Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.

Hi Michelle, We cannot change the pick-up time once an order has been placed. We suggest you contact the restaurant directly to avoid them from cooking the food too soon or too late.
