on 7/4/15I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
I had the same experience! It was over two months late then when I opened it the clothed were terrible quality and strange fitting. They would let me return them for a refund either. I had to open a case on PayPal which was lost then I took to social media and finally got my money back!
Mine took two months to receive and I receiced wrong items.
Totally a waste of time, money and energy! It took a month to receive broken lights that they are never willing to refund.
I ordered from them and got my stuff within the first 30 days! Sorry to hear your experience was bad tho, but I think late shipping is normal for this kind of online occidental stores
I paid $18.32 extra for "expedited shipping " (2 business days) per their website. I received it 2 weeks later and they wouldn't refund my shipping paid! On top of that my jumper I ordered has no back to it!... and I can't even fit it! They will never get business from me again!
