I use beyondmenu frequently and never have had a problem. Only issue is they don't have a lot of restaurants that they are currently servicing in my area. I think there's only two pizzerias there's a couple Indian more Japanese in plenty of Chinese
I worked in a restaurant that takes beyondmenu online orders. BeyondMenu will take everything you entered when submitting the order and send it in plain text format to the restaurant through email. That includes your complete credit card number, security code, full name, address, and zipcode. That's everything anyone needed to hack your credit card account.
You can test it out using a fake card number such as ************** and fake information and find out that they don't have a secure way to validate the information. They simply take these information send send it to restaurants.
Who know if they will sell your credit information to anyone or if restaurant workers will use your card to shop.

Placed an order, food never arrived (almost an hour later). Called Chinese restaurant to see if they received my order...nope! Call Beyond menu to see what happened. They said I had the wrong address. Why wasn't I notified, instead of just waiting. They have all ur info. I told them to cancel my order and send me a confirmation via my email address. NOTHING. Called back to speak to a supervisor (think I spoke to the same guy- gave me different a name) he said there wasn't a supervisor, when I persisted for the superv.'s phone # he said the supervisor (Neal) would call me back in 15 minutes, of course I never heard from supervisor or received an email of confirmation to cancel my account, "from email department".."it will be taken care of don't worry about it"..reeally Called bank to cancel my credit card used to place the order... too shady for me. Whatever businesses use BeyondMenu....you're losing money! Would give them less than a one-star if I could.

At first, I'm not interested with the offer with one of their representative who called me to sign me up on their website since it's not familiar just like the other company I'm working with already. The representative of beyondmenu patiently called me and convinced me to sign up. Since I got a lowest offer of commission compare to other company so I tried their service. Tried to order Chinese from one of our favorite places, and found they recently switched to BeyondMenu for their online orders. Place my order fine, entered in my card info fine, but the website said my address was wrong. I ended up retyping the address and zipcode three separate times to ensure that it was indeed correct, but decided to call when it kept flagging it. The customer service rep who answered was very rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot who hadn't already tried to fix the issue. He then told me to download the mobile app and just "figure it out myself". When I declined and told him I was just going to call the restaurant directly, he simply muttered a "whatever, lady" before I hung up. If your website is broken, why on earth would I want to download your crappy app as well?

I ordered Chinese through BeyondMenu, then was told the restaurant was closed and the order disappeared from my recent orders list. So I figured it hadn't gone through. The next day someone showed up with the food, called me seven times, left rude messages, and left. I had had no idea that BeyondMenu had put the order through as a future order. There was no record of the order on the app. And there is no way to cancel an order. I didn't even know I had ordered the food, but I got charged anyway. Then I called the restaurant and was told to call BeyondMenu (and got hung up on) so I contacted BeyondMenu and was told dismissively that it was all my fault. This was the worst designed and operated app for ordering food. Don't trust it.

Charge my card. Decline the order. Fight with a customer service rep because the statement from my bank shows they took the payment but couldn't follow through with the order. Somehow this was my fault and was treated like an idiot. Was told there was nothing they could do. Threated to call back with the bank and magically my money comes through. Scam someone else and hire better reps.

I used this service nearly weekly for over year for food delivery. I never had a problem with any of my orders but if you do have a problem, getting it resolved is impossible. I had a restaurant miss some of the food on my order. They stated that they couldn't refund the amount because BeyondMenu charged my card. BeyondMenu states that they have office hours from 10 am to 11 pm Central time, but I tried calling repeatedly during that time and I can assure you that nobody answers the telephones and that if you leave a message, nobody will call back. I finally found a way to contact their customer service electronically - I will reproduce it here because it isn't linked to on their website:

They did actually reply to my complaint via e-mail, but still no refund. They have lost a repeat customer over an under $10 credit card refund for missing food. What a terrible way to do business.

Like what everyone else said, they create fake domains and steal your listing on Google and link the "order online" to their beyondmenu site, which actually has no connection to the business. This happened to my business and I am still working on how to fix it. SUPER SHADY!

I ordered through this app and paid through the app but then my food got to my house and the restaurant demanded I pay them cash! I showed proof of my payment and they said no they don't accept that. I called the app customer service and they told me to pay them cash and they would refund me and then hung up on me when I said I didn't have cash on me which is why I used my card... duh! I called back and managed to get a refund but wound up with no food and my money hopefully being returned to my debit card within a few days. No apology or any attempt to make it right. What a scam

Tried to order pizza from local pizza shop and they used beyond menu. We placed the order and an out of town friend used their credit card, we received an e-mail stating order was placed, they then called, Verizon had it as potential spam, they asked about the card and the relationship to owner of home and said we would need to show I'd and the card to the delivery person, so much for contact less delivery in the middle of covid

I placed an order. I got a confirmation. After 75 minutes, I called the restaurant and found that BM cancelled the order. No call, no email. They just cancelled. If I hadn't called the restaurant, I would have never known. I ordered directly from the restaurant.
This seems to be a pattern with BM. If you order via BM, don't expect to get your food.

This company is horrible, I ordered online, paid and waited over an hour. I called the restaurant and they never recieved the order. I called Beyond Menu and they said they would handle it with the restaurant and call me back. That never happened I finally got ahold of them again and cancelled the order. If my card is charged I will definitely be upset and stop payment. Don't EVER use this site!

Only 2 restaurants to choose from. Placed an order and given an estimated time of delivery of 6:15ish. Called restaurant twice because food never came. As of 730 they still hadn't even made my food, so I canceled the order, but had to call this app to get my refund. They helped, but didn't seem to like that I kept calling to inquire about my refund.

I ordered food from a local chinese restaurant that uses this platform. I put in my order and got a confirmation my order is confirmed. 2 hours later my food isn't here and I didn't get any notification as to why. I call the restaurant as per beyondmenu's instructions and turns out as soon as I put the order, the restaurant got a cancellation of the order, even though my card was charged and everything. I had to replace the order with the restaurant directly and they were nice enough to ask beyondmenu to refund me my money instead of me having to deal with them directly. They got no reason as for the cancellation and I never got notified of my order being cancelled. Lesson: just order directly from the people and DO NOT USE BEYONDMENU!

Restaurants please dont sign up with this app. I used this app to order delivery. 15 minutes after the food was due I called the restaurant to find if there were issues. They told me BeyondMenu canceled the order right after I submitted it. I was not notified of any issues even though my phone number was correct on the order. After calling BeyondMenu I was told they attempted to contact me to confirm the order but canceled the order when they were unable to confirm. I received no calls, no voicemail, and only noticed the mail after this whole mess was over. BeyondMenu sucks. If you use them call the restaurant and confirm the order went in. If you are going to do that do yourself a favor and just order by phone. Worse service ever...

They called Google and requested a verification code for my business, then they called me and asked for the code that was mailed to my business address by Google and when I asked them why they want the code they said that we can promote your business on google and get more orders, I gave them the code and they went to my google business listing and changed the ownership email to address to: *******@gmail.com which is the name of their company Kydia Inc. I already sent them 2 emails asking for the listing and they totally ignored my request. Tom Chen is the owner and him and his family have an illegal fraudulent practice just to make money. I will make sure that no one does business with these people. They worship only money..

I was a little skeptical when I first ordered. I called the restaurant just to make sure I wasn't scammed after reading some of the online review. The had received my order and stated my food would be delivered in about 45mins. The food arrived quickly and was more than I could eat. I included a tip in my ordering. I wasn't sure if the tip would go to the delivery boy as I didn't have any cash on hand. Overall I'm very happy.

Answer: Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
