Cannot get a hold of anyone they don't respond to emails or on facebook it is very frustrating

I can't even believe how horrible their customer service is
I called their 1-800 customer service line and the automated message said my phone call would be answered in 20 minutes or less. Nope. Over 20 minutes and no response.
Way too long! I had to stop my call since a total waste of my little Free time
It is literally impossible and then once you do it is impossible to resolve a problem
Good luck with that!

2. Call/Chat wait time min 70-80 minutes
It's NOT! Online chat is canned - never and option to talk to a real person.
