Used my bank card to place an order - information was hacked with days outrageous charges from other countries appeared on my statements - i called the restaurant prior to placing order to see if it was legit- yes we use it all the time ( great convenience I thought and as I am a regular customer) DO NOT USE IT
I have a restaurants and when i found out the hijacked google my business listing and contact them they never have an answer and keep saying manger will call me back which in weeks they did not. Google says they can not give me back my listing since they wont release it to me. On top they are not going to pay the orders that we got from them. I wonder how come the government did not shot them down and no class action lawsuit been filed. STAY A WAY AS A BUSINESS OR A CONSUMER!

Never order through this scam of a business! They charged my account THREE times! It overdrafted my account, and all I get told is "my manager will call you back." what the $#*!?!

Otherwise, those charges are possibly authorization charges which normally fall off within the next 24-48 hrs. Depending on your bank's processing time as well. Ordered through the app (I have several times in the past) and 2 hours later I get charged from 2 other restaurants very near this location. I believe the restaurants gain access to credit card numbers even though you pay "securely" through the app. I have worked in the industry for 15 years and typically these companies play the middle man, but I'm wondering how else someone could get my CC number in the neighborhood I purchased food... The app looks like it was built 10 years ago by a 12 year old, and I think that same 12 year old set up the security measures. Luckily I got in touch with my bank and they were able to shut it down (there were also declined transactions). USE SAFE APPS LIKE UBEREATS OR ANYTHING ELSE

BUT, this beyond menu is a total scam, they stole my money after I placed the order online, and did not get my order, and I called them to ask about my order, they said we are a third party and I should contact the restaurant myself to ask about my food. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encounter in my life. TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT EVEN THINK TO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Save your money and time.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I ordered Chinese at 9:00 and it was at my door by 9:23. Well worth it and even domino's charges a $3.50 delivery charge now.

They stole from (Charged me twice). I use the online order procedure, I was charge by their "Beyond Menu", I received a card alert from my bank.
Then I received a followed up phone call from Beyond Menu, trying to confirm my credit card and identity.
Beyond Menu then told me I would need to present my ID and CC to the driver for proof. The driver arrived, took my CC and typed my CC info into his phone that he was holding. WTF you type my CC into what? An app? Or something else. I asked him what he was doing, he stated that this was standard and no info was kept, yeah right!
When he was finished, I received and alert from my bank that my CC was charged again! I call my CC cancel my card (no I have to deal with changing my CC on all my recurrent charges) and have to call fraud back in 2-3 days to dispute the 2nd charge. Never again will I do business with Jade Palace or Beyond Menu

I ordered food with this company and waited almost 2 hours before it got to me. Apparently no one on that side of the screen told them when you take someones order you have to then report it to the restaurant (in a timely manner). Thinking it may have been a bad day I try them again this time I pay online with my card. Some lady calls me as soon as I push submit and starts asking questions like whats your name whats you address who is Robin. And then wants me to confirm all of this over the phone with her not the restaurant thats coming to my door. After asking for her supervisor because you dont need any personal information like that she stated the supervisor is not in and wont be able to take my call. I ordered a 13$ order of wings and for some reason they need extra info then what is asked on the screen... you already have my email card number and zip code why do you now need my full address maiden name and other non valid information for a freaking chicken wing. That wasnt a security issue that was them trying to hack my information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We had a small company meeting today for 11 people and had planned to have the food here by 11:30 AM. We planned to pick it up at 11:15. I made that VERY clear. I called the Japanese place yesterday and asked if I should place the order yesterday and they told me to place it early today on line. So I placed it at 9AM. NINE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING! I received a call from the restaurant at 11:12AM telling me they had JUST gotten the order! Yeah, 3 minutes before we actually wanted to pick it up. I will never order thru this company again! Felt like a fool!

Total scam! We have a contract with beyond menu! They have to process credit card payments, that online customers make.We, as a restaurant have to cook and deliver the food. They did not send our last check for $520! We did our part - the ordered food was cooked and delivered on time. Now SARFINO'S PIZZA must file a small claim in the court to get paid. I received a CONFIRMATION that my order was behing prepared, get there and the restaurant isn't even OPEN on Sunday's! Over an hour later BeyondMenu called to tell the order is cancelled and the rep HUNG UP ON ME when i complained!

STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THIs COMPANY. This is my first Yelp ever, this Company is a fraud. Beyond menu approached many times to work with them and I refused. Last week my staff received an order and filled it, like other companies they will process the payment and send it to us. So I called BEYOND MENUE to confirm payment they gave me a credit card, when I ran the credit card for $60.49 it was an invalid account. I called Beyond Menu again and again and they said that the manager will call me back. They gave me Neil's, Philip, Lean, lily, and Nadia as managers. After one week, Neil called and said that he cannot paid me. This company is a fraud, thief and a con. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Why would you take the credit card if you are not going to run it? Well I believed they did run it and found that the card was no good. I will survive this 60.00 but Neil and the others will fail and I will pursue legal action.

Answer: Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
