Order cancelled!?

I ordered online a Pixel 6 and you cancelled it 4 days after! Not in inventory! Then you gave me a $75 ecertificate BUT there was a $100 sale on that item! So do the math, $25 are missing + you take 4 days to inform me that you are not even capable of assuring you have it inventory! Not sure I still want to do business with you guys!

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THERE!

This company is honestly the worst ever. They sell you a product that is lemon. They have their lemon policy when you "purchase" an extended warranty, but we all know that even if they fix and breaks again it does take a while for it to break two more time (the compressor of the refrigerator that is a lemon). 3 times in 5 years. My other refrigerator (NOT FROM BESTBUY) has been going for 20 years and never broke once. Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor at GEEK squad. She (Bibianna) takes forever and places you on hold to come back ans say you warranty expired last year. The repair they did isn't even on warranty. They puts you on hold again for over 20 minutes and she comes back to say that no supervisor is available and he will call you back in 24 hours.

This was an LG refrigerator with the ice maker.

BUY ANYWHERE, NOT BESTBUY! Buy from trusted sellers that do know appliances... Not this company that doesn't deserve our money!

Worst buy
November 7, 2021

Bought a computer online noticed right away the address was wrong phoned them they said they can't change it because it is already processed but they'll give me a return label to send it back so it hasn't been an hour yet since I ordered it says it'll be delivered in 2 weeks and I want the computer so why would I drive 3 hours away to some random persons house to put a return label on it just send me what I payed for to my address it's not rocket science

Sold me 2 Canon 240XL black ink toners for my MX 472 Canon Printer-the sent cartridges were marked as such but they were nothing like the actual Canon cartridge required by our printer. This is confounded by their policy of no returns and no refunds on ink cartridges that have been opened. How bloody daft are you people and how friggin dumb do you think we the customer are? EH- you bamboozlers- take my money, send me fake products and then have in small print that they do not take open ink boxes/no-return -no refund. So what am I to do with two non-proper- --non-functioning--improperly labelled black ink cartridges that were mislabeled, likely on purpose which is tantamount to fraudulent business proactive; and these sent items could likely fit the bloody man in the moons printer- but they sure as hell do not fit mine. Now, I want this company that you have signed agreements of business with to take these bloody products back and return my money to my TD Visa Card. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau and you know I will tell them the entire fraudulent details of your underhanded and shady practices in dealing with now x- Best Buy customers? I want me money now your thieves.

Charged twice for a freezer we did not receive

Horrible experience and we hope they will solve the problem they created.
We bought a freezer, it was cancelled, we received a confirmation we would get reimbursed within 5 days… instead we were charged a second time, we called, spent 2 hours being sent from one person to another and nothing …it's been 18 days and still no money insight. We have proof from our credit card records! We don't know what to do with over $1800 out of pocket….

I bought a new computer in Best Buy, Newmarket in April 2021. In July it stopped working. I called Geek service and described the problem I was told to bring it to the Geek Squad in Newmarket, Ont. And they could fix it in 2 hours. The Geek in Newmarket said it had to be sent out for repairs and it would take 3 or 4 days. That was July 22/21. I didn't hear anything so returned on July 29, only to be told "we were just going to phone you - it' s not ready yet". I returned Aug 11 to learn that they had not started to look at it. I demanded to see "DJ" the manager, who was not available, and got another manager who called the repair depot and then told me he will get me a new computer when the depot sends the damaged one back in 2 or 3 days. I got a call Aug 17 that my computer was ready for pick-up [that is 22 days after my 1st visit]. I went in and saw a Geek rep who said my computer was not ready and it had to be OK'd by "DJ" the manager. She called "DJ" on the phone and then said he would be here in 2 minutes. I questioned that 2 minutes because I had been misled so many times by so many Geeks. I waited 42 minutes for "DJ" who never showed up, and never answered his phone when the rep tried to call him at least 5 more times. Finally the rep got another manager who OK'd the exchange for a new computer, but said "DJ" had to process the exchange. I left. DJ called 2 1/2 hours later and said my computer was ready. My new exchange was a different make, and didn't include Office 2019 which had been installed in my old computer. My entire experience in dealing with "DJ" and his staff was very aggravating, time consuming, and showed no consideration for the customer. I would give them a "0" rating if it was possible.

I cnt describe how $#*! company is this, not just for customers but for employees as well they dont care about anyone... they make $#*! policies and employees at the front being abused for those things which they have no control over it. They cut off employees hours, give them mandatory time off and forced to take leaves and when they need them. They beg them to help but then again kicked out forcefully. Their orders never deliver on time and customers abuse us and most of the orders cancel due to bull$#*! security reasons and again customer will abuse us. In the employees are abused thats why I left the company because supervisors does not help too. No money no respect of employees.

Best Buy, a multi billion dollar company, totally is not up to par! Bought a Samsung tv through Best Buy online, on Jan. 09,2021. It was a purchase through a Market Place seller, under Best Buy Webpage. The tv is garbage, it is not working anymore. Short story, NONE of these three companies, are willing to step up and help me. Samsung says is not offering warranty, Best Buy send me to Samsung, the seller is a ghost company... probably I will have to buy a new tv... what a scam...

Was very disappointed with the return policy. They sold us a wrong range hood However we were very clear of what we wanted it was the store error. We opened the box and found out that it won't fit we went back to the store to exchange or return. They refused. The product is not even touched or out of box and we still have hard time to return it. Still waiting for a solution and for someone to contact us.

Bought 40 dollar speaker online, doesn't work and now I have to buy a package, and postage and insurance and pay restocking fee... All because their product is faulty.

Not fair, and now either I keep this Braven crappy speaker or pay close to 75 percent of what I paid to get nothing in return.

Bought a fridge from BestBuy exactly 28 days ago. They promised delivery + installation ahead of delivery.
When they arrived and informed us that a specialist team should be involved as this requires water pipe works. Fine! When?
Next week and an additional 200$ charge. After a long phone call they dropped it to 170$ and left me with no option but to agree.
It has been 3 weeks since and they have not made it to a single promised appointment. Would call me every Monday and ask for a time to come in and I would reply any day Except the weekend. So they call on Tuesday or Wednesday and confirm a weekend timing! It goes to the week after and so on.
Finally they arrived today. Guess what? Oh no we need another visit to dismantle the frigde doors before installing it. Ok go ahead. That would be an additional 100$ sir and you need to speak to Bestbuy to get their approval to do that without voiding your warranty. I called right away and of course nothing happens on the spot so the team left!
I am traveling in 2 days and my fridge grace period for refund expires tomorrow and i have no idea who to talk to!
Everyone throws it on someone else and the fridge remains in my garage! Terrible and unprofessional

I have to wait another 3 weeks to receive my order because they sent to a wrong address, It will take Canada Post about 2 weeks to contact the shipper to correct the address, I ask Best Buy to contact Canada Post to cancel my order because I can't do it only the shipper, and they refused. So no more ''BAD BUY'' for me its bye bye

They have some archaic system to approve credit cards; Maybe even an outside 3rd party, not sure... Anyway, payment fails without any notice (email or text). You only find out when product does not arrive. If you log into your account you see "In Progress", even though it is not. You have to call, find out what the problem is, fix it, then wait 24 hours to see if it really did fix the problem.
My approval would not go through. I called them about 8 times, used a new card, updated details about 3 times. Order never did get approved, they were never able to fix it. Ended up placing the order on Bed Bath and Beyond (for a Dyson v10 vacuum) (with the same credit card, no problems). Totally frustrating. Will NEVER buy anything from that site again.

Terrible. TERRIBLE Customer Service
Terrible. TERRIBLE Customer Service! Zero resolution to a problem that was caused by Best Buy NOT including the Buzzer number I provided in delivery instructions! I NOW HAVE TO WAIT until Monday, for a purchase needed for at home business! This is SO UNACCEPTABLE... and unless they change their carriers (Purolator currently)... I will just order from Amazon as I've not had delivery issues with them throughout this Pandemic. The online Robots offered zero assistance and just kept asking same questions... or made up excuses for not being able to resolve the problem. Beware to those who order online from Best Buy, once shipped it's out of their hands and you'll have to chase the carrier all over to find out what's happening. Then, when you're able to FINALLY contact a human to talk to, prepare to wait EXTRA time for your already late or misplaced parcel. Unacceptable Customer Service from Best Buy... you've just lost a Customer of over 20 years!

Still Waiting

When things go wrong Best Buy doesn't want to take responsibility for the horrendous service that some of the marketplace companies provide using their website. They ask that you deal with those companies directly and make excuses.

Never order from Best Buy online!

I will NEVER order from Best Buy again. Do yourself a favor and just order your products from Amazon or any reputable company - you will save yourself a million headaches.

I purchased 5 products from Best Buy and it was the worst experience of my life.

Every item you order is shipped through a different Best Buy store or another provider if they are refurbished. I ordered 3 directly from Best Buy and 2 refurbished (amazon delivered for 1 of my refurbished items and another company for the other). I order online as a guest and immediately made my account when promoted after check out because I know that it is easier to track your packages if you sign up.

Once I signed in I saw no proof of purchase, no order information, and no email confirmation for the purchase. I assumed my purchase went through given that my cart was now empty, but needed to contact the help desk to confirm that my order had even been placed. After contacting help desk I discovered my purchase would only be accessible under the guest check out after providing my order # and email (a small hassle but ok).

I was purchasing from Best Buy to use a reimbursement my company had put in place due to COVID and working from home, an ergonomic bonus.

I need an invoice/receipt/proof of purchase in order to put my claim through, "no problem" I thought.

Turns out Best Buy cannot provide one proof of purchase or one invoice and each separate item is shipped individually and on its own receipt.

I don't understand how Amazon can ship products from around the world and provide one invoice/receipt for a total cost of goods but Best Buy cannot.

I spoke with the help desk multiple times and was disconnected, ignored, and treated like an idiot for asking for a simple invoice of total goods purchased.

I don't care where it comes from or what the company is - you should be able to send me a receipt for my purchase - I should not have 5 separate receipts from one purchase.

I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I will never purchase from Best Buy again.

They've had my money for a laptop since Jan 4 2021. I still have no computer and it's Feb 8. Apparently, according to "tracking" my computer arrived in my city on Jan 6. Tried to escalate my request to a "case worker" and have heard nothing in 2 weeks. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. RUN, don't walk from buying from Best Buy Canada. They are the literal worst.
