HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Sells crap and then refuses to return items - saying it's "one size fits all" and the measurements of the item falls within the range of their given sizing charts. Required me to take measurements of my item, take pix of me taking the measurements and then said it fit to their specifications. Refuses to return or exchange. Item is junk. This company are thieves!

Any reputable company has a return policy! Some electronic companies may charge a restocking fee to discourage returns. A clothing company who sell on line should accept returns. I don't see anywhere on the website where they tell the customer there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. Yes I checked the size chart BUT it is limited and you can't base a perfect fit using it which is what they expect you to do. The coat is labeled XL which per the chart is 104CM I am 104 CM but the coat is 95CM which is Between M and L. None of the measurements match the chart! Fraudulent labeling.

A 5% refund is unacceptable! They are NO STAR Customer support! They are giving people a reason to NOT BUY CHINESE PRODUCTS. THEY PASSED THEMSELVES OFF AS A CALIFORNIA COMPANY! No returns on a mis-labelled product is Fraud!

But if the customer ordered a wrong size or the garment not suitable, it can be return at our customer's expense. This seller is a fraud! Paypal doesn't help too! The following is the email to Paypal: Thank you for your reply! And thank you for you are willing to help me solve my account needs! But my problem did not solve at all! Yes, you are right, Paying for the return is not the ideal! It's not my fault to return. It's the seller send the wrong and low-quality item on purpose! And they try to force the buyer to keep the item. I read hundreds of custom reviews, seems they are doing that all the times! Why Paypal still keep this kind seller?! The reason I order from them it's because they use Paypal to collect payment. Because I trust Paypal! But now you try to kit the ball and this not right! This is not a normal return, It's not just I'm not satisfied with the purchase, it's totally a fraud! Paypal seems to allow this to happen again and again! I already pay them over a thousand dollar, Seller wants I to pay $500 more to ship those garbage back to them! And Paypal support the seller use this way to fraud! Paypal seems to become an accomplice of the fraud! I spent over 20 hours deal with the seller and Paypal. Now you come with the same totally unfair Ideal, It's totally ruined my trust of Paypal!

I don't accept this result! I have no reason to pay the shipping fee for the item I did not order! And I have all the email records can prove that the seller knows they did wrong it's their fault! I want to ask you: Why I Have to pay for their fault? This seller clearly does not want to take responsibility. What's the PayPal guarantee for?

I ordered two shirts on October 18,2017. Ask me if these shirts have arrived yet? The answer is no. I've asked for a refund by email with literally no help and I've been in constant communication since October. They run you around in circles in hopes you stop emailing them and i've had the same type of response from them for around 6 months. They claimed my order was delivered to a "local post office" but couldn't tell me which post office and made me (literally told me this was the only option) go to each post office to check that the order was delivered. Turns out, it was never delivered. SHOCKER. When i asked for a refund (when i say ask, i mean for the 15th+ time), they said i had to pay back the shipping cost because somehow this still falls back on me.? I've never been the type to post a comment like this but i genuinely think this company needs to do the world a favor and close shop. I'm embarrassed, annoyed and shocked. How does this happen and how are companies still operating that are this inefficient? Get outta here BeautifulHalo. Nobody wants you here.

I have never experienced a site like it! Definitely learnt a big lesson.
Item arrived and was:
1. Ordered my size but it barely fit, an 8 year old child would have fit into it.
2. Quality was terrible, cannot believe they think that it was acceptable to send and sell for £29.99! Stitching was appalling and glue was evident where it had been attempted to be stuck on!

I then asked for full refund and to return the item. Firstly I was told I'd been sent the right size so had to keep the jumper as not their fault. Then, I could keep the jumper but with 20% refund! What an outrage. I said no then got offered 40% refund. Again I said no I wanted a full refund. Then, I was told I could send it back recorded delivery to track the order to receive full refund. I visited the post office to find it would cost £40 to send it tracked! I couldn't believe it. But along with that I would have to pay their shipping of £5 as they couldn't afford to pay that! It just got worse.
Eventually I gave in and accepted 40% refund, expecting my 40%, I was then told that it is £9.84 as in GBP it's £24.99 again not stated on the website.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. I am left with a s**t jumper that I will never wear and massively out of pocket!
Never had customer service like it!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is a terrible company that lies to you about their offers and once you finally get your order - which takes forever - it is not what you ordered. I ordered a cardigan for my sister that was advertised as a name brand and some treadbearing no name item arrived that is not even the right size. I will not even attempt to return the item as it will cost me more to even do that and I have no faith that they will honor the return. I have read that it is a nightmare to return items and get refunded. BEWARE - they should be taken off the internet.

Don't risk it

I orderd a watch over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, I submitted a ticket to them asking if this time was normal when shipping to Australia, they replied by sending me a tracking number and Chinese tracking website, I went to the website and entered my number, and surprise it said 'couldn't be found' so basically I sitting here wondering if it will ever come. DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE DODGY AF

RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Ordered shirt through these fraudsters.
Ordered 3XL.
Eventually it arrived - too small (something the majority of their customers complain about) - I told them - they asked if I had seen their size chart - I had. 3XL for 49" chest - the shirt they delivered is a 3XL but has a 47" chest and TOO SMALL for ME!
Asked to return and get my money returned - BUT - it seems its all my fault and they will not return my money.!
This is theft by deception under British Law and if I do not get a full refund of over £33 I will take them to the Small Claims Court - they are FRAUDSTERS - KEEP AWAY

I ordered on 3Aug. All items had a 2-4 day processing time and I paid for 6 day shipping. I contacted them on 10Aug because items were still listed as processing; their reply: "Since we need more time to purchase the item You choose the standard shipping need 7-10 days. Plz wait". Contacted again on 18Aug because still processing. Their reply: "We are rushing it for you and will ship it out soon." and the next day (19th) I received this message: "We will sent out to you Tomorrow. Plz wait".
I finally received a tracking number for my order! It didn't ship until the 27th! Waiting to see if it gets here in the 6 days I paid for, the 7-10 days they said I chose or in a few weeks based on other reviews of this site.

NEVER ordering from these people again! Terrible customer service and they outright lied to me about shipping my items.

***Items finally arrived on 3Sep. Quality is ok; we'll see how they hold up to regular wear.
