Worse service. DO NOT use best buy. First I'm disappointed they do not give military discount. Second: I used them for 2 day home delivery of a Dryer. I'm told I will get a call the night prior to delivery for a window. That call never came. Then I get a text that they will be at my home at 0935. They don't show. I get an email that it was delivered. It wasn't. I then go on to find out when I sign in to my account it was cancelled. I call customer service and it was rescheduled for the following day and it's not on the truck so it can't be delivered. I took a day the morning off of work cost me money as my family needed the delivery in now. I wanted it prior to my deployment.
NEVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and use Home Depot or Lowes.
I still can't believe this happened. I purchased a Skyline Bed frame online from these guys, the bed was listed as available. Paid my $1400. After a month of waiting and not a sound from them I called. Was promised the bed will be shipped within a week. A week later called again. Was told the bed will be shipped shortly by " the third party manufacturer/shipper" a phone number of which apparently I may not get. Checked my order status online and saw changed to "cancelled". No phone call, no courtesy email to let me know, nothing! Oh, and the "Contact seller" button is now greyed out. SERIOUSLY?! I did not want to believe all the horrible reviews about this company but they turned out to be completely true.
I could have gotten the bed some place else instead of having Best Buy hold on to my money for a month only to cancel my order without as much as an email to let me know. There are so many ppl now complaining about this very same scam that we should really file class action suit to have them pay us interest for "lending" them our money for months.
I ordered a GE PGP9036SLSS Gas cooktop, They charged my credit card the $1,444.49. Scheduled delivery between 7:00 and 1:00. Now 7:30 Confirmed that delivery was coming in the morning at 7:29 the night before. I removed my old cooktop getting ready to install the new one. No Delivery! Called customer service to see I it was still going to be delivered. They told me that I needed to reschedule the delivery, this is Early December can not deliver until in February. Canceled order. I would NOT BUY ANYTHING from them again. I now have to replace my old stove top. Not a happy customer.
They said they don't do it, discard appointment line for whatever, my day is gone. No way to arrange more important things. I was nearby at the time call and get confirmation for it.
I try to buy today Feb 24,2018 an Ipad Pro 12.6" with 64GB or 256GB and BestBuy in hole Canada. They do not have any of them on any color since long time ago and they have a long waiting list to deliver. So how can they advertise so many products, and they do not have any of this and they do not know when they will have some.
This is not make sense particularly when you have a Best Buy gift card and need one of those iPad Pro 12.6".
To bad for Best Buy as a high tech supplier on this kind of devices.

I tried to order a pair of Beast earbuds on the Best Buy website yesterday, and paid the extra $10 for 1 day shipping so I would get them today. I then got an email saying that Best Buy would be crediting me back the $10 because my order was now delayed another 22 days. I tried to just cancel the order at that point so I could go to a Best Buy store 6 miles away to get the earbuds, but the policy states that you have to cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order. This makes sense if your item can ship as normal, but makes no sense if your item will not ship for 3 weeks! I was on the phone with the support team (who has no authority to cancel), and asked to speak with a supervisor. However, I was told that the supervisor was "TOO BUSY TO TALK TO ME" and would have to call me back later. Not what you want to hear after being on the phone for 20 minutes already. I will never be buying anything from Best Buy again, and am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled.
I purchased a MacBook pro a couple years ago and the battery is dead has to be plugged in constantly or else it has to be rebooted immediately. I tried calling to get a price on a new battery and was on hold for a half hour before they disconnected me. I then contacted a best buy agent online and was told by them that they couldn't give me a price and that i had to visit the store or call to get a price. I live over an hour away so stopping in the store is not happening and each time i call i end up on hold and being disconnected. It is like they don't want my business. I have spent over 5 grand with them and will not spend any more! I recommend whoever reads this doesn't either.
This is a very good electroninc store. If you want gadgets then you can get them all here. I made an order and the delivery was fast. It was what I wanted and it arrrived safely sealed and I have beeen using it ever since. It has had a few hiccups but I cant blame the store because it does not make the products, it just sells them.

I ordered an 'in stock' fridge in March, with a delivery date two weeks later in March. I called the verify prior to purchase the estimated delivery date, because we needed a new fridge rather quickly. The day of scheduled delivery, after no one showed up in the time frame, I called Best Buy, to which they told me the appliance was out of stock and would not be coming today. I was very annoyed as I sat around off work waiting, when they could and should have reached out to let me know ahead of time. Anyway, second delivery gets scheduled, for July, and I'm told a manager will call me back to send us a gift card for the inconvenience.
Well, July rolls around, and once again, I'm left waiting for a delivery that never comes. I called again and explained this happened before, and the customer service rep won't let me speak with a managing supervisor. I was on hold over an hour. I specifically ordered this appliance because it said in stock, and I verified it was in stock prior to ordering. Not only have we been months without this rather expensive appliance coming in, but it's impossible to get answers from calling. I'm extremely disappointed in Best Buy, and hopefully this review saves you a ton of wasted time and annoyance.
I've spent 3 1/2 hours trying to get help from Best Buy with products they advised me about and told me how to hook up while I was still in the store. When I bought their brand and hookedit up, they wouldn't talk to me without an appointment with the Geek Squad at over $100, It's a simple case of hooking up some cables. But they sent me on a telephone menu runaround for the whole afternoon and one person would say they would transfer me to someone who would help and then they would transfer me to an automated menu that I couldn't get out of, another would say they would send me to someone to help and I would have to repeat "in home agent" 8 times til someone picked up - and sent me to still another person who said they don't help over the phone. This is the last time I buy from Best Buy. They really should change their name to Worst Rip-Off. Catch 22!

Recently i bought my boyfriend a flat screen t. V the price is great and it has the best reviews. We haven't tried it out yet because its for Christmas but i kmow i won't be disappointed.

We've purchased more than one kitchen appliance from Best Buy-owned Pacific Sales. Pacific Sales used to be a great business. Best Buy has destroyed it. Our latest experience is requesting service from Best Buy's Geek Squad for a dishwasher we bought with a 5-year extended warranty. Best Buy made the appointment, sent us a confirmation and within hours I received a phone call from a subcontractor wanting to change the agreed-upon time. I agreed to the somewhat later time frame and waited around on the appointed day only to have the subcontractor not show up. When I called them they said the appointment was scheduled for a week later! I'd never have agreed to it. I have conflicting appointments and can also not be without a dishwasher for 2 weeks. I tried to get a "supervisor" at Best Buy on the phone. After 1+ hour waiting (which actually was a stall tactic by the "agent" and being put on hold, I was transferred to another "agent" who wanted to start from the beginning. Are they kidding? I then agreed to have the "supervisor" call me back. That was two days ago. Glad I didn't hold my breath waiting. If forced Toby another appliance from Best Buy, I will definitely NOT purchase another extended warranty from the business.
When cable went all digital on April 2016 we bought an antenna for my fathers room since with a digital box we couldn't control that my dad would fall sleep with the tv on all day since the boxes don't have timers, anyway I bought the most expensive one which is over one hundred dollars but it didn't work amd even with the receipt in the original box, Best Buy will not give me even store credit after this awful experience we went with the digital cable and 2 controls. Be very careful with this merchant, I WAS a long time customer but no more.

Purchased a Samsung 65" TV on 07/21/2022. The rear HDMI ports stopped working 3 months later. They sent the Geek Squad Out and said the TV needed a new Board, but said it is not under warranty and I would have to pay for the repair.

Is ridiculous that Best Buy Online will not accept Major Credit Cards. They only offer Best Buy Visa, Best Buy MasterCard etc. Walmart, Amazon, Target, MS Store.all take oersonal payment.
If you find yourself at a Best Buy Texas location be prepared to be treated like an idiot, an assshole, or worse, a potential thief. They are rude, hateful and downright lazy employees that will treat you like a waste of time.
I tried buying a laptop here twice. Both times it was too difficult to buy so I bought elsewhere.
On the HP I was buying, they insisted they removed virus and other stuff from it and I had to pay an extra $100.00 plus for their work... it was a brand new laptop, they must think we're dumb.
Then we tried buying our MacBook from them and the same thing happened. They said they only had opened ones that they took viruses and spyware out of and we had to pay almost $150.00 extra, seriously!
We said no and then they threatened that they have to put the viruses and spyware back into the computer, really? Lol
See ya! We ended up just going to buy the HP at Tiger Direct and we bought our MacBook from Apple.
