Quality of dress is cheap, more like an oversized night gown. Pants are very baggy at the bottom, material is like a thin corduroy not nice like the pictures. I have been trying to get a label to return since May 3rd,

I have been trying to get a return label since May 3rd, they put you off or don't answer your request. When they do they ask if you will take a gift certificate..and oh yes they are very adament that you don't return to the address on the orginal shipping label. I read reviews after my experience and found that this is how they operate. Would defineately NOT recommend even if the pictures are "pretty"

Good quality great returns but alittle pricey. Still shop there for some things.

Good Selection, prices better than the competition & the customer service people seem to be knowledgeable or if there is something they are not sure of they work together as a whole team! I like that the best..

Maybe they need to hire more people or somehow work better as a team. The people there seem worked to the limit and they are still polite!

Why a convenience fee? Had to pay a "convenience fee" at least $4.00 more for 2 Senior Tickets-Now that's a deal if you're stupid & $9. Something for a child. This card was a gift but I didn't expect this kind of cost for convenience. Won't see me buying these "gifts to put it to you cards"!
