Chinese copy-store (bad)

I ordered a Sleeveless Vintage Tea Babydoll Dress with them, but only realized they were a copy-store when it arrived and that the picture on their website is stolen from Pinterest.

It does not look anything like the dress in the photo. Even the fabric does not look good. I knew it would be polyester, but the print is way larger than in the picture and the print is also vague and not sharp as in the picture. The bust should have a different neckline and also different colour cloth. The finish of the sewing is shabby and if I were to wear this, the white inside of the fabric would continue to hang outside.

I filed a complain through paypal. They offered me a 40% refund (at first only 20%) and keeping the dress or getting a 100% refund and sending the dress which will cost me around 20 USD.

So in both cases I will have paid around 20 USD for a dress I do not want. While they made the mistake of not doing a quality check. At one glance you already see that it does not have the 'sweatheart neck'.

Supplement: I escalated my claim through PayPal and BeautifulHalo offered to refund 16.82 USD. I accepted, because I'm by now tired of this whole mess, and I'll just have to cut my losses.

Total misrepresentation of products. It's awful that they are allowed to do business in the US. Good luck getting your $ back. Just go read FB page. It speaks for itself

I want this to be at top before my review. Please, if you read it, pass the link on to others who've lost money to this organized crime unit. File a complaint. I lost $225.

They will send you something, no doubt; however... it's just enough to avoid getting into legal trouble. The website is professionally prepared but if you (like many of us didn't do) is carefully read the clever cancellation and return policy. Here's the bottom line verbatim from their website:

"We cannot accept the exchange or return after your order has been shipped."

In other words, you can cancel the order for repayment only until they ship. In other words, all sales are final once we ship. No matter what. Damage is also cleverly written to ensure total protection for this sham business. True, legitimate businesses craft guarantees for satisfaction, damage returns, or product wasn't what they expected. Any LEGAL business will put the return shipping fees on you and upon receipt, refund your money.

Hell, I've even seen Amazon refund my money before I even returned by shipping! Do yourself a favor, AVOID. My stuff arrived in moderately damaged boxes (because they also don't ship like respectable businesses do with prefabricated box cushioning. A product has it's own container or box, and then is placed inside another shipping box... no?) This was random pieces of Styrofoam all broken up and stuffed around a box that was going to bulge anyway. There was even a small box from some other Chinese product that had absolutely nothing in it and was open... um, GARBAGE? I could go on... incensed.

My 17 year old daughter saw an online ad advertising a hoodie she liked. In the ad an adult was wearing it so she asked for it for her Christmas. Without hesitating we clicked the link, it said "one size" therefore we ordered it. I wish I had read the reviews on here before doing so.

Item arrived weeks later, it was so small it would only suit a kid of about 8 or 9 years old. I contacted their customer services who offered me a 20% refund. I said this was no good as it was no fit for purpose.

I wish I had just paid by credit card as they mucked me about so much I ended up having to escalate the problem with Paypal who insisted I would have to send it back fully traceable to Hong Kong (even though they have a UK address listed on their website) - which would cost me more than the item itself. Then Beatifulhalo offered a 40% refund. I cut my losses and accepted it. Guess what next moment when I chased the refund they offered 20%. After days of hounding them they eventually refunded me 30%.

This company obviously have no morals whatsoever, I recommend all buyers to avoid them at all costs.

As we just do our own size, all the product match the size chart list on the product's page, it would be no problem while place the order depended on the size chart there. But if the customer ordered a wrong size or the garment not suitable, it can be return at our customer's expense. Regarding to the return post runs high, we would offer a partial refund for the customer to reconsider to keep the order or return for a refund, please understand, and please any question you can send to the after-sales, they would offer a professional service for you, thank you

I ordered adult size jumpsuit and overalls... The jumpsuit came with a broken zipper (that they asked me to take somewhere to get fixed on my own) and the way it was made was not the average height. The back part from hips to shoulder was tight and I am average size. It did not look like the picture. The outfit came as if it was mimicked from the picture.

The overalls... they came in a child size and the buckled were not attached. I ordered an adult size large and it was clear the overalls was a child size or a small framed woman.

The website also did not mention that the items would be coming from China. I waited almost 2 weeks for the items... I had to file a claim and send pictures. I ordered at the beginning of February and I just got an email with the return address in China. They offered to give me 40% of purchase back or I can pay for shipping and when they receive the items they will deduct their shipping cost from the purchase price.

I will never order from this site again.

It's a RIP OFF. DON'T BUY ANYTHING. THE STUFF IS CRAP. CRAP. If you do buy something from them, you'lll wait weeks for it to be delivered and then when you get it you'll find out it is not what you thought it was. Then when you try to return it they'll fiddle fart around until you have spent so much time with them online that you'll just say screw it and drop it without getting crap. DON'T DO IT, DON'T BUY ANYTHING. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.

Beware, Very Misleading!

I have never purchased anything from beautifulhalo before but I ordered two items from the website as holiday gifts on November 30th because this is what my friend specifically asked for from beautifulhalo. I read the company's shipping disclosure statement prior to purchasing and it states that shipping usually takes 3-5 days but in extreme situations, it can be delayed. I thought that I had plenty of time in case something went wrong before Christmas. I waited, but I didn't hear anything from them- no emails, no tracking info, nothing. So on the 10th day, I started a chat conversation with a customer rep. All they could do was hand me a tracking code and website; that's when I found out that my order was just being shipping from Shenzhen China. I had no idea up until that point that I had ordered from China to the US (I probably would not have ordered if I had known ahead of time because of the shipping time and the labor issues there). So I waited some more, thinking "Okay, I still have 15 days." However another ten days went by, I contacted customer service explaining my situation and said that this is unacceptable. I again received no response, other than the tracking number and website. I will most likely not receive my order in time and I am disappointed. I don't even know if the order is going to be correct as some others have complained. I will never order from them again, the aggravation alone is enough. Just poor customer service, a misleading website and misleading disclaimer. Stay away.

My father in-law have purchased a light decoration for $255 AUD which he was tricked by the professional Photoshop photo on the website. I assist him to check the company and items and found out it is a China based company and warehouse in China as well (it seem like coming from USA company with that high price tag). The product he has received was a poor plastic frame and got no instructions how to assemble. He paid for air-freight and the items arrived in 6 weeks which is terrible. The whole website does not appear to be China based (currency don't show China) only excepted in the "about us" page just listed a tiny word "china base" and that it to pass the legal requirement. BECAREFUL AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered on Oct 10 and paid extra for it to be shipped within six days. It was delayed until Oct 22, supposedly because they were waiting on shipment of stock. Then the day they shipped the order, the refunded me for that item they were supposedly waiting for, without advising me or confirming this with me. It is now Nov 4 and I still haven't received my order. They gave me the wrong site to check the tracking, and the correct site just stopped tracking my order and said the number didn't exist right after it arrived in my country. I have spoken to their customer service via chat at least half a dozen times and they will make excuses every single time. It's never their fault or there is never any problem with how they dealt with the matter. They offered me pathetic discount codes for VIP STATUS (which essentially means they will give you free shipping and priority status, which, if you read through their site, you get anyway without the code) and another code they gave me would give me $15 off a $250 order... except instead of calculating the discount at checkout, they will REFUND the $15 'at a later date', which I doubt the veracity of, considering their customer service to date.

I've ordered from similar sites like Romwe and past incarnations, but I've never had a problem with them like I have had with BeautifulHalo.

STAY AWAY.

Ordered pendant lights and inquired about their shipping time line as I needed to have the lights within a certain period of time. They came extremely late as I was promised by 10 business days. 2nd, the product was soo cheap looking, it had purple splatters of paint all over it to make it look "rustic" not even close to what theyou advertise. (Wish I could include a photo for your personal enjoyment). 3rd, I try to return it since it clearly wasn't what I ordered, they would refund the order, but I would have to cover a bother shipping expense to return it. But I would be paying more in shipping than the product itself. I didn't recieve the order I thought I would be expecting, and im not satisfied. Why would I pay two shipping costs... I will never again!

IT'S A SCAM! I Ordered on 12-5-17 for 12-25 promised delivery and still have nothing. A shipping label was made but no updates until today when I let them know I was filing complaints with the PayPay and the FTC.

Sorry for your dissatisfaction, please understand, about the order, there are the processing time( 3-7 days excluding those item marked ship in 24 hr.) and the shipping time, for expedite shipping, it would take about 3-5 days on the shipping. For standard shipping, it would take a 6-8 days.
For supper save shipping( free shipping for order over $29), it would take a 15-20 days, but the remote area would take more couple days, and please understand, there would be unpredictable things slow the shipping sometime, but please trust us, if you contact the after-ales to support@beautifulhalo.com. Do not do Business with this company- Real purchaser review

Products takes weeks if not months to arrive from china
Products are poor quality and broken when they arrive
Company will not take broken returns unless you pay shipping. Shipping to China is VERY EXPENSIVE - more expensive to ship to china than from china- more than the light is worth BTW
