They've had my money for a laptop since Jan 4 2021. I still have no computer and it's Feb 8. Apparently, according to "tracking" my computer arrived in my city on Jan 6. Tried to escalate my request to a "case worker" and have heard nothing in 2 weeks. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. RUN, don't walk from buying from Best Buy Canada. They are the literal worst.
