I ordered 7 baskets and paid for 7 baskets. Received my order with only 6 baskets enclosed. I thought it would be a simple fix. Call customer service but can't get through to anyone. Have currently been waiting on hold for 1 hour and was told the wait was 30 mins. I found a customer chat window and 'missing items from order' isn't an option and there is a 4 1/2 hour wait for that. They offer text help and that wait is 7 hours?/. It's (Bed, Bath &) BEYOND frustrating! I get that times are more challenging with Covid but in this instance, it's more of an excuse for extremely negligent poor customer service. They took my order and my money within seconds and yet there is no one to help me with their mistake! I will NEVER give them my business again. At some point, I've got to let go of the missing basket because my time is much more valuable.
