We had a small company meeting today for 11 people and had planned to have the food here by 11:30 AM. We planned to pick it up at 11:15. I made that VERY clear. I called the Japanese place yesterday and asked if I should place the order yesterday and they told me to place it early today on line. So I placed it at 9AM. NINE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING! I received a call from the restaurant at 11:12AM telling me they had JUST gotten the order! Yeah, 3 minutes before we actually wanted to pick it up. I will never order thru this company again! Felt like a fool!

We apologize for the inconvenience. You can place orders online few days ahead of your requested delivery or pick up time. Normally, we forward orders to restaurants soon as it enters our system. However, if the restaurant is still closed there'll be no way for them to receive it which might have happened in your case.
