Bought a fridge from BestBuy exactly 28 days ago. They promised delivery + installation ahead of delivery.
When they arrived and informed us that a specialist team should be involved as this requires water pipe works. Fine! When?
Next week and an additional 200$ charge. After a long phone call they dropped it to 170$ and left me with no option but to agree.
It has been 3 weeks since and they have not made it to a single promised appointment. Would call me every Monday and ask for a time to come in and I would reply any day Except the weekend. So they call on Tuesday or Wednesday and confirm a weekend timing! It goes to the week after and so on.
Finally they arrived today. Guess what? Oh no we need another visit to dismantle the frigde doors before installing it. Ok go ahead. That would be an additional 100$ sir and you need to speak to Bestbuy to get their approval to do that without voiding your warranty. I called right away and of course nothing happens on the spot so the team left!
I am traveling in 2 days and my fridge grace period for refund expires tomorrow and i have no idea who to talk to!
Everyone throws it on someone else and the fridge remains in my garage! Terrible and unprofessional
