The company's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, particularly regarding installation services, product returns, and customer support. Many reviews highlight issues with rushed installations and poor communication, leading to repeated service calls. Customers frequently encounter difficulties with returns and refunds, often citing long wait times and inadequate support from customer service representatives. While the company offers a wide selection of products and some positive experiences with online orders, the overarching sentiment suggests a need for substantial improvements in service reliability and customer care to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Maybe they need to hire more people or somehow work better as a team. The people there seem worked to the limit and they are still polite!
I ordered a printer, just an ordinary $60 printer with free delivery, it was delivered in less that 24 hours
Best Buy is a lot like Staples, they won't usually have what you want but can be found to have similar enough things, however they often have nothing like what you want. And the prices make you wish Walmart or Target had what you end up buying because you know you've overpaid... But unlike Staples or Walmart/Target, you can at least find staffers/employees to help, or at least try to help
New game out? It's mostly likely at best buy
But some stuff is overpriced... then i guess they gotta make money somehow
I have gone to Best Buy store many many times and each and every time the employees have taken excellent care of me and are very knowledgeable about any issues I have had. They have set up at least 9 different phones for me and my purchase of a tv soon will definitely be at Best Buy!
Bought a computer over there and the service was excellent on my best pick by a expert.
Once I bought an HP All-in-one printer from them after three months I went to buy one of the four colors inks used by this type of printer, by coincidence I saw the same guy how sold me the printer, when he starts to look for the ink and when he didn't find it, he just looked at me and told me, why you bought this kind of old printer? I looked at him and I was shocked, I couldn't even reply to him, I just left the place and didn't come back again and try to avoid buying from Best Buy since then. This happened to me three years ago
I went to best buy yesterday to buy a Samsung 65 inch curved TV but instead was
Sold a smart TV. When I called to ask why I was sold the wrong TV I was given the run around as to which department I needed to speak to. Finally got someone on the phone and was told how they took them upon them self to upgrade my TV. I was told I would be given a $400 discount on the TV but never received it. They also sold me a curve sound bar for what reason I don't have a curve TV. I am a disabled person who they saw as an easy con like he will never know. Only plus I can say is that they where willing to exchange the TV but only i would be downgrading because the TV the sold me is top market bull I'm very disappointed
We bought a computer from Best Buy, through their phone sales.
We tried to price match a very similar computer that was being sold on the HP computer website, but Best Buy refused saying that the color was slightly different; silver compared to ash silver (though model, specs etc, were the same).
We continued with the Best Buy purchase and received confirmation of our order.
The following day we received an email saying that the sale had been cancelled.
Best Buy customer service were contacted and they confirmed this was due to the credit card transaction not being authorised by the bank.
A 3-way call with best Buy and my bank took place, whereby my bank asked that Best Buy transaction the sale whilst they remain on the line. This proved that the credit card was fine.
Best Buy then admitted that they couldn't make the sale as the computer wasn't available; they couldn't supply the computer as it wasn't in stock, thus wrongly blaming my bank and wasting everybody's time. Quite shocking really.
I wouldn't recommend this company.
Got my speakers(kickers) done on my truck and had to go back at least ten times to get them fixed. After all that I just wanted my money back to get it done somewhere else. I paid $339 and got back $140. $30 in cash, the rest on a card. And the store manager was completely ignorant. Honestly will never step foot in a best buy store again.
My old television set stopped working in the middle of an awards program, that I was interested in. The picture tube blew out. I heard a pop, and that was that.
Of course it was late at night, and there was nothing I could do about it, but become angry and frustrated.
Fortunately, my son has a TV in his bedroom, so I ran in there to catch the rest of the show. The next day I went with a friend to Best Buy just before they closed for the evening, and the sales person showed me new set, still in its carton, that was available for purchase at a great discount price. It was a name brand, that I had look at earlier in the evening at another discount store, but at a much higher price.
It was also returnable, If I found it unsatisfactory, after getting it home. Plus It had all the high tech features I needed, yet uncomplicated for me to use.
After comparing prices, sales, and makes, I found the perfect item at a good price with a sales person who explained the workings to me, and even though it was late in the day, no one rushed me, or tried to sell me something I wasn't interested in, by showing me so many different television sets, that would only confuse me.
Once I told the salesperson what I was looking for, it was very easy to shop there.
Don't hesitate to stop by and look around if you're in the market for a new item. You might be as surprised as I was, to find the perfect piece you needed, at a wonderful discount price.
Once you get on the site you know that you will find what you are looking for quickly and with ease. No need to embellish any further just go and find the electronics that are there and for an excellent price.
Hey I brought my first Chrome Book from the site on sale for 149.99 and now everywhere else you look 199,99 -209,99
Just do it
Bestbuy used to be the place to go for electronics. I suppose appliances are still okay there, but I can't bring myself to get out of bed, put pants on, and drive to a building when I can have newegg ship the same thing for a better price.
Very great deals at Best Buy. Got some nice games and pads. Will definitely be back for more
Really great shiny stuff. All for you salivating pleasure.
I tried to get a sales associated attention and he said yes sir? I am not a guy nor do I look like one. I hate this store
I have done both types of shopping and I detest our local brick and mortar stores as they are staffed with dipsticks.
I have purchased several items online. Got free shipping and good prices with some of the things. Was hoping not to pay tax since the shipping unit was located in another state... but alas the get you by those financial short hairs too.
The online stuff arrived in good shape and on time or before
Answer: I am sure there is a catch-like a 2 year contract. No one gives you a phone for $1
Answer: All I can say is that you obviously have been very lucky. I was a dedicated customer for 25 years, however, I would do without before I ever spent another dime in a Best Buy!
Answer: I would write a letter to your state's attorney general. There are laws regarding taking advantage of senior citizens. I would specifically ask for documentation from Best Buy in which your grandmother gave them permission to recycle her 18 month old computer. If they cannot produce that document they may be in very big trouble with the state's attorney general. I would also write the BBB and contact your public officials. This I think would be paramount to theft if your grandmother did not give them permission to recycle her computer. On the flip side of things, ASUS is a very good machine. My son is a computer scientist and swears by ASUS. I have three ASUS machines one of which is over 5 years old and it is a workhorse. Unless something significant happens in the ASUS business world, I will continue to buy ASUS!
Answer: Great question. Let us know if you were able to get reimbursed.
Answer: I chose Best Buy tech support because they seemed to offer a good deal on support and I bought my products there. I'll go elsewhere now.
