Horrible experience and we hope they will solve the problem they created.
We bought a freezer, it was cancelled, we received a confirmation we would get reimbursed within 5 days… instead we were charged a second time, we called, spent 2 hours being sent from one person to another and nothing …it's been 18 days and still no money insight. We have proof from our credit card records! We don't know what to do with over $1800 out of pocket….
