This company is not reliable at all. After waiting 30 minutes for an order that was suppose to be delivered I was notified that the driver canceled the pick up. I had to call three times in order to finally ask for a refund. The first two times I called I was told that i would need to go pick up the order. When I told them i did not have a car (the only reason i would have someone deliver my food) they said they were trying to contact the restuarant and would contact me back in 3-5 minutes. On my 3rd call I was told they were trying to reach the restuarant to see if anyone there could deliver it to me. I finally had to ask for a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I WAS DIRECTED TO THIS FOOD DELIVERY THINKING IT WAS THE RESTUARANT! THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY FOOD AND THEN TRIED TO GET THE RESTUARANT TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM.
Hi Anna, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with your most recent order. After our delivery partner cancelled your order, one of our agents who was keeping track of it immediately contacted you to see if you could pick up the order. When you told us you couldn't, we tried contacting the restaurant to see if they could make a delivery. Since the store was unresponsive on the phone, it took some time to get through. When we finally reached the owner, we learned that their store had to close that day due to an emergency.
