Shady, probably scammers

We ordered a particular hoodie for my nephew and when it didn't come we got on their site with the chat bot, which said that the item is out of stock. That wasn't the case when they took our money. The chat bot would only offer a small discount for a different item that we'd probably never get, and would not offer a refund when asked repeatedly. Luckily we used pay pal so we might see that money again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I Ordered a cardigan for my bro on Nov 6, paid for fastest delivery + insurance, I received an email saying congrats it's been shipped, but I haven't received it! I contacted CS, they told me 1 lie after the other then asked me to contact the support team who insisted that it's been shipped while the tracking site says it's still in China! On Nov 18 I received an email saying it's been now shipped "from China"! They denied cancellation and refund saying it's against their website "POLICY"! I wrote a review on their website but it was hidden from others. I would stay away from them if I were you!

Ordered a chandelier.was nothing like they said.next day I got in touch to say I wanted a refund.no reply so got pay pal involved ( rubbish also) Had to pay three hundred and 21 pounds.to send it back.after a week was told they received it.but sent it back o refund So near on a thousand pounds later.we are stuck with it.pay pal no help! Don't purchase from the Chinese rip off didn't want to give one star but couldn't send review if not

Buyer Beware

Lighting does not meet Australian Electrical Standards & no licences electrician will install it.
Chandelier came in like 100 pieces & was missing parts.
They offered 40% refund to keep it but I can't get it installed by anyone.
They won't refund me my money, have to go through PayPal.

Cheap Light Fixture

I purchased a beautiful halo ultra thin flush mount ceiling lamp fixture for some $200. Turns out it's cheap. The lamp filter or 'shade' has dimples that won't come out.

I'm sorry I didn't read reviews first!
Bought a jacket for an event and when it arrived it didn't fit and there were buttons but no button holes!
And of course they are giving me a hard time on a return. 20% is what they are trying to give me and told me that shipping it back would be very expensive!
Totally mad that I fell for such a scam company!

I've ordered two light fixtures from Beautiful Halo over the last several years. The first one, was an Edison bulb wrought iron 8 bulb piece - one of the arms was dented. After several phone calls with BH, I finally got somone to send me a replacement piece. They tried several times to say they would discount it, but I do not want wonky pieces on my ceiling. Since they fixed the issue, I decided I would give it another go. I ordered a low profile acrylic ceiling light. When I opened the box, it was damaged. It still have the covering on it but the edge has a chunk that is broken. I called and asked about replacing it or sending it back. They took my information and said they would get back to me, but they never did. It sat in my closet for two plus years now. Just found it during spring cleaning. They never called back, they never followed up with me. Customer service is nill. Avoid this business at all costs. The products are easily damaged in transit (I assume it was broken in transit) and they just don't care enough to follow up.

Ordered Jean jacket, according to their measuring guides 5XL was my size, when the jacket came it was 8" short on waist and 8" short on sleeves
I disputed the purchase and they offered first a 10% discount, then 20%, the 40% less shipping
Harassed me with eight emails when I demanded they answer to a dispute filed with PayPal
Finally escalated the claim to PayPal directly because of their belligerent harassment

The jacket was basically a large and I sold it to a co worker
But I told Paypal and beautiful halo I sold the jacket for $50 to a fat Asian kid because it was sized appropriately.
A centimetre in Asia is smaller than North America lol, but that must be an Asian SIZE issue

TOTAL RIPOFF COMPANY

I ordered a specialty LED light from these people because my client loved the look of the product on the website. It took almost 2 months for the light to be shipped to us and when we got the light it looked like a toy and the finish on the light was NOT the same as the finish on the hanging bracket. Both were supposed to be a gold finish and the light looked orangish. Needless to say my client did NOT want the piece of crap hanging in the newly created Executive Suite and we purchased something else locally.

When I complained to Beautiful Halo about the disparity they asked for numerous pictures and the reason for our dissatisfaction. Their reply was to offer a measly 5% discount, or to pay to ship it back, which was going to be near the amount it cost for the piece of $#*! they sent me.

They don't care about what they sell you or whether you are satisfied. They know there is NOTHING you can do to get your money back. So NEVER purchase anything from these crooks. Buy American and keep Americans employed. Wish i would have done that on this purchase!

Avoid at all cost

Purchased a 'wooden' feature light for 460 aud. When it arrived it was plastic painted to look like wood. I explained under Australian law this is not allowed they said I could return it for a 60 percent discount. As they are not based in Australia I had no choice to accept. The item is stuck in customs and required them to release it. They are refusing. It cost me 60 bucks to send it to them. So I'm down 520 now with no resolution in site. Avoid these liars at all cost!

Ceiling Fan Lites

We ordered 3 of these. They took 6 months to arrive and within ONE year, one of the lights completely failed to light. Since it is a built in feature, there is no replacement part for it. Within 4 months, the second light was flickering and failed completely shortly after. Very disappointed. These were not cheap cost wise to begin with; they are cheap quality however. No response from the company after 3 outreaches.

Item took a ridiculously long time to come. It was poorly packaged and not marked as fragile. Broken and dented on arrival with severely torn packaging. We have not taken the product out of the packaging as damage was obvious upon opening one side. Pictures are attached yet they say that they cannot see that the item is damaged. Now having trouble getting item collected and money refunded, even though insurance was bought.
Communication is appalling and they have totally ignored our request for a copy of terms and conditions and an insurance claims form. Our credit card provider is now assisting us with the claim for a full refund.
I will never buy from this company again and my advice to everybody is to avoid at all cost.

I ordered 2 lights costing over $1,200 and after 60 days I messaged them as none of the provided tracking numbers worked. After I was told to wait a few more days several times I was nearing 90 days since they took my money. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and got my money back as beautiful refused to refund me due to their policy. Which I don't get as they apparently never shipped my product and kept lying about it. They are from China which their site doesn't clearly state and customer service tries to lie and string you along to keep your money. Save yourself the trouble and buy from Alibaba directly for half the cost and you will actually get your lights!

Bait and Switch

I purchased a Chandelier. I paid for what was a pictured a large one at the top price. What I received was the smaller one. When I asked for a refund of the difference, I was denied. They said all was correct. I asked to escalate and was denied. Who sells more for les and less for more? These people are "Shady" and be careful if you choose with them. I suggested they correct the listing on the website...don't know if they will or even care too. The pictures what was advertised (larger) and what was sent (Smaller- at a higher price)

Be Warned

I purchased for my client, a light fixture from them, and when it arrived two of the globes were broken, I asked for replacements and they asked for pictures - standard... but they continued to ask for the pictures even though they were sent several times. As it turned out the fixture didn't even work. There was no electrical in the piece. I requested a replacement. After 15 emails back and forth, they finally agreed, but insisted I pay the almost $300 shipping charge to return the non-working
$800+ fixture. 20 or so emails of my insisting I should not have to pay for something that does not work... they have still not remedied the issue. I had to throw out the fixture and I'm out the money. Do not do business with these people.

We bought for almost 10,000$ of lights and about 6 months after, they started to go out one by one... these lights are not good quality.
Customer service is not good. The only way to get a hold of someone is by email or chat.
For the warranty, it is only good for 180 days... funny how the lights started to break down at that point. Not possible to get a return for our lights since the request was made at the 173 day mark, but they only responded weeks later to say the warranty time had expired... how convienient!
DONT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY
LIGHTS ARE CHEAP AND DO NOT LAST

Ordered copper lights for my bar area.
When delivered they are Red with patches of black.
They are refusing to take them back and have offered me 20% to keep them. What a joke. I've attached pics of what they sent
