I ordered 2 lights and fan and my Paypal account was immediately charged. After a week, they still had not shipped so I used the chat feature (the closest you can come to talking with a real person at the company) to inquire about the delay. They told me ALL of the items were out of stock and would take at least another 3 weeks to stock before shipping from China which takes another 3 to 4 weeks. So now my order went from taking almost a month to arrive to 2 months. Given the ridiculous delay and the fact that they did not disclose before purchase that the items were out of stock, I asked that they cancel my order and refund my full payment. After all, the items were out of stock and nothing had been shipped. After 6 different emails with the company, all they do is keep offering me a 5% or 10% discount to keep the order. They still haven't canceled it despite 6 separate requests to do so. I finally gave up and filed a complaint with Paypal. Now they won't respond at all. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
They status my item shipped but I never received my purchase and they never response email as well. You will loose your money. SCAM... SCAM... SCAM Stay away from them.

7 days after an order is placed, there was no status update or delivery date confirmation. Chat with online customer service, attitude was extremely rude. And i was told it took another 6-7 weeks to deliver! I asked to cancel order and i was asked to submit ticket.
Ticket submitted. After 2 days, received the first response telling me order was partially SHIPPED. Cancelation policy is that " if order is not shipped, it can be cancelled without charge". And i can only cancel one of the 3 items ordered. I confirmed to cancel and asked for tracking info for the items shipped.
In response, they changed their mind and asked me to pay $16 for the item that was not shipped as restocking fee. For the items shipped, in 5 days, the FEDEX website only shows as " shipping label info received. " Product was NOT shipped at all! They only printed label when i requested cancellation so that they can reject the request.
HORRIBLE retailer. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!

We purchased a light fixture. Delivery time was acceptable bit the fixture itself was horrible. Nothing lined up when my husband tried to intall it. Had to purchase another fixture.

I placed my order 2 weeks before Christmas and my PayPal account was charged the same day. Their website said it wasn't shipped until 12/24 and I didn't receive it until 1/10, I even paid for upgraded shipping. Worse yet, they misrepresented the product on their website. What was advertised as a wool blend, 3/4 length winter coat was in reality a waist length nylon flease jacket that probably wouldn't keep anyone warm at 60 degrees let alone actual winter temps. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I want a full refund inc delivery and they have offered me 10% refund of delivery price. Then up by 20%. They are ripping people off, by looking at the reviews, no one likes them. I was also told via email to wash the item. They are a ridiculous company that should be shut down, I have sent them numerous emails saying a full refund or I will take this to social media and trading standards. I get an email a day saying 20%. How they are up and running I have no idea? I am currently trying to return 10 light fittings that are faulty, having blown fuses and light fittings in the house.
To return and get a refund on the over £1000 i spent, i need to ship all 10 from the UK to China, at a cost of £500 and then hope to get my refund.
I basically have to say goodbye to the £1000 and swallow the additional cost to repair all the damage the faulty items have caused.
If you buy from them you can be called the same as me, a mug who didn't read the reviews!
If i could give zero stars i would.
UPDATE 25TH APRIL 2022:
As an update, which will not change my rating, they refused to refund but offered to send 10 new ones, spread across 4 deliveries i got 8.
Same result, I have paid for an electrician to test them all, all failed, next time you look at the wiring in your house, imagine that wire being 1/4 the thickness. The electrician was so honest he refused to take a few hundred pounds to even try and put them up (he and i agreed on that but my wife is persistent). His response was he couldn't live with himself if the house caught fire and someone died.
He took one chandelier to pieces to show us how bad it was, the wires weren't even soldered, they were twisted around the connector and live was touching negative.
The end result is we are getting them fitted, finally, but paying someone to strip all the internal wires, fittings and rewiring them from scratch.
At least my wife gets the chandeliers even if they will cost 3 times what we initially paid for them.

I ordered two lampshade. It took us 7 weeks to receive just one of it but the other one never arrive. The one we received was SERIOUSE DAMAGED like a GARBAGE. We took photos and send them twice because they reply me "It is hardly to tell what is exactly damaged from the photo you sent.". I was very surprised their reply so I resend them again that defective item. What I request is a refund but they never want to. They keep asking me again and again to ship me the replacement. Come on. I told them we don't need it any more because it was too late for it. Our renovation was finished. We already brought a replacement from other company, but this BeautifulHalo's Customer Support Team's ignore my request still reply me they WILL arrange the reshipment of the replacement. OMG! That made me feel like they don't want to make a refund for me.
About the other lampshade which I never receive. I request a refund also but they kept reply us:
"ALL ITEMS WERE DELIVERED. Since the local logistics company did not update the information, please contact the local post office for more information. Or you can check at local post."
There is no courier name, no tracking number for me to follow although I request those information. They looks like don't want to make me the refund too.
Never ever shop in this company again. That is too many hours and mails involved to deal with this customer support team regarding this order.
I ordered a dress that I thought was gorgeous. I wanted it for my bridal shower this month. Finally got it in the mail after all of the confusing shipping tracking information and it is NOT the dress I ordered. It was a high/low dress but there was only one length measurement to judge from and when I got the dress, the "high" part barely came past my groin. Also, the picture showed a nude underlay under the white lace, but the dress I received had a white SEE-THROUGH underlay instead. The neck line was completely different and the waist line too. I took pictures and compared them with the original dress picture, sent them to the email they provided and will not allow me to return it unless I pay high costs to ship it back and then they will refund me but take out the original shipping cost which I PAID FOR! This website is a scam and I wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought from them. I plan on calling the better business bureau tomorrow and talk to them about this. Save your money!
Dear Mackenzie, As we just do our own size, all the product match the size chart list on the product's page, it would be no problem while place the order depended on the size chart there. Please for the dress would be acceptable with a little deviation from the site picture between the actual product, as the screen setting and solution, please understand. But if the customer ordered a wrong size or the garment not suitable, it can be return at our customer's expense. Regarding to the return post runs high, we would offer a partial refund for the customer to reconsider to keep the order or return for a refund, please understand.
I ordered lights January 8,2017 and still have not received them. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I Conroe to get emails asking me to stop my dispute as my shipment is being shipped.
