We received a side table as a gift from our wedding registry. Obviously we had to open the box to get the product out. The product was severely damaged, which is disappointing but that would be fine if their customer service hadn't been so awful. They would not ship us a box to ship it back in, instead saying we had to buy the box and they'd reimburse us in store credit... for our wedding gift... anyhow, somehow we will try to get them to replace it but we are removing their store from our registry and recommend nobody else use them as well

Ordered swim suits in March, it said they shipped on the 31st, still haven't gotten them and can't get tracker to work.
Update: as of may 3rd I got them and they are nice quality and fit well, it just took forever
