card info-they will charge it several times over a few days-WATCH THEM and notify your bank of fraud when it occurs.

We only charge an order once, those other charges you are referring to might be those pending or authorization charges from your bank. They normally fall off within 24-48 hrs. Depending on your bank. If you're hungry and want a reliable meal, this is NOT the place from which to order. Let me tell you why: until this week, I was a fan of China Moon. Their food is often tasty despite offering very small portions, and because the restaurant is located so close to my home, it usually arrives in under 30 minutes. But not tonight.
After waiting an hour and forty five minutes, I found out that the restaurant's printer failed to print my order from Beyond Order, and therefore the restaurant didn't process my meal. When I called Beyond Menu to complain, the customer service rep wasn't just unhelpful, but rude. She talked over my complaint, and when I asked for the complaint to be escalated to a supervisor she refused saying her boss would simply give me the same answer: they weren't willing to offer even a FREE appetizer for my now 2 hour wait for food that never arrived. I pushed however to speak with her boss and guess what? I've yet to hear from him/her. Am I surprised? Not at all. I suspect the service rep didn't tell a soul about my complaint because why bother? Customers don't count at Beyond Menu.
There aren't tons of delivery options in Deerfield Beach, but NOTHING can be worth waiting 2 hour s only to discover that dinner isn't coming and that no one at Beyond Menu cares--at all.
The rude and unhelpful customer service agent promised me a refund and believe me, I'll be carefully watching my VISA to ensure I receive it otherwise I'm reporting the business to VISA.
Stay away from this service folks. They're unprofessional and irresponsible.

I think it has to do with the particular restaurant you order from more than anything else, there is room for improvement such as how we are not ever allowed to go back and edit our review once we post and when something isn't available that you ordered & it was subbed, we should be able to vote on the subbed item instead of only being able to vote on the original one we didn't even receive!
I also think that it makes no sense to me whatsoever that if someone orders before a store opens to begin with, that it goes from the earliest request time being 12:45 p.m. on one page to showing up as a. S.a. P. on another page. I also couldn't help but notice that if you are someone who opts out of tipping, how it only highlights tip w/cash in green but doesn't do the same for other so while it goes through as 0.00 tip it still is on tip w/ cash in green the whole time. It doesn't cause confusion but it does annoy me a bit because I feel like it should all match up precisely once we choose, in the color scheme.
The bottom line is that near that request time the restaurant called me which was the only thing that made sense about that part.
In the end it worked out for me and although I was very scared initially based off of other reviews, I ordered from a local chinese restaurant that I unknowingly went to pick up a order from before and this time received delivery!
The restaurant was the one that had this app listed which means this company needs to play catch up because it appears to be better than a couple of other apps that are much more popular but have a way worse rep than this one in my opinion, yet this one doesn't have the pull because of lack of advertising. I assume that they are surviving merely on word of mouth at this point and that is so old school in this day and age.

I ordered from my local restaurant and when I went to pay with my debit card (as I have in the past)"BeyondMenu" came up and I thought the restaurant was using a new provider. My order went through but the next day, but so did a scammed and hacked charge for $650 that was put in from a vendor in another state (New Jersey) to order something from the country of CYPRUS! Pretty sure BEYOND MENU hacked my Debit Card number. Thankfully my bank Fraud Alert Team called me immediately and the charge did not go through. I still had to cancel my card (that I still had in hand) and straighten out my account. The chances of this being a 'coincidence' are NIL. Nothing like this had EVER happened to me before. Also, a word of advice that I learned, don't use Debit Cards especially for any large purchases since your ability to recover a loss like this is a lot more difficult than using a Credit Card. Also, check your online balances every day to make sure everything is ok. It only takes a few minutes if you keep up with it daily. In the meantime, I would say DONT USE BEYOND MENU! (and let your local restaurant know if BM comes up for their website).

Answer: Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
