Tried to do an order...computer screw up on there part resulted jn corrupt order...the order came to 166.67 yet my account was debited for 1169.67 for an order that does not exist...customer service is a waste of time... people you cannot understand reading from a book...have to get bank to launch an investigation while BBB holds are money ransom...never again... most reviews of this company are not good...BEWARE
I ordered a jewelry box on line and it arrived very quickly. The customer reviews of products on their site are very helpful in deciding what product to buy. I have ordered several times from them and have always been happy.
They just made my home very classy. Everyone in love my classy interior provides by bed bath and beyond. But prices are very huge. They should provide items on reasonable cost so everyone can enjoy these classy item for their homes.
If you can't find it anywhere else - go to Bed Bath and Beyond. Love all the products. Went to store in Largo yesterday and what great service. Caught a few sales and WOW saved a lot of money. Love this store!
I ordered 7 baskets and paid for 7 baskets. Received my order with only 6 baskets enclosed. I thought it would be a simple fix. Call customer service but can't get through to anyone. Have currently been waiting on hold for 1 hour and was told the wait was 30 mins. I found a customer chat window and 'missing items from order' isn't an option and there is a 4 1/2 hour wait for that. They offer text help and that wait is 7 hours?/. It's (Bed, Bath &) BEYOND frustrating! I get that times are more challenging with Covid but in this instance, it's more of an excuse for extremely negligent poor customer service. They took my order and my money within seconds and yet there is no one to help me with their mistake! I will NEVER give them my business again. At some point, I've got to let go of the missing basket because my time is much more valuable.
I am waiting over 10 days for them to say my order has been shipped. Then, after hours of trying to talk to someone, they said, "Sorry, I don't know what you want from me"... terrible customer service! They never notified me to tell me my order was out of stock. Then I am dealing with a customer service representative. Never order things from here again! These are scammers.
I placed an order online on Nov. 29. Supposedly the item shipped Dec. 6. Then I get an email that says it will arrive by Dec. 12 by USPS. As of Dec. 19 it still says in transit. I call customer service and she told me call back in a couple of days. Not helpful at all. I will not be purchasing from them in the future.
I placed an order on dec 3 and received no updates on the order after about 5 emails and 2 calls I am now being told they are out of stock until feb this was a Christmas gift. I now have no gift for my son a week before they are also saying since it comes 3rd not sure if I can get a refund. Bad customer not to satisfy me with the item or give me my money back. Don't purchase online at all you don't get a straight answer when you call they have no idea what they are doing
Bed Bath and Beyond never fails to satisfy. There is always a good selection of top notch products and if the local store doesnt have it in stock its super easy to order online. The only downside is slow shipping.
I recieved a message today saying that my account was closed do to inactivity. Because I received multiple items that were damaged. Did not know if you dont use their card regularly they will close your account. This will put a hard hit on my credit score. Be ver careful with this company.
I love the items from Bed, Bath & Beyond! I am not allergic to their lotions, which is a rarity for me. 90% of lotions out there leave me covered in a rash! But these creams that smell great don't affect me negatively at all. Plus the large number of fragrances is impressive too. I love their hand soaps, especially the new ones with olive oil! It's just not worth going to the store when their website sends me all kinds of great offers on a regular basis. The ONLY time I go to their stores is to return something and save the cost of return postage. I wait for big discounts or discounts plus free shipping before I order, and I have a ton of stuff from this company! Rarely do I find tems that are as great smelling and that I have no allergies to, so BB&B has won my loyalty.
Never received product. Asked for refund. Customer service stated they would refund money within 3-5 business days. That was 5 days ago. They owe me $45.34. Said now I have to wait 10 days for money. Reported them to the Better business bureau and the New York State Attorney General.
Dont buy wedding gifts here. I ordered gift wrap and a card on the gift and neither was ever done. I dont know the bride so this is a big problem. Save yourself the nightmare of dealing with their understaffed call center. Shop elsewhere.
I ordered a Bath Mat on line. They took my money, but never told me it wasn't in stock. I had to call Customer service twice, wondering where my order was, getting the run around both times. They don't give you tracking numbers, or tell you if your order is delayed, because it isn't in stock, and don't know when it will be back in stock. This company has Terrible Customer Service and a lousy, out-of-date merchandise inventory system.
I like the idea of Bed Bath & Beyond but too often I cannot find what I need. They have what seems like an odd assortment - it's not really a go-to store for anything and they need to consider the inconsistency of their offering. Pricing is high and I never remember to bring my coupon.

I ordered Fiesta dishes, I received them in 5 different boxes on different days ( because they were coming from different warehouses I assume) 1 box of 24 bowls had 1 bowl not broken. A box of 17 dinner plates and 6 salad plates had 7 items broken. The next 2 boxes also had multi things broken. My last box of 5 salad plates was packed correctly and nothing broke. This will be the last time I order on line from them. When I returned them to the store they told me that they have seen this a lot. Here's an idea... hire new packers or train them better!
Just purchased 4 indoor/outdoor rugs. Price was very good. Shipping was fast. Unfortunately, Two of the rugs had a misplaced weave that had to be cut out, thereby loosening the weave in that line. One rug had dirt damage from the open protective plastic covering. It's not severe enough to go to the trouble to ship back to the manufacturer, but irritating enough to complain about. I've bought a lot of household items from Bed, Bath and Beyond and this is the first time I've had a complaint.
When I bought stuff on line I received confirmation with wrong delivery address and I try to change to my address multiple times, but except confirmation on my email that someone try to change address nothing happens.
Next day I call costume service and they insure me that they finally able to change address, but forgot to mention that if I fail to do it in first 30 min after ordering, they will deliver to wrong address.
That exactly what happened.
After multiple calls when I did not receive my staff, I was told that someone contact me with information.
Never happened.
I ordered several wedding gifts. Most of them we're late or damaged. The last straw for me was I ordered patio chair pads. On Aug 18th. 3 came 1 day after expected day the last one came 3 weeks later. It was supposed to be sent Express mail. Everytime I called they had a different reason why it didn't arrive.

Answer: How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
