They have some archaic system to approve credit cards; Maybe even an outside 3rd party, not sure... Anyway, payment fails without any notice (email or text). You only find out when product does not arrive. If you log into your account you see "In Progress", even though it is not. You have to call, find out what the problem is, fix it, then wait 24 hours to see if it really did fix the problem.
My approval would not go through. I called them about 8 times, used a new card, updated details about 3 times. Order never did get approved, they were never able to fix it. Ended up placing the order on Bed Bath and Beyond (for a Dyson v10 vacuum) (with the same credit card, no problems). Totally frustrating. Will NEVER buy anything from that site again.
