The selection in the store is really good. I don't shop there as much as I once did because I find them pricey when I compare prices for like items at other on line retailers. I suspect that BB&B is experiencing what many other brick and mortar stores are experiencing, customers shopping on line to save money.
I ordered a leather couch, they sent me a cloth couch now I'm waiting long periods of time to receive the order I paid for, in the same order I ordered a leather chair that came broken. Now I have to wait an extended time in order for my order to be fixed. They have nice things but it's not worth the hassle. Who ever packed the orders knew they were wrong and broken but still sent them. This company has no pride in the sending out of their merchandise.Never again will I spend money with them.Beware buyers.
I ordered a wall mirror which arrived promptly. However some of the wood pieces are not glued together and there are chips in the paint. I attempted to go online to return and keep receiving a notice that they do not recognize my order #, zip code or email. All of which exactly matches the confirmation email they sent when I placed the order. I called the 800 # and the wait time is over an hour. This is ridiculous. I should not have to jump through hoops to return a defective product.
On February 6 I ordered a Tie the Knot Registry Gift Card in the amount of $100. On Feb. 12 and again today, Feb. 15, I received a notice of delivery delay. I found odd a delay on a paid gift card and initiated a chat with customer service. This is the response: "Thank you for patiently waiting. Upon checking on your order it was cancelled because it is showing as out of stock on our end. And the refund was already returned to your card ending with 4303. And it should reflect on your end within the next few days." This is not reflected in the order status, which clearly states that the order is being fulfilled and cannot be cancelled. Why send two delivery delay notices if the product is out of stock? How was this not detected at the time of order? Bear in mind, the product is a gift card! Totally unsatisfactory service and customer relations. Despite what the agent informed me in the chat, the order status does not reflect this.
I ordered gray curtains. The ones I received were green. Not my color. I contacted Bed, Bath & Beyond and they told me I had to pay myself for return shipping. This was their fault. As you can see in the picture the curtains are not gray but a light green.
Ordered 2 bamboo pillows, $58, i received 2 micro fiber pillows, (which are in walmart for $5 each) been almost a month and still have not received a refund and a sent back the garbage they sent me, all bed bath says is contact seller. WHY... they were ordered from bed bath beyond. Never order from bed bath beyond again, time to call solve it 7
Our closest BB&B is about 45 minutes drive away, so I use the online store a lot.
Returning is easy (online or in store) and their packaging is really good.
I have never had anything broken during shipping.

Martini glasses thrown in a box with no packing. Fortunately none broken. Two hand towels ordered were thrown in the box., no tags, obviously used, returned or who knows where they were from. Will never buy there again.
Just like everyone else I save up all those 20% off coupons that come in the mail from Bed Bath and Beyond. But you can also find even more stuff on their website. Sheets, towls, pots, pans, and every thing else for your house.
Good quality items. I got a $19.00 pressure cooker that lasted years being used nearly every day. You can get a huge deal with their constant 20% savings coupon. Also you can find unusual ites like those as seen on tv.
I was so happy to find out they are part of harmons! I used to love shopping there for cosmetics. I've never purchased anything big from the site, mostly little stuff for thr house. Shipping is fast, and very helpful customer service.
We received a side table as a gift from our wedding registry. Obviously we had to open the box to get the product out. The product was severely damaged, which is disappointing but that would be fine if their customer service hadn't been so awful. They would not ship us a box to ship it back in, instead saying we had to buy the box and they'd reimburse us in store credit... for our wedding gift... anyhow, somehow we will try to get them to replace it but we are removing their store from our registry and recommend nobody else use them as well
Fine if you want to browse in the store. But online purchase was a huge mistake. They are totally incompetent and chaotic. Amazon can deliver same bookcase in four days. These folks lost the first shipment, lied about expediting the second try, and also would not cancel the order... Could be a full MONTH to get a 4 day delivery item. I will not go near their brick and motar store either because of this foolishness.
As if it wasn't odd enough already, today both OXO grinders were finally delivered by USPS. One shipping label was completely unreadable and showed a hand written remark "no scan" on it. The second label was fine. I contacted BB&B customer service by email and asked them to organize pick up of their two grinders at my house. To be continued...
So, after this more than disappointing and extremely annoying experience with Customer Service I was trying to close my account with BB &B, but no such thing on their homepage. Contacted BB&B per Email three days ago about my wish to close, but no success so far. They offered me a store coupon in the aftermath of this debacle in a separate email regarding my OXO Grinder shipment Odyssey, but I'm not going to do buy a thing from this failed business anymore. So, two stars for finally trying. A little too late, though Please, just close my account ASAP!
I ordered a grinder on December 31 that was supposed to be delivered guaranteed on January 5,2022. Until today I haven't received the order. I talked multiple times to customer service, they sent out a replacement that didn't arrive yet either. I requested a refund, because I ordered the same grinder for the full price on Amazon prime and don't need it anymore. The refund confirmation was sent to me but it wasn't actually cleared in their system, i. E. it wasn't okayed by the next higher level, even though they sent me a confirmation including a time frame when to expect the refund. I called again, talked to customer service again. Complained to the better business bureau as well. Now I'm waiting again for 5 days for my refund. This company is terrible. Customer service is not worth a penny. They just tell you what you want to hear, but they don't actually do anything other than self serving requests for a good review after the phone call. Today is January 14 and I'm waiting now for either the arrival of the product or finally getting my money back. This is not how you treat a paying customer!
Since overstock is now bed bath and beyond I'm writing a bad review for them. I bought a mirror last year that I set aside for a renovation project, I finally got around to that project and the mirror was completely shattered, I contacted bed bath to see if they could honor the item, unfortunately at no help even though I didn't break the mirror it came out of packaging completely broken they could not honor anything. It was my fault for not checking the packaging right away their fault for sending a broken item. $126 down the drain
From the time the item was purchased online. Worst experience on online shopping at bed bath and beyond. Customer service is beyond pathetic useless takes no responsibility from the delivery to the returns or even with refunding
A damaged item has no value and when I want to return it they want me to do the packaging and take the trouble instead of taking any responsibility and when I asked for a refund they said they want toRefund partially now does that mean I'm keeping the partial desk and returning the partial item. I want a full refund for damaged item that has value to me
Please take your item and please return me my full payment I have never had any such experience with any other online purchasing this is third grade business shame on you
Okay... I love bed bath and beyond. I love their shower curtains, I love their towels, and I love their... weird bird shaped... I don't even know whats. They have everything I love in a website: free shipping (although it is set really high at $99), and the ability to shop in CAD.
My only real complaint is that when Adam Sandler made "Click" they did not actually add... a Beyond Section. With Christopher Walken. Oh well. What can you do?
In all honesty though, I feel like BB&B changes their stock too often. I like being able to replace certain items in my home with the exact same item (so it feels like the kids never hit them with a basketball in the first place!). Also, it's really hard for potential customers to find items they're looking for after seeing them on pinterest.

My husband and I often use Bed, Bath, and Beyond for our household, linen, towels, bedroom needs, and beyond because for the small size of our nearby store, it has most of the products we need. The other great thing about BB&B is that they provide wonderful coupons both in the paper or magazines and especially online. From our experience, even though the coupons have expiration dates, even expired coupons are good to use. Amd we are able to use more than one coupon for a purchase of several items. This definitely is our go-to store for household goods of so many different types, you WILL BE pleasantly surprised.
Wit till you and i get those coupons in the mail. We buy our coffee k-cups here only when we coupons... the other merchandise was too expensive!. I purchased laundry racks from walmart because this store had the same. Once i purchased a rack that broke and the CEO of the company at the store refused to even give me any credit or satisfaction in the matter!. LIKE I STATED--we only buy our k-cups here...

Answer: How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
