Bad company they can't find the way to making money so they are starting to hijack people website and put they own stuff listings, they are took over my Google business listings and put they website over my account and its not even work because people can't order through Beyond website because they don't have contact with my restaurant at all please please people be careful and stay away from Beyond menu they are hacking are criminal company.
I am traveling and used BeyondMenu to place an order to the hotel. After ordering they tried to call me but since I didn't recognize the IL number I didn't answer. They did not leave a message. I googled the number and called them back within 2 min. They said they cancelled the order because the delivery zip code didn't match the billing zip code. They said they cancelled the order and I would get a refund in a few days. I asked why they just couldn't put the order through since I called back right away and obviously the payment cleared. They said they could not reactivate the order. Their solution was for me to call the restaurant and order myself. Hmmm why didn't I just do that in the first place? They need to redo their policy, leave a message and give customers a few minutes to return a call esp when the payment cleared without issue. Use UberEats instead - used them yesterday with no issue.

I placed an order with beyondmenu and received an email that my order had been placed and they charged my card. When the food hadn't shown up 2 hours later, I called their customer service. They lied to me and said the restaurant was unexpectedly closed and they couldn't get the food. When asked why I wasn't informed, they said they were "busy". Then I called the restaurant and they were open after all. They took my money, provided no service, and lied in an attempt to place blame on the restaurant. Do not use this service or partner with them if you are a restaurant, they will rob their customers and say it's your fault!

True story: placed an order. Beyond Menu called restaurant and cancelled the order for no reason. Called customer support, very incompetent employee answers phone and says no reason you have to call the restaurant. We call the restaurant and she explains someone from beyond menu called her to cancel our order but no reason. We say yes we still want our food. Get food, awesome, even though we had to pick it up. Beyond Menu calls and screams at the women that they cancelled and if she wants to get paid to call us, uh duh we want to pay for the food. We paid now twice once through Beyond Menu and once to the resturant. Beyond Menu will hear from me personally in 48 hours if I do not see a refund from them. STAY AWAY! Go with GrubHub established and customer service cares! Eww worst new try I have picked in a while and kicking myself for it.

They called me to let me know that the billing address I had input did not match the card. I read them the billing address (which has been the same FOR YEARS) back and they still claimed it didn't match. They said I could bring in my ID and card in or I had to cancel it. Too much trouble to go through for some chinese and to sit on the phone for 8 min just for them to tell me it didn't match.

These liars charged me for food and then canceled the order because they said that the restaurant canceled the order. I called the restaurant and asked why they canceled and they vehemently denied that they did and that the folks at beyondmenu did. I called Beyondmenu only to be told that yes they canceled my order for no freaking reason! This was made worse because after 2 hours I finally called the restaurant to see why my order wasn't delivered only to find out they had canceled it. I still haven't gotten my money back from these scam artists! They need to be in prison!

I am not even reading the other reviews before I share my experience tonight. I hate that I cannot just find the menu - seem to be forced to use this. Tonight I ordered food and waited 60 minutes and did not get anything, or call, or email or text. I called the restaurant and found out my order was canceled by BeyondMenu. I called them and they said my credit card was not working (. OK then why accept my order?.) and they tried contacting me (I never heard from them).
I will NEVER EVER USE THEM or a restaurant that forces me to use them.

This is some sort of Chinese scam company. They trick restaurants into paying for a website in which they collect credit card information from customers to do whatever they want with. After multiple times contacting the same representative and getting the same answer we are still unable to get a simple website taken off of the web. We are currently taking legal action to resolve the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

Perhaps the worst service I have ever experienced. Place an order at 525pm... at 6:35pm I call the restaurant and nobody answers.
I then call back several times over the next 20mins. Still no answer. At that point I call BeyondMenu and say they want to call the restaurant. No surprises, when BeyondMenu calls me back they say nobody answered and they are sorry.
They then tell me they never received a confirmation from the restaurant, but did not email/message/phone or contact me to tell me that.
Then. In talking through a resolution when it is too late to actually order an alternative, they tell me they are sorry and they do not reimburse or give credit.
Not all bad though. Because then I am told to have a wonderful evening. 2 hours back and forth, absolutely nothing offered as a resolution, and thats that.
Cant imagine this business will survive very long.

Complete horrible sketchy business they scam you. No managers to ever contact. They use fake names for employees/managers.
NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AND NEVER UNDERSTANDS YOU. This "manager" I spoke to regarding taking my customers credit card payments without ANY authorization through me at all. Meaning I do not get my own customers payments. Beyond menu takes it and sends you a shorted check at the end of the month of what they think they owe you. They take control of your business. Very rude and unprofessional, they questions the way you run your business and call you dumb. Even heard the manager cuss me out in Chinese thinking I didn't understand him. I speak full fluent Chinese.

This company is nothing but a scam. I have worked with restaurants in my area and all the owners of the restaurants have told me they have been scammed by this company. One of the restaurants in STL that BeyondMenu said accepted credit cards never did accept credit cards and I had to reject the charge due to false advertisement by BeyondMenu.

I ordered 70 bucks worth of chinese food from them and without calling, emailing, texting or anything. They canceled my order without trying to contact us at all. An hour later I called them and they said that they canceled my order (while blaming the restaurant) cos the credit card holder's name was different than the account holder's name. Customer service was ridonculously unhelpful, the loggin on their account didn't work so I couldn't even track my order. F*cking useless.

This company is not reliable at all. After waiting 30 minutes for an order that was suppose to be delivered I was notified that the driver canceled the pick up. I had to call three times in order to finally ask for a refund. The first two times I called I was told that i would need to go pick up the order. When I told them i did not have a car (the only reason i would have someone deliver my food) they said they were trying to contact the restuarant and would contact me back in 3-5 minutes. On my 3rd call I was told they were trying to reach the restuarant to see if anyone there could deliver it to me. I finally had to ask for a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I WAS DIRECTED TO THIS FOOD DELIVERY THINKING IT WAS THE RESTUARANT! THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY FOOD AND THEN TRIED TO GET THE RESTUARANT TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM.

I used BeyondMenu to place an order at a local restaurant, opting to pay when I picked up the food. Answer: Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
